Solved

Hi! While importing pictures from Apple Photos to Adobe Rush, I get an error message that the media type is not supported. This also happens to pictures that I export from Lightroom to my device and then try to import to Rush.  It seems an occasional error. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.Anybody knowing this problem? Thanks!

Hi there, I make nested sequences a lot for multicam edits. However, sometimes my nested sequences will not open as the others regularly do, and I can't figure out how to do so when I need to color correct the nested video tracks. This always happens when there's a different looking icon then the normal looking sequence icon. Here are the two icons with the top one being the one that won't open with a sequence as the others normally do:Can' someone please explain the difference? And if it's possible for me to make the top one like the bottom one? Thank you.

Based on https://www.adobe.com/learn/express/web/make-brand-stand-out-with-generative-ai?learnIn=1Generative fill is supposed to be supported in Adobe Express, however, I'm not seeing any traces of this feature in the app.  Am I missing something here? Thanks.

Hi guys, This is not a common issue, but i was wondering why some black and white JPG are much darker when imported to Illustrator that when opening it with Preview? The first one is with Preview and the second one imported within Illustrator. How come? Should i change settings? Thanks for your advice.Cheers,

I need an acrobat script to delete blank pages. By blank, I mean TRULY blank, with nothing on them.   I found this script: but it just looks for pages without text content. So it also ended up deleting pages that had vector graphics on them.   for(var i=this.numPages-1;i>=0;i--) { if(this.getPageNumWords(i)==0) this.deletePages(i); }   Can anyone help by making this script just apply to truly blank pages? Alternatiely, it would work if it only looked at 11"x17" pages and deleted the blank ones.

Hi thereI have searched all I could (community, chat GPT), etc to find an answer but it seems there is no such feature? Can it be? I have an active selection, moving around zooming in, etc. How do I fit the screen so that all selected areas are visible and fill the screen? When adjusting the selection on a portion of an image, it would be helpful to be able to zoom out again to the entire selection. Maybe I just missed it somehow. Thanks for the help.

However, the figures alt text is failing to display when I hover over the figure. How do I fix this? I've added alt text to the "Set Alternate Text" in the figures.

Hello, I been trying to fix this bug for multiple days where when trying to use element 3D my 3D text would just bug out and start flashing the 2D text white and in general bug out. Ive tried using media encoder, and the built in rendering for after effects. Im running on the latest version of after effects and media encoder. I attached a video to show the bug in action.

Hope Dynamic Text feature will also be made possible in Adobe Illustrator.

No, this is not an issue with my monitor not being calibrated.  The colors inside of AI dull when I move the AI window from my MacBook pro to my external monitor. If I move an image opened in preview of the same exact colors from my MacBook to my external monitor, they look correct. In fact, everything looks the same on both monitors, except for AI. Therefore it seems like it is something in AI? Mac screen:External monitor: Another interesting detail here - When I move my AI window from my macs display over to the external display, at first the colors look correct on the external monitor, but when my cursor enters the AI window the colors flicker from correct to dull as I move my curosr around, making it un-useable.  When I change the AI window size, it goes to the dull color and stays there. The same is true for when I move the AI window from external to mac display, it looks super dull on the mac display, does the flicker dance with cursor movement, until I r

When I enable camera tracking, and stand back the right distance, the puppet in the scene stretches up to about 50% taller than she was originally. How can I prevent the puppelt's body height from increasing during camera tracking?

I'm unsure what the issue is here. I've updated everything and checked for any signs of error.

What is the reason for the delay in receiving profits this week? Is there a holiday or an empty occasion on the site?

All of a sudden I am not able to drag objects in any InDesign document (Well, I assume it's ANY document. I've only tested a few.) I can drag handles/corners to resize an object; I can nudge an object with arrow keys; I can move objects using Object > Transform > Move; but I can't drag anything with the mouse/trackpad.This is happening with all objects in all of the documents I've tested (both text objects and image objects). I've tried using a trackpad and a mouse. I checked to be sure that objects were not locked or anchored. I've trashed the preferences. Still no luck.I'm using InDesign CS4 on Mac Snow Leopard (10.6.8). I have Better Touch Tool installed -- with the trackpad I do not have any actions that are specific to InDesign but with the mouse I do, to disable two-finger scrolling in the app. The trackpad is the only new thing on the computer...Any ideas?
