My Adobe Stock Contributor Account with 38000 high quality AI generated assets is blocked I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for the past three years and have built a portfolio of nearly 38,000 images through consistent, daily work. Two years ago, I left my job, and Adobe Stock became my main source of income. Recently, my contributor account was blocked, but I was not given a clear explanation of the specific reason.I contacted Adobe Support and sent emails, but I have not received a response yet. This situation has been extremely difficult for me. After investing three years of hard work into my portfolio, receiving a single email that suddenly ended my ability to contribute has been devastating.Same thing happened with my friend with 11000 AI generated files  (450$ earning monthly). I respect Adobe's policies and understand that the rules must be followed. If I made a mistake, I am willing to understand it, learn from it, and correct it.I hope Adobe will review my account and, if

I want to find out my annual plan renewal date.  I have searched and can only find the monthly payment date.

I'm consistently getting the same problem where the image is displayed with a strong colour cast when it's perfectly neutral after conversion to Grey Gamma 2.2 in PS. I am using Edit>Convert to Profile (Advanced) to select convert to Greyscale Gamma 2.2 The change is instantaneous as preview is selected. I have tried other Greyscale options and all give the same colour cast. My monitors are obviously fully calibrated.I’ve now tried exported C1 files in Adobe RGB 98 and also Greyscale Gamma 2.2 and they too get the colour cast when converted and opened respectively in PS. This is a B&W conversion from a normal colour digital camera and I get the same when using those from a Monochrome sensor too.The image after conversion is perfectly neutral, it prints as such, but the strong cast in PS makes it nigh on impossible to make any meaningful changes and soft proofing is completely out of the question!!I need to print using Grey Gamma 2.2 for the QuadToneRIP in the making of digital n

Can anyone confirm whether Adobe Stock asset #808645209 is marked as generative AI in Adobe’s system? The public page does not appear to show a Generative AI label, but the image looks AI-generated or heavily synthetic. Thoughts?

I use an iMac and OS is always up to date, I always update the Adobe products straight away.I can open let’s say Indesign, but then it takes forever to load and I have to force quit, repair creative cloud desktop and restart machine, then when restarting Adobe it often says things are taking longer than they should to open, restart Adobe - I go round in circles!

Photoshop suddenly began displaying Lightroom images incorrectly until toggling Proof Colors (Command+Y). Around the same time, I had an action I used regularly to produce a sun flare, and all of the sudden the Gradient Fill colors no longer match the same HEX/RGB values used previously. Existing TIFFs when the colors were applying correctly and exported back to lightroom display correctly when opened in photoshop again, but newly created gradients appear less saturated despite identical RGB values. Photoshop preferences have been reset, i've uninstalled and reinstalled, and the issue persists.

I’m on version 25.6.6. I won’t need assistance with this because this version is problematic enough after updating that I’m reverting back to version 2024. I still wanted to mention that after updating to this version, it now seems to include this AI driven media intelligence analysis, which I didn’t know was a thing until I opened the progress window and saw it running. When I went into preferences to find a way to disable it, it was already turned off, so I’m not sure why it ran. Mentioning because if it’s disabled, it shouldn’t be running anyway. Thanks!

Hi, I'm having a problem with After Effects. When I open the program and click on my project, it simply closes. How can I fix this?

I have uninstalled Photoshop 2026.  And attempted to reinstall Photoshop 2026, version 27.9.1.  It won’t install on my Apple iMac desktop computer.  macOS Tahoe 26.5.1. Any help is greatly apppreciated.

I have 35 devices which are not updating Adobe Acrobat. I’ve not been the one installing Acrobat, I’ve just seen the vulnerabilities for the older versions that are installed. How do I enable automatic updating on these? I’m assuming that there are various registry keys I need to configure?Should there be a scheduled task? I can only see these:Adobe-Genuine-Software-Integrity-Scheduler-1.0 AdobeGCInvoker-1.0 AdobeGCInvokerLogonService requirements:Set AdobeARMservice Service to auto and startRegistryHKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Adobe ARM\Legacy\Acrobat\{AC76BA86-1033-FFFF-7760-BC15014EA700}\Mode = 3 (Dword) HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\bUpdater = 1 (Dword) HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Adobe ARM\1.0\ARM\iCheck = 3 HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Adobe ARM\1.0\ARM\iCheckReader = 3Then I assume I remotely invoke "$env:ProgramFiles(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ARM\1.0\AdobeARM.exe" to start the update?Where are the logs that I can follow please? Thanks

Hi all,I’m sure this is probably schoolboy error stuff but i cannot get my head around it. An already graded clip but I want to raise the colour in a certain area. Use the mask tool but everywhere outside the mask goes back to its original log colour. I tried duplicating the clip but got the same result. Can anyone help me out on this? Thank you.

Running MacOS,  15.7.9, LRC 15.5.1Clicked to create a virtual copy and stack count was updated to 2 on the thumbnail, but no thumbnail appeared for the virtual copyTried to expand the stack to show the original and virtual copy. Did not work. Clicked on the stack count and it changed to indicate I was seeing the virtual copy 2. Made edits to virtual image and clicked on stack count to go back to the original image (1 in the stack)  and it shows the changes made on the virtual copy. Click again to create another virtual copy and the stack count is updated to 3. Same behavior. Any editing changes to image are made to original regardless of which virtual copy the stack count shows is being displayed.  Clicked on Unstack and the stack count icon disappears from the thumbnail of the image, but no virtual copies of the original are displayed. This test was done in a folder with one image only. After the unstack step above the folder count showed 3 photos,

Hello. I need help from an Adobe staff member with my main Adobe account. My main Adobe account has been completely inaccessible for more than a week. Every time I try to sign in, Adobe displays the message: “Your account is undergoing some maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience, your account will be available again soon. Please try again later.”This is not a browser, password, or computer issue. I have tried signing in on multiple computers and the same message appears everywhere. I also used Adobe's “Find your account” recovery process. Adobe successfully finds and identifies my Personal Account, but after I click Continue, I immediately receive the same “account is undergoing some maintenance” message.Because of this account issue, I cannot use Photoshop or Illustrator. I have already waited for more than a week, so this does not appear to be temporary maintenance.I also tried contacting Adobe Customer Care, but the support system requires me to sign in to the affected accou

My coworker found these in the Program Files folder ( Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects [Version]\Support Files ). We were hearing them and wondering where they’re used. I have found no mentions of them anywhere. Are they just an easter egg or something left by the devs?

Need to cancel this charge of $54.22/month.  Tried but just get a continuous circle. What’s wrong

Hello, I am reviewing my credit card statement and there is a charge for "Adobe PDF Pack Subs Ado Saggart" for $173.99 AUD on 14 Oct 2019. I am not subscribing any Adobe service. What is that for??? Kind regards.

You keep removing useful shortcuts and established habits that long-time users rely on. I genuinely do not understand what kind of product decisions are being made here. Why are you constantly changing features, hotkeys, and default settings that have worked perfectly well for years—especially when users have built their workflows around them?It feels as though changes are being made simply to make the software look “updated,” rather than to solve real problems or improve the user experience. Not every long-standing behaviour needs to be redesigned just because someone prefers a different way of working. For example, in Photoshop, transforming an object used to be free from aspect-ratio constraints by default, while holding Shift preserved the proportions. You simply reversed that behaviour. Why? This was a familiar, efficient workflow for countless users, yet it was changed without any meaningful benefit to the people who actually use the software every day.

Acrobat PRO account on monthly payments (up to date payments) was cancelled with Adobe then charging me what appears to be a full years subscription. There are no other active plans so the extra charge is not warranted. Please arrange an immediate refund.

How do I get (paid) support for my companies Adobe Acrobat license? I have an Adobe Contract Number, but this account seems to be a non-enterprise customer support channel account. Anyone knows what/if I have to do something more?
