Check your connection and try again below. If you’re still having issues, please see our connectivity troubleshooting guide. What is going on? any help will be greatly appreciated LR version 14.3Windows 11

I reset my photoshop preferences but it is stilll not showing up, even though it is selected in the Window menu. I've been waiting for the Adjust Colours from Beta to be added to the regular version. Anyone else having this issue? Any tips on getting it back?

Our organization is currently utilizing Adobe Acrobat Sign, and our existing account is registered under the email address sander.eek@hcs-company.com. We would like to update this account to the new email address: sander.eek@eden-akers.com. Approximately 1.5 years ago, Adobe advised against changing the primary email address on an Acrobat Sign account due to the risk of losing access to previously signed documents (which actually happend, even when working with Adobe Support). Does anyone know if changing the account email is now supported without impacting access to historical signed documents? Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards,Sander Eek.

HiIs there a way to change the colour of cross-reference links when output in HTML5? In FrameMaker, the text colour is black, but in the Help output, I would like it to be #0C1233. How and where can this be changed, if possible?TIA

I have several RoboHelp 7 projects (I know, so old!) that I am looking to upgrade to RoboHelp 2022.This page says to upgrade the project to RoboHelp 2015, 2017, or 2019 first. But the referenced download page (here) doesn't contain those RoboHelp versions. Where can I download RoboHelp 2015, 2017, or 2019 so I can upgrade my projects properly? As you probably know, they don't import correctly when I attempt it in RoboHelp 2022.Thanks for your help!

I've finally reached my limit and am now asking for any help for the following issue. If my memory is correct, this issue was a problem before, but I do not know how I solved it. I have a report that I fill out for work, it's an editable document with text fields highlighted in blue. If there is text in the fields from a previous day, it remains visible when I delete it or type over it. It's not until I close the keyboard and deselect the text field that it "updates" what I've just written. I have attached screenshots of the issue. It happens inside any selectable field if text is present.

Hello, when I edit on my 16 inch laptop, I need more space than on a big screen, and I noticed that this "UI design", when only one unneded button (I can press TAB when I need it) takes too much empty space, could you please fix it, or place it inline with above or switch it off, or make a preference to hide it?

Porque será que en el Acrobat PDF se me ve en la letra mezclada y borrosa

Freshly installed Elements 10.  Can not use the option-mouse click to define an area for the clone stamp.  The error I get is:Could not use the clone stamp tool because the area to clone has not been defined (option-click to define a source point).New Mac Mini.  Had the same problems in Elements 9 so I installed the 10 trial.  Is this a key binding error?  Did not have this issue with Elements 9 on my Mac Air or my Windows 7 system.  I'm not a newbie and know how to use the clone tool.  I won't say I'm an expert so if it's something related to layers please throw out some ideas.

Hello everyone,I've built a Windows 10 Enterprise v1709 image for my labs and offices and have run into an issue with the Acrobat Reader extension for Google Chrome.  After the extension has been installed, on the next launch of Chrome, a new tab will automatically appear and open the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-reader-chrome-extension.html.  Since this is installed as part of an image, this page is appearing for all new users who log in and launch Chrome.  This is a controlled environment and we require all web browsers to open a company webpage by default for all users.  I've configured this default page on the local installs and through Group Policy using the Chrome .admx templates, but the helpx.adobe.com Tab continues to appear.  I can block the URL in GPO, but the Tab will still open, it just says the page is blocked. What I would like to do is prevent this new tab from ever opening.  I've searched through the windows registry

I used below code from other post to calculate total time (custom calculate script): if ((this.getField("To1").value.length == 0) || (this.getField("From1").value.length == 0)) {event.value = " 0 Hours 0 Minutes";}else{ var timefinished = this.getField("To1").value;var timestarted = this.getField("From1"). value; var datetimefinished = new Date('1970/01/01' + " " + timefinished);var datetimestarted = new Date('1970/01/01' + " " + timestarted); var difflnMilliSeconds = Math.abs(datetimefinished - datetimestarted)/1000; var hours = Math.floor(difflnMilliSeconds / 3600) % 24;difflnMilliSeconds -= hours *3600; var minutes = Math.floor(difflnMilliSeconds / 60) % 60;difflnMilliSeconds -= minutes * 60; event.value = hours + "." + minutes ;} I am having trouble finding the right script to calculate all totals and how to calculate overtime after 12 am (for Example: From 23:00 till 01:00).

Can anyone help? I was just playing around, and made a circle, and wanted to generate a vector inside this circle. Usually, it asks me right away, want to make a vector but now it is greyed out, even from the File menu. Any help? thanks!

Hello, everyone. After installing Patch 7 of ColdFusion 2023 on an existing application, the CFLOCATION tags stopped redirecting. It was redirecting properly until Patch 6. The page indicates a status code 302 in the 'network' tab of Google Chrome and shows that the next page loaded, but visually, it seems as if it didn’t load. Has anyone experienced this and knows how to solve it? Thank you all for your help.

Hello Adobe Community,Since a couple of weeks I cannot get rid of the tab on the upper part of every page of my Adobe pages, saying "Résumé génératif". In French, my user language. In the setup section I have selected to not use AI. I have restarted my Ipad several times. I am using Adobe to read music scores. This "service" is completely unnesserary and not asked for. It also distracts my eyes and it seems impossible to remove.Any solutions that could work?ThanksDaniel

Question. Has there been or is there planned an expansion and improvement of voice generation in the Effects > Generatte > Speech path in Adobe Audition? One male and one female voice which are ridiculously robotic doesn't provide anything like a realistic mockup for a script. Just curious.

Hey there,I'm working on a project with multiple footages (music video) and since the beginning I've been doing the step-by-step default scheme to be sure that I won't have issues with this project.I've created a multicam sequence and made all the cuts i wanted: check! Now, i'm beginning to color correct each of the footages that are inside of this multicam sequence.BUT whenever I color correct it, when I get back to my main sequence, the Program Monitor only shows one camera (the camera that was choosen for the particulary cut) and not all the cams that I have. When I go to the wrench icon to check the Multi-camera status, it shows a small circle, instead of checked or not. This keeps happenning, all the time. Any valuable and pertinent inputs here will be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone,I’m having a serious issue with an InDesign document (.inddc) that suddenly won’t open anymore. As soon as I try to open the file, InDesign crashes immediately without showing any error message. I’ve tested this in versions 20.2 and 20.3 – same result. Here’s what I’ve already tried:Reset InDesign preferencesRestarted my computerUploaded the file to the Creative CloudShared it with a second Adobe accountTransferred the file to that second account’s filesI also tried accessing and downloading the file both via the Creative Cloud desktop client and via the browser, but no luck – the file can’t be opened or downloaded from either account or interface. Still no specific error messages.Has anyone experienced something like this before or found a way to recover a file in this state?Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Im having an issue here in illustrator.I think i must have once pressed the wrong button, because now i dont have the regular transform options on a shape. When i click on a shape, instead of having the regular boxes in each of the 4 corners, which allow you to rotate, scale etc, i just have a very small blue square at each corner. In addition i cant just click any where on the shape and move it, i have to click right on the outer path line of the shape. Can anyone help with this?

I'm eager to try out the new perspective warp feature of the latest Photoshop update but the point is greyed out in the menue and I can't figure out how to activate it ("use graphic processor" is turned on in the preferences). I have tried it with a merged image file, with a seperate layer active, with a selection active - no luck. Does anyone else have this problem?

After creating my free trial for adobe stock, I downloaded a couple images, then forgot about it since I didn't require it anymore, I thought I had cancelled the subscription but I must not have. I check my account a few weeks later and I am charged for the subscription even though I have not used the software since the inital trial period. I would just cancel it normally and take the 40 dollar hit but it says it has a 200 dollar cancellation fee which is outrageous (I know I agreed to the terms when accepting the trial). Is there any way I can get refunded the amount and cancel my subscription?
