Solved

Since this morning, my own presets on Lightroom takes ages to load on my PC. After the recommended presets that were not loading for a month and that you finally fixed, this is another issue. I’m really upset with you guys.

How do I lock rotation view in Photoshop? It is annoying when the canvas rotates accidentally. I don't understand why Adobe allows the Rotation View to work without even having the tool selected.

InDesign CCHaving successfully installed many CC apps on my Mac Pro Desktop, I proceeded to do the same on my laptop. However, after two attempts at uninstalling and re-downloading both InDesign CC and the Creative Cloud Desktop. When starting up InDesign, I repeatedly get this error message: "Error: Unable to launch Adobe InDesign as you lack sufficient permissions to access the preferences folders. Ensure that you have appropriate permissions and then restart Adobe InDesign." and can go no further.I can find no instruction on how to do this, or reference to anyone else getting this error.MacBook Pro17-inch, Late 2011Processor  2.5 GHz Intel Core i7Memory  8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3Graphics  AMD Radeon HD 6770M 1024 MBSoftware  Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5

Pourquoi je ne peux pas annuler mon abonnement , votre site internet reste bloqué sur la page d'annulation , depuis 3 mois j essaie d annuler toujours le meme probleme

My documents suddenly won't show the Bleed guide lines, Margin guide lines, or text frame guides when I toggle between Preview and Normal view.  Instead, it's showing an extended white artboard, which looks like Bleed view.  I have the document settings set up with a .125 bleed and they should be showing up as red guide lines.  Deleting Indesign Preferences did not work.  Anyone know how I can get these guides back and how to make Preview view cut that white border out? Thanks

Lightroom Classic just stays on the artwork that is displayed while loading.Seems to get stuck on reading preferences.Lightroom  doesn't open up either but has an error message that says:AgImageIOInit.init: failed to initialize Camera Raw: initializing Camera Raw: dng_error_unknown All other Adobe apps are working so I have no idea what's going on with these.

I click on hyperlinks inside the pdf but Microsoft edge opens it instead of my defult browser Chrome.I already sat chrome as the defult opener for HTTP and HTTPS.

I have a PS file that has text that I converted to a shape, plus another shape. I want to convert that to an SVG file, but, when I use the Explort As dialog, the only export file options are GIF, PNG and JPG. If I do Save As, the only options are Photoshop, Large Document Format, Photoshop PDF, and TIFF.    I searched the help system, there's nothing there that I can find. Did they remove SVG export from Photoshop?? I sure hope not. I have Photoshop 22.4.3.

I primarily use LRC and sync all my photos through LR and LR Mobile. I want to “pull” all my photos from the cloud in the original resolution I uploaded them, not smart previews, so I can make proper backups. All my photos still appear (and are editable) on all 3 platforms but they appear to be smart preview quality. Is there any way to get the original DNG from servers or is the Adobe Cloud Sync not actually a real Cloud Sync system? Where it still depends on the files being present on one local source? What shows in LRC

I am writing because I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way Adobe handles subscriptions and refunds.A year ago, I registered my card just to try Adobe. I have now realized that I have been charged every month for almost two years for a service I am not using at all. This is already upsetting, but what is completely unacceptable is how deliberately hidden and confusing the refund and cancellation options are.I am demanding a full refund of the most recent payment, which was charged less than 24 hours ago and is clearly within the 14‑day refund period stated in your own policy. I have spent over two hours navigating every corner of your website, following every help article and link I could find, and there is no clear, visible, or honest way to request a refund from the account pages. This feels intentionally deceptive and designed to make customers give up instead of exercising their rights. To be absolutely clear: I have not used the service for a long time. The last

I have a smart collection definition that seeks out all images that show the down arrow labelled, “Metadata file need to be updated”.  It was working fine for a long while but recently it ceased to pick up those files. The instruction is,  Match all, “Metadata Status > is not > Up to date”.

Hi, I want to know if there is an option in Adobe Acrobat to delete automatically blank pages from a scan. Or if I need other program to do it. [Tags removed by moderator]Thanks!!

I want to be able to put an image on the stage and right when I do it I would want it to fit to my stage automatically without me having to touch it. if anyone would be able to answer it that would be awesome.

Is it possible to make all keyframes default color of my choice?

I’m trying to follow these instructions:    However, when I open the form in step one, I don’t see a “button tool.”  This is what I see:  What am I missing? This is so frustrating.  I suspect I’m missing something very simple, but I can’t figure it out.  I have Adobe Acrobat Pro through a Creative Cloud license, if that matters.

Subject: No Response for Over a Month – Adobe Stock Contributor Account Suspended (Case ID: 00480569)Hello,My Adobe Stock contributor account was suspended on March 5 due to “suspicious activity.”I have followed all the proper support channels, including submitting an appeal, completing the official form, and sending multiple follow-ups via my support ticket (Case ID: 00480569). However, I have not received any response for over a month.I previously posted here but was advised to contact support, which I have already done multiple times without any update.I would like to clarify that I am the sole owner of the account, and all uploaded content is original and created by me. All uploads were done manually without automation tools or third-party services. At this point, I am unable to get any response through the official support channels, and I would sincerely appreciate if an Adobe staff member could help check or escalate my case.Thank you for your time and assistance.

It would be good to be able to report issues on Adobe Stock images directly on the website. For example image 464519829 has been clearly created with AI but I have the 'Exclude Generative AI' option on... having to come to the Community for this kind of things seems too much of an hassle and time consuming!

I am being charged twice (29.37 each). Please search all accounts linked to my card and cancel all active subscriptions.”

MacOS Tahoe 26.3.1Macbook Pro M1, 16/1TBNew document, save = error «This file cannot be found».To keep my new work I have to open another existing file and copy and paste all my work over to that file.Totally heinous, Bill and Ted!

I want to be able to disable liquid mode for ANYONE opening a certain PDF I created. Liquid mode messes up the structure, adds additional whitespaces (for example, every time the character sequence ‘ti’ appears in the document, it puts a whitespace, making the document unreadable. It also removes background images that are essential to my document, and omits entire sections. It’s not enough to disable the ‘feature’ on my end, since another user might still open it in this mode, without realising that the document was screwed up by Acrobat reader. I have some important documents to send out, and spent time on their layout and can’t afford the user potentially receiving a pile of garbage. Please help with this urgent issue. The files are created in Adobe InDesign, but I tried sending them through a number of other PDF creation tools, the issue persists.

Pretty much since I started to use Adobe software again straightaway I noticed that within hours of completing project work was disappearing punishing and you know it’s now a bust chunks of data that is disappearing from my device. It’s clear it is more of a system issue than a hacker issue but I wondered if anybody else had encountered this and what can be done about it because it’s insane really insane .
