Wanna know how to get the refund

Please someone help me. This is literally killing me, especially as I went to edit the name of this question, and it deleted all of the text I’d already written :(So, I want to change the colour of some text. I select the text frame, goto colour and adjust the sliders. Thing is that there’s a lurid green box with lots of little white boxes attached, showing that the text frame is selected, that puts me off choosing the colour I want. All I want to do is turn off this selection highlight, so I can choose my colours in peace.ID is all about layout and colour choice is going to play a large part in this, so it must be possible, but for the life of me (which ID is slowly bleeding out of me) I can’t figure out how to do this. Please, before it’s too late, someone help me … I’m begging. No literally, I am begging. It’s all too much :(

I started using Fresco on my PC about two weeks ago for a project. At first, everything was working well, and I made a lot of progress using several downloaded brush packs from the Discover Brushes section, including the Mega Pack and Gouache set.Yesterday, when I opened the app to continue working, I realized that my downloaded brush packs had disappeared from my library. That was inconvenient, but I assumed I could simply download them again. Unfortunately, that has not worked. I spent hours trying to redownload them, and even left the packs “downloading” overnight, but nothing actually downloaded. On the Discover Brushes page, the packs just continuously say “adding in progress” with no change. And if you click done, thinking they’re downloading in the background, when you click back to the discover section to check, they just give you the option to “add” them again. I have tried everything I can think of: restarting my computer, restarting Fresco, restarting Creative Cloud, and uni

When click download, in firefly boards we can’t download the image if we create it in firefly model 4 ultra

In After Effects 25.3 on macOS, using mouse scroll or Option + mouse scroll no longer zooms in the composition panel. Instead, it pans the view, regardless of modifier key. This function worked fine in version 25.2. Tested on multiple Macs with clean installs and no tablet drivers. Please restore the ability to zoom with scroll in a future update.

The below form has a field for Present Grade.  The field is a drop list.  When I make a selection, the selection from the drop list it appears in the field.  But, as soon as I click out of the field the selection disappears and goes back to zero.

I design horizontal banners, and I need to see what the images will look like at an 800 x 250 ratio. Suddenly there are all sorts of options I don’t need but preview crop is gone. Is there a way to still access it?

When I use the Tags panel in InDesign file to map Styles to Tags, all cross-references turn red with a dropdown error message: “Referenced paragraph or text anchor is missing.”I have tried to save the InDesign file as IDML and reopen - with similar result as above. The InDesign file needs to be exported as XML with error-free cross-references for translation. Please see the attached InDesign file with the cross-reference issue.Thank you in advance for your help. InDesign file with cross-references that are broken after tagging styles to tags

I’d like some clarification regarding the workflow between Premiere(mobile) and Premiere Pro desktop. Previously, it was possible to start a project on mobile, sync it via Creative Cloud, and then open it in Premiere Pro with the timeline intact — including cuts, clip order, and basic edits. However, currently when I sync a project: Only the media files appear in Premiere Pro The project/timeline itself is not available This was a very valuable feature for cross-device workflows, so I’d appreciate any insight from the community or Adobe team. Thank you.

How can I print all of the text that is in a comment box that is set to multi line and scroll text?

If you want to change the position of the anchor point you have to use the anchor pt tool [Y]. But changing the [X, Y] coordinates of the anchor pt in the timeline will not change the position of the anchor point in the graphic area. So that what is purpose of anchor pt coordinates in the timeline ? Video also attached.

Hello, I have a question regarding Adobe Premiere 2026. Is it still possible to use the 'old' masking method?I am very comfortable using the technique of setting a keyframe on the first frame and another on the last frame, allowing the mask to interpolate (move) automatically between them without using the 'Track Mask' feature. On my system, the automated tracking process is very slow, so I rely heavily on this manual first-and-last frame method. However, in the new Premiere Pro 2026, I am finding it very difficult to do this. I’ve even encountered a bug: when I use the Path tool to manually create a mask on the first frame and then move to the last frame to adjust it, the mask doesn't respond correctly. I cannot move the mask points directly in the Program Monitor; instead, I am forced to manually adjust the numerical values in the Effect Controls panel to get any movement. I’ve already tried anything solutions in this website, google, and AI, but none can’t fixed this. Please look into

This only started happening recently and I'm not sure what to do to fix it.  Whenever I export a file using the "Export as..." feature, I'll navigate to the location where it was previously exported and click the "Export" button.  I used to get an overwrite notification asking if I wished to do so and I'd just click yes or no.  Now, for some reason, that notification isn't triggering and Adobe Illustrator is just overwriting.  I tried using Windows Explorer to copy and paste a file to the same location, and Windows "does" give the standard notification to confirm overwrite.  It's only when I'm using Illustrator, that it's skipping that step.A co-worker of mine is using the same version of AI and doesn't have this problem so I'm wondering if there's a setting somewhere that I inadvertently turned on that's causing it to act this way. Please help. *edit* - I've determined that this only happens when I have "Use Artboards" checked off in the export dialog box.

I wanted to share an observation after testing Firefly Custom Models with a character. In my case, the model keeps the character identity quite well, but I’ve noticed framing issues. In full-body images, it often crops the mermaid, even when using prompts like “full-body,” “entire character visible,” or “not cropped.” I also tested different aspect ratios, and the cropping still happens. In the training set, I used “full-body mermaid” in the captions for the full-body images and “portrait” in the captions for the portrait images. In portraits, the framing is closer to the training set, but when stars are included, they also tend to get cropped. If I explicitly ask for stars in the prompt, they are included more cleanly, but the portrait still ends up feeling closer than the way I trained it.I noticed the framing improves a lot when I add a composition reference, so the issue does not seem to be character consistency, but rather framing in the generated results.I’m attaching screenshots o

LG, Birgit

What does this setting actually change?I changed this setting to OpenGL as a test; imported an OpenGL normal map - and it looks wrong.the OpenGL normal map in question So if this setting doesn’t change how normal maps are displayed in the viewport, what does it do? 🤔 (Edit: I imported the DirectX version of the same normal map and voilà ; it looks correct - even though the project setting is set to OpenGL...mysterious)

Hi,I know this has been asked before and I’ve used those responses to get to this point but I’m still getting a syntax error.  I have a list of physicians in a pull-down list.  When a user selects one of them, I need their NPI and license number to populate the next two corresponding fields (“NPI” and “License,” respectively).  I am attaching this on the “Validate” tab for the “Physician” field referenced above and I have the options set to “Commit selected value immediately.” The error when I try to save the script is “SyntaxError: syntax error 12: at line 13.”  This is the script I’m using (values changed to generic ones):var NPI = this.getField("NPI");var License= this.getField("License");if(event.value == "Dr. A"){NPI.value = "123456";License.value = "Alicense";}else if(event.value == "Dr. B"){NPI.value = "654321";License.value = "Blicense";}else if(event.value=== "Dr. C")NPI.value = "7891011";License.value = "Clicense";}else{NPI.value = "";License.value = "";} Thanks for the assis

Hi everyone, I hope this post helps others too!In Indesign I have images and text overlaying and when I PDF the page, the images I think flatten and they get a very thin white box around them. It only happens when I print to PDF, is there a way to get rid of these?

How do I get back the traditional Acrobat Pro app [version 2025.001.20756] on my desktop? I've uninstalled it because of continuing and recurrent bugs, and wanted to install the new app. Only, the Creative Cloud thing seems to be the only [cursing removed] app thing available now!  For info I work on an iMac (24-incl, M1) with macOS Monterey v 12.7.6 My subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro ends in May 2026 and will definitely not be renewed. This system has become cumbersome and a [cursing removed] nightmare to use. I'll use it until the end of my subscritpion though... paid enough for it. Pity, I've never had any problems until this year. Not being technical at all, I don't know why these problems. All I know is that it is becoming to disruptive in my work (I write a lot). I don't want a creativity app... I want something practical and that works. If someone can help me get the app back on my desktop, that would be much appreciated.  In advance, thanks. C

I have recently had to reinstall the full CC suite, which included the usage of the Adobe CC cleaner. Now, in InDesign, I see that my TOC Styles are missing. I was sure that they would have been there when exporting user settings and then importing them back but, apparently, they are not. Where could I find them? I have plenty of Time Machine backups, CCC clones, and documents where those styles existed so I hope you will be able to tell me how to recover them. I was hoping for a “Load TOC Styles” button but no, there is not. Thanks!

My production panel completely removes all my projects from view. Bins seem intact, but there are duplicates of several bins. If I open the production on another computer it is fine. I have restarted and cleared the cache, but the issue persists. The only thing I can think of to do is to re-install Premiere. But seeing as this isn’t the first time this happened, I’d prefer to figure out what is going on and prevent/fix this.Premiere 25.6.4Shared Server using Lucid LinkMac Studio 2022 (Apple M1 Ultra) / Tahoe 26.0.1
