Solved

Hello,Now this happens for the 2nd time : Blocking Tunisia from paying online and forcing me to deal with local resellers, well, I contacted all resellers on Adobe’s Page, only 2 answered me, and guess what, they only sell For Teams / Enterprise, none of them sells Individual or Student / Teacher Plans (I can send you their emails)… I recently received an email telling me that they will stop my subscription and telling me I have to buy through local reseller, AGAIN… Now how is this possible? How am I supposed to pay for the subscription then? I contacted someone from support and said “they can’t do anything for me”… I suggested that as I’m from MENA region, what if I pay from a different country from the MENA region, the closest, they also said it’s not allowed. Please help.

Hi, Are there any senior discount programs available? Being on a limited fixed income is difficult to continue using Adobe software.

I used to use HDR editing all the time and one day about 2 weeks ago it stopped working and says it's not compatible with my Pixel 10 Pro XL. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps.

PROBLEM SUMMARY:The physical ASUS Dial or touchpad DialPad works for Windows volume and brightness, but completely fails to work natively inside Adobe Photoshop (no smooth brush size scaling, zoom, opacity, or HUD). A factory reset or clean driver install does not fix this. The root cause is a three-part installation failure by ASUS:1. The ASUS Control Panel Toolkit installer leaves the extension packed in a .zip archive instead of installing it.2. The native C++ bridge file (AsusDCPPhotoshopExtension.dll) is not copied into Photoshop's plugin directory.3. Modern versions of Photoshop block unsigned legacy CEP extensions unless an Adobe developer debug flag is turned on in the Windows Registry. Follow this step-by-step fix to restore full native control. STEP 1: Extract the Missing CEP Extension Files1. Open File Explorer and navigate to:C:\Program Files\ASUS\ASUS Control Panel Toolkit\(If not there, check C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\ASUS Control Panel Toolkit\)2. Locate the file named

I was charged SGD 40.60 and SGD 9.46 by Adobe on 31 Oct 2025, for the free trial which lasted 1 week. However, when I tried to cancel the trial, I was unable to cancel as there was no link for me to click to Cancel. How do I cancel when there is no link to cancel under "Plans"?The FAQ said that you have to go to "Plans" and select "Manage Plans" and then select "Cancel your plan". However, when I click on "Plans", there is no "Manage Plans". It instead says "You have no paid plans". So, how did I get charged SGD 40.60 and SGD 9.46 by Adobe? The 2 amounts are because, i signed up for a 7-day free trial for Adobe (S$40.60) and AI Assistant (S$9.46).I was unable to cancel the free trial, which resulted in me getting charged the above fees. Now, my bigger concern is that it will continue to charge me on a monthly basis, as I am unable to cancel this Adobe subscription. Is anyone able to tell me how I can cancel this? I am very concerned about how poor the user-friendliness of

I have FM 2022. Look at the first picture. It’s an anchored frame with a drawing in it. In the first box below you can see the dimensions for the anchored frame. The frame is 10 mm higher than the drawing, so 5 mm space over and under it. We can see that the anchored frame is 151,013 mm high. BUT look at the box below. The width and heigh of the drawing is not at all true! How do I get the correct measurments? I imported the exact same drawing in FM 7 and got the width to 154,109 and height to 141,013.At first I thought that the lower box was for something else, but if I click on the drawing and then on the icon for Object properties, this box opens.

After importing from Word, I often find myself with an unneeded style that InDesign thinks is in use somewhere. I try deleting it, and it asks what style to replace it with. But since I don't know where it's applied, I don't know what to replace it with. So I have to fire up Find/Change, select the styles menu, scan through my ~100 styles and select the one to search for. Why can't we have a right-click option to "Find this style" right from the Paragraph Styles pane? We can do that for colors, why not p-styles? Is there any way to use scripting to accomplish this task faster than manually searching the F/C dialog every time? Maybe a script to add to the right click menu, or another way to search that would be faster. I'm curious if anyone else has a better idea for how I can accomplish this. Thanks!

Hey! i want to Export some Libraries that i share with other people of the company to one of our drives to archive it and make space for new ones. When i try to Export the Lib through the Adobe CC desktop app, after some % i get an error message saying “something went wrong” and “contact support”. Its not always the same % and there is plenty of space on the Drive. I even tried other drives and the drive where CC and the temp lib files are located, nothing worked so far. Maybe someone had same issues and a solution for this? :)Thanks in advance!

Hello Adobe Community,I am unable to access Behance on both desktop (Microsoft Edge, Windows 10) and the Behance mobile app. Each time I log in, I receive “Access Denied (HTTP ERROR 403)” and my profile appears blank. Here are the details of what I’ve tried and observed: Location: Cebu City, Philippines ISP: Converge ICT Devices tested: Windows 10 PC (Edge), Android/iOS Behance app Troubleshooting done: Cleared cookies/cache in Edge Tested in InPrivate mode Reinstalled the Behance mobile app Tried different browsers and devices Network test results: Ping to Behance server (151.101.193.197) succeeds with ~18ms response Traceroute shows clean path through Converge servers to Behance Issue persists across all devices and networks (Wi‑Fi and mobile data). This suggests the problem is not with my ISP or device, but possibly with my Adobe account or regional access restrictions.Has anyone else in the Philippines experienced this? Could this be an account/

I was working on a project using Adobe InDesign (on a Mac), saving copies of the file as I went along, as well as saving copies to my desktop. I have finished the project, and no longer need the 20 copies I have saved. I deleted the copies from my desktop, but they still appear in InDesign. When I try to click on the copies, it says: Either the file does not exist, you do not have permission, or the file may be in use by another application. The thing is, I am the owner of the files, and my laptop is now losing 20% battery/hour while it is logged off because the program is using so much energy. How do I fix this problem?

Hello everyoneMy photowas rejected because it doesn't meet the quality standards. The reason given was: exposure issues, soft focus, noise/artifacts, or excessive filtering. I followed all the correct steps: used the original file from camera, removed metadata correctly without re-saving, did not over-edit, and size is over 4 MP. Could you please look at my photo and tellme specifically exactly what is wrong? Is it focus, light, noise, or something else?I want to fix it properly before resubmitting.Thank you very much you help.

Dear I would like to use a smart collection that depends on the keyword and I am having many problems:if the keyword has many words for instance “blue birds” and there is also a keyword “birds” if I look for photos with just “birds” it also shows photos of “blue birds” if I work  with keyword trees, for instance I do have “birds” and inside two other keywords “small” and “big”. Some photos do only have “birds” and other do only have “small” or “big”. If I ask the filter to show “birds” it also shows those photos with “small” or “big” keyword and that do not have the “birds”. another problem with the keyword trees: supose that I add another keyword “dogs” and inside it I have “small” and “big” keywords. I did not find the the solution to make the smart collection show photos with the specific  “big” keyword inside “dogs”. I have tried “dogs > big”, “dogs / big” but didn’t work I have been trying to use a synonim for each keyword with a code without spaces and asking to include the co
