I open AE, drop a video file and a still picture into Project, drag the video to the Layer window, and it crashes. This keeps happening.

Photoshop CC 2017.1.1   Windows 10 Basically I want to be able to have PS open a folder of image files. Let's say 200 images to 1000 images. Open them 1 at a time or in batches of 10 to 15 so I can edit them personally and or verify all is good. Save. Open next image(s) in the file directory. I would like to process all the files until the file directory has been edited. Open. Edit. Save. Close. repeatRight now I drag/drop 15 images at a time into PS and run actions and personal edits on each. Save/Close repeat. I do this repetitive time over and over and I would like to find a way to automate the opening of each image in the file directory.WorkflowOpen first image in file directory. Personal Edits. Save. Close. Open next image in file directory.(Continue this process until all the files in the directory have been processed. Being able to stop at personally apply edits to each.Automate --> Batch Process. This does not seem to work because I can't stop the images as they are

It has now been well over a month without any further reply or explanation, despite me following up.

I need a model release to upload some photos, but can’t find them anywhere. Can someone help me, please?

I have outlined an object in InDesign.I want to outline that stroke and then unify the resultant shape. (Essentially eliminating the stroke but leaving the thickness)This is a piece of cake in Illustrator, but can you do it in InDesign? Please say yes. : )

I thought it might be worth to reopen this topic in a new thread since it is still not resolved. Has anyone had success to get those invoices into the inbox?

I see multiple posts asking the same question - but the answer is always "pm us" - there is *STILL* no mechanism for reporting offensive images. A clear link at the top of the relevant pages (forums, stock homepage etc), or next to each image is clearly needed.Whom do I pm to report the image I've seen? And no, just like others have pointed out, I'm not listing it for others to stumble across. Is Adobe Stock a soft porn site now?Searching for 'Kitchen counter" brings me to a related image of a girl clearly in her teens wearing nothing but boots and a top. The image is marked as 'provocative' - but is clearly far beyond that. This is offensive. Who is responsible for moderating submissions? Can we have a name?

So i'm a student and I've been using student account and the creative cloud subscription for almost a year, yesterday i got a notice that the subscription will rise to IDR 313.000 from IDR 130.000.It's way to expensive for me, is it possible to negotiate with adobe or is there any plan that is lower than that? I need the essential apps like ai, ps, ae, lrc, pr, and indesign :(

I need to convert some photos of a design that is embossed to one that is debossed. I’ve tried every prompt I can think of but get nowhere. I’ve used embossed to debossed, recessed areas to raised areas, a generic prompt of create the opposite. Does anyone have a ideas on how to achieve this?

Have you tried to contact a human at adobe, even when following the direction and leading into websites address emails that are not right…have you attempted the chat function and even called the help desk. I will spare you the horror of the absolute filth this company has for customer service. When asking a question about a service issue I was told to check out … get ready … adobe.com. Wow what insight and so much thought. Even asking several detailed questions the customer agent continued to ignore my need and never truly assisted me. I was informed I would get an email of the details … my email was that link. I kid you not. I also decided to do the chat option, and what I received was read the website. Absolute garage of the company and I am so upset and still loss of words. The actual issue I encountered: I had recently made so stock sound purchases (some older some newer, but I had licensing). The terms and agreement have no statement on the use for the case I selected. Well the st

I have gone to Manage plans then end servic, then cancel plan, verified identity, and the a blue circle goes round and round and round. I have tied on differenttdays to cancel this plan with the same result

What happened to unlimited generations until April 22nd?? I only had a handful of video gens and then I need to upgrade?  Is this image only?  Seems super misleading as all indications include video examples.

Hello Everyone. For many years I use the Mask, especially using the Pen Tool, and create a Mask. I never used Vector Mask. I would like to know, that what can you do with Vector Mask that you can't do with a regular Mask and the benefits of each one.Thank you very much.

Hi, I have run into an issue while using Adobe Portfolio Photo Grid. I am trying to insert 6 jpg images all sized the exact same (2560 x 3840), and I cannot find a solution. I cannot recognise what is wrong, need help please.

I use photoshop for basic things. I updated my apps and now I can't find the tool that will select a color you click on a graphic that removes it.

Could I possibly get a step-by-step guide for using Gradient maps?  I've tried using it myself but whenever I go to pick my colors it changes it to the greyscale equivalent (ie, picking light blue gives me a light grey, picking dark blue gives me a dark grey).  Is there a certain layer type or spec I need to specify first or am I just going about the process wrong?  Any help would be appreciated.

I used Elements 2020 on my MAC successfully until Mid Sept when it stopped working because of incompatiblity with Apple's Tahoe 26 update.   I purchased and installed 2025 on the 15th and now see 2026 is available and that it will cost me $80 to upgrade again.   I have had 2025 for just over 14 days...is there someone at adobe who could authorize an upgrade to 2026.    How can I contact them?    I understand upgrades cost money but hope there is a grace period so that or a cancel/ressubscribe option for just purchased licenses.

Hey all, I can’t seem to find an answer to this question. Every time I look, all I get is the answer to a different question, so here goes:I have a track in my projects that consists entirely of text. I need to use this track across all my videos. It is the purple track at the top of this image… So...this purple tack contains the text for this image...The text in question is the Member stuff (“Special Thanks to….”). Okay, that’s the setup.I need to use that track on all of my videos (naturally, it’s my channel member list). So I would like to take that track and save it out to a file, that I could then import into each project. But here is the problem, my membership list will change over time, right? So I really want that text (ideally) to be editable (so I could then adjust and resave it as needed for future videos). So I can’t just export that track as a video, it needs to be editable.Right now, the only solution I have is to open up the prior video, copy that track, and paste it int

Hi, before last 2025 CC apps updates, i used to add pantone colors to illustrator and indesign with pantone connect plug in. But now, the "add color to app swatch" is missing, i don't know why. So my question is, how can i import Pantone TPG colors to illustrator ? Other swatches can be added with old illustrator versions, but not TPG swatches.Cheers :x

Working in V 4.1.8 and today all of my studio lighting options are missing.  when I choose the lighting icon I get “no results found”.  Any ideas what is happening and how I get the studio lighting assets back? thanks.

I've designed an animated character in Illustrator 2020 (ver. 24.3) and have been testing it out in Adobe Animate but find that its vector art becomes misshaped upon being exported to Swf and Video regardless of looking perfectly fine on Adobe Animate's stage.    My character's art is very simple as it just uses filled shaped with strokes which I then have defined as graphic symbols in Illustrator before importing to Animate (for rigging purposes). In the above image, the character's eye lid symbol contains a white fill shape with a varying stroke width which gets converted to a fill when imported to Animate, and the eye brow symbol contains a fill shape with the default uniform stroke width and no brush style, yet it too becomes distorted upon export. I'm not using any tweens or animation, just exporting the static art from the stage as swf and mp4 files. The most success I've had in preventing the misshaped art was to ungroup, outline strokes,

I am an Adobe console admin. We cannot access Firefly today. I checked that the Firefly is included in the services. And the teacher still has 500 unused tokens. May I know how to fix it?

I am testing Adobe Firefly for its AI voice generation capabilities. The Firefly voices mispronounce most of the words. Basic words like "manager" get pronounced in odd ways like "manchk." I have tried retyping the text but I get the same results. The ElevenLabs voices pronounce everything correctly. This is my text. It ends up being practically gibberish. “In Proactive Risk Manager, a risk strategy is the way user’s organization designs detection and operations so suspicious activity is identified and handled consistently.”
