I’m trying to use the Partner Perks offer for 20% off Zoom, but the discount isn’t applying.Even when I open the perk link and sign in, it still shows the full price and indicates there’s no discount.I’ve tried different browsers and incognito/private mode, and I’ve signed out and back in, but the price stays the same. I also contacted Zoom Support, but they didn’t know what to suggest, and Adobe support is referring me back to Zoom.Has anyone used this Partner Perks Zoom discount successfully? What steps worked for you?

Hello,I received a 4-month free trial of Adobe Creative Cloud through Coursera and activated it using the provided link.However, I received a bank notification saying that $80 was attempted to be charged from my card. The payment did not go through because there were insufficient funds at that moment.Since this is a free trial, I’m confused about why a charge was attempted at all.Could you please explain why this happened? I logged into my Adobe account and there were still 112 days left on my trial.Thank you.

Quiero cancelar mi plan Adobe Creative Cloud antes de la renovación automática el 08 de junio del 2020 y cuando hago click en CANCELAR me indica que me comunique con Soporte al Cliente, pero siempre que lo hago dice que está cerrado! Y cuando pruebo con el chat dice que no está disponible. Parece una burla al cliente. No quiero pagar mas por este servicio.

Hi I’m currently trying to add a phone number to my Adobe account for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), but I’m experiencing some very suspicious behavior.Instead of receiving a standard SMS, I am getting verification codes via WhatsApp. The messages are coming from accounts named "Geeta Code" and "Shikshyan Auth." This feels like a security risk or a phishing attempt, so I have not entered the codes.  Are "Geeta Code" or "Shikshyan Auth" official or authorized third-party SMS/WhatsApp gateways for Adobe? Is it normal for Adobe to use WhatsApp for 2FA in certain regions? How can I securely link my phone number if the official system is routing through these suspicious-looking senders?  

This will get a bit confusing now, but I still hope, someone with the adobe team still understands and could help. I used to have an ID under <Removed by Moderator>. Corporate decided to make new mail adresses <Removed by Moderator>. instead of changing the ID-email linked to the original license, they removed my cloud license from <Removed by Moderator>, created a new account under <Removed by Moderator> and added a license there.result from this: no access to old files, that were stored with the account on <Removed by Moderator>, but adobe portfolio still was available on the personal account under <Removed by Moderator>at now, i eventually managed to get a license onto my adress<Removed by Moderator>.at again. result: access to files possible again! so far, so good. problem now: when i changed the ID adress of that account to <Removed by Moderator>(as it should have happened right in the beginning) i did not see my pages on https://por

I remember seeing a three month offer for LinkedIn premium for having an account. I saw it under my benefits section in my account, but today I no longer see it. Was the offer removed?I searched online and supposedly it is still offered but it vanished on my side...

Hi As stated at the bottom of website, invoices that are no longer accessible through a customer account can be provided by Adobe Customer Service.I need copies of my invoices dated prior to January 31, 2023. These invoices are no longer visible or available for download in my account.I contacted customer support, but the agent left the chat before resolving the case. I never thought I would have to use a messaging board to try and connect with someone who can actually help me. Anyways back in October I subscribed to Adobes 7-day free trial to edit a document for a scholarship. The day of, I cancelled that subscription so I would not be charged. A couple months later I look at my billing history on my credit card and see I have been charged $19.99. Apparently I have been getting charged for the past few months AFTER I canceled my 7-day free trial. This is absurd and I want a refund of the times I've been billed AND my subscription cancelled without the cancellation fee. I am a college student and am barely scraping by. The last thing I need is hundreds of dollars from my bank account gone over a program I used once. I find it very slimy for this company to do this and not even send an email letting me know that I am being billed, I am very unhappy about this.

I can't cancel the plan. I've been trying to for weeks, and this has happened to many people, the cancel page won't load. So extremely unprofessional of adobe to do this and steal money from customers. Someone please help me cancel.

Hi,I’ve had the full creative cloud pro for years and finally realised I use maybe a handful of apps so I wanted to see if there was any way of bringing my monthly price down and losing some of the apps I never use.I’ve looked at the comparisons between CC Pro and Standard but it doesn’t mention some of the apps I use daily.I’m looking for a package that has PremiereMedia EncoderAdobe PodcastAdobe Fonts AcrobatAuditionAdobe Express. Can anyone confirm for me that I still get access to all the above on the CC Standard plan? Or can suggest a better package? ThanksNeil 

I desperately need to cancel my plan but cannot without a large charge. I tried changing my plan to the cheapest option for the remainder of my year commitment but in doing that, it started my "year" over. Can I please get my plan canceled immediately without additional charges.

Hi, I signed up for a free trial back in December ‘25 and promptly cancelled it when I realised I would never use it. The cancellation email came through on 18th December and I thought nothing of it.  January came and I was charged the $49 odd dollars for the monthly fee. I was busy and didn’t follow it up. Thinking it would just be the one charge, whatever. I have just been charged again. I have searched high and low for a phone number, email address, something that can lead me to a human to find out why I am being charged on an account I had cancelled.  I have since logged into my account and seen that it was active. I didn’t reactivate the account whatsoever.  Where do I go to for assistance? Even the forums here don’t seem to give answers. I’m sorry I even signed up to Adobe now.

i created an new account and and payed with my creditcard. By accident i created an non existing e-mail by combining my mail adresses.  Because i can't verify that e-mail adress i can't change it. What can i do?

I recently moved from the US and I tried to convert my Adobe account to India. I had a Creative Cloud Photography account and I wanted to convert it to just a Lightroom account in India. The price for Lightroom 1TB account is INR 382.32/mo. The virtual assistants keeps on telling that it's INR 811/mo. And I am like, nope I can see it's 382.32/mo. Then one of the virtual assistant went ahead and cancelled my existing US-based account stating that they will honor the price that is listed on the website and I can go ahead and buy the plan for 382.32. Everytime I click on buy now, it takes me to a webpage which says "Something is wrong, to buy the product over phone, contact xyz" when I call the number it rings and no one picks up. A horrible experience.    Then later another virtual assistant says the 382.32/mo price I am seeing is a "technical glitch". I mean really? That's the excuse?? Technical glitch across the board for days. What is this extortion procedure??
