Solved

On my iphone i get options to change hair color, facial features, do makeup etc. On my computer I cannot find any of these options. I have re downloaded the app on my computer and it’s still the same. It’s like it is a completely different app. I am using Windows 11computer and Iphone 16

I have basic InDesign skills but nothing advanced. I'm creating a document and whenever I type an apostrophe (') InDesign displays it as a tiny greater than symbol. It does this no matter what font I'm using. I can type the same text in Illustrator and it looks fine. If I then paste it into InDesign it is correct. But if I type it directly into InDesign it never displays as an apostrophe. I've tried checking my character and paragraph settings and tried multiple fonts to no avail. Any guidance would be much appreciated!

When I publish online, the images in the document all turn dull in colour and contrast, even though the graphics remain the correct colour. All my images are sRGB, I’m publishing in JPEG format, I’ve tried adding a transparent rectangle on each page as someone suggested. Colour settings below. What else can I do to fix this?

Hello! So, there have been a couple posts on how Lumetri color effects are not exporting out of Premiere Pro correctly, but none of the answers given have corrected my export quality yet so I'm hoping I can get some new answers now especially with CC 2019. Anyways, my footage is color corrected/graded very simply. I have each clip color graded with the Lumetri effect individually and I also have an adjustment layer with the Lumetri effect on a specific sequence of the footage. It seems as though none of my Lumetri effects are being exported as much footage is dull and looks similar to the raw footage. I was orginally exporting H.264 with Match Source for bit rate but now I've tried a very of settings (I've tried MPEG, etc). My max bit rate is on in sequence settings. I've also copied and pasted my Lumetri folders into Adobe Media Encoder folder but still nothing. First image is what I have in Premiere after color grading and the second photo is what shows up on Quicktime. Please help!!

So I’ve been waiting for the reset of my monthly 7,000 tokens, but this morning it’s not showing my reset.  I also paid a separate for for an additional 2,000 tokens that is now showing for Sept 5th.  what gives?  There was nothing saying I went over, and there is nothing saying that if I did, it would be deducted from the future months tokens, so I need an explanation.  Is this specifically time based? as far as when my original 7000 will reset, as I didn’t sign up til late in the day?  this is a major cause for concern, as you already have my yearly fee and I have only been using the service for a month. I've attached the screen shot, and it appears to only show the reset for the extra tokens I signed up for, but not the original 7,000.

I didn't have this issue before the latest updates when switching between the two.I tried to reinstall an older version, but the problem persists.I am having the problem on both indesign and illustrator.Do you have a solution ?

I have already logged out of my old device. I have installed Elements 2020 on my new computer, but it keeps saying “The serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 30 days to use this product.” I already did! How can I make my new computer believe me? I have reached out to support and they were of no use. I looked at my plans and products under manage my account and none are listed. Please help me!

Alguno mas está con problemas para pagar la suscripción?? La tarjeta de crédito está ok, probé con otras también y en todos los casos informa un error con los datos del pago. Hace años estoy pagando con esa tarjeta (que sigue vigente y activa).

All I want is a full refund on a subscription that I did not want and you guys still proceeded to make the transaction. Can the adobe team just take a look at my account, cancel the subscription that I’m not even using and refund me my money? Please, that’s all I ask. Please contact me directly.

I keep getting this popup alert. I have a licence and I am using it on my desktop and laptop. I have reached out to adobe a few times and they tell me too many people are logged in and simply send me the link to the devices page on my account. I then send them a screenshot of only the two devices and they tell me that I have to log out of all the adobe products on one device before using the other!!!! I have been an adobe customer since its inception and this is the biggest waste of time. I understand cracking down on unlicenced users but when you are effecting paying customers you are going to loose them.

I was registering for adobe India Insider program and they we're asking for student email id but my university haven't provided it yet so is there any alternative for that step in registration process?

I have cancelled my subscription on 25th August within the free trial period of 7 days and still on 26th August the payment has been charged on my credit card for annual subscription for Rs. 2650. What is the process to get refund for the same?

Good afternoon, There seems to be an issue after the latest update (25.001.20577) with Adobe Acrobat not responding. Sometimes Acrobat will freeze and we'll need to use task manager to close it out. Most of the time there's a long delay and Acrobat displays "Not responding" but will eventually load. We've attempted to resolve this by running a repair. When this didn't work, we tried using Adobe Cleaner tools to remove Adobe and reinstalled from Creative Cloud. I've seen posts from past years with a similar issue. I've tried everything suggested in those posts including turning off online storage options, disabling protected view, and disabling new acrobat. Please advise. This is greatly affecting many of our user's workflows.

I use a new DELL laptop with WIN11, and after some dayes, adobe acrobat is opening only as admin and only if enhanced security/protected mode is offFirst, everything worked, but then, I do not know why, it does not react expept as a admin. With processMonitor, I could find no trace of the reader if I try to start it as a standard use,I tried all possible folder  and registry permission issues with ChatGPT, but nothing helped.Alos reinstalling even with the cleaner tool didn't change anything!

i have purchased the plan but no invoice and no credits i can see

Seit Lightroom Version 9.5 (Mac; App Store Version) ist es nicht mehr möglich, das Wasserzeichen anzupassen. Es also weder hoch zu laden, noch die Position zu verändern (s. Anhang). Hat noch wer anderes das gleiche Problem?

I am unable to import photos into Lightroom Classic suddenly this morning. When I attempt to import new photos, either from an SD card or my hard drive, it displays them as if it is going to import them, but then nothing happens, and the import photos and videos button becomes grayed out. If I close and reopen Lightroom Classic, the button seems to be active, but than again nothing happens after I click it, and then it becomes grayed out again.

Hello, I have a bug on my personal computer. When I use Photoshop, after two or three edits like generative expand, painting, or even just hue and saturation, Photoshop makes my computer crash and restart. I use the license at my office at work with no problem. So it really seems to come from my PC, or maybe a setting that needs to be changed in PS. Does anyone know the solution? I'm using the latest version of Photoshop. I’ve tried turning my computer off and on again, reinstalling Photoshop, reinstalling the Creative Cloud suite, but nothing works.

I've already tried everything: Wait a few minutes and try again. It may be a temporary server issue Fully close and relaunch your browser to clear the cache Log out of Adobe and log back in to refresh your session token Switch to a different browser (e.g. Chrome → Edge or Firefox) Simplify or rephrase your prompt, removing brand names or restricted words Try using a clearer, simpler reference image

Trying to send a document for e-signature. Keep getting the following 'Authentication Error' message. I have checked that I have Adobe Pro. My IT people have suggested asking on this forum how to correct this issue.

Hey there,Since the introduction of the EU AI Act I need to know precisely which tools in Photoshop will get my work flagged as AI, so I can circumvent their use.I already ditched LRC because of this and for not getting any answers on said questions anywhere. Working with the basic toolset on PS right now, but since selections apparently are also made with AI now, and anything involving AI seems to get flagged, I need to know precisely, please. Why - because some of my clients aren’t very happy about getting their pics flagged upon using them on Meta platforms because I removed a bottle, and because they need to be “clearly marked” as “Made with AI” or whatever else. I can already see this becoming a huge headache. Marking every single file in various sizes for print and Social Media. Thanks. Please someone clarify. I can only find slop info on this, plus a PDF from Capacanada, and I have to ask for every single tool, because a general slop question leaves tools out it informed me as us

Hi, We're trying to implement an endpoint to receive Adobe Sign webhooks in a PHP/Symfony application but can't seem to pass the verification process. The registration form always returns "The URL provided is not a valid webhook URL." Our code looks like this public function __invoke(Request $request): Response { // fetch the header $adobeClientIdHeader = $request->headers->get('X-AdobeSign-ClientId'); // Compare it with what we expect to receive // Which is `UB7E5BXCXY` in integration environment if ($adobeClientIdHeader !== $this->adobeSignClientId) { return new JsonResponse(null, Response::HTTP_FORBIDDEN); } // Return the client id if the method is GET if ('GET' === $request->getMethod()) { return new JsonResponse(['xAdobeSignClientId' => $this->adobeSignClientId]); } if ('POST' === $request->getMethod()) { // Handle the webhook... return new J
