Why was my bank  charged when I don't have an account set up for subscription

HiI am going round in circles on this one.Latest version of Illustrator via CCWindows 11 Home PremiumNVIDIA GEForce GPUTransform Tool within the toolbar scales shapes when “restrain” is UNCHECKED.Transform standalone Window does the same. Some limited success if you enter the dimensions manually in the bottom area of the Toolbar window.Have uninstalled / re-installed / uninstalled / re-installed - Cleaner Tool etc.Bounding Box is selected.Anyone any ideas of how to resolve - I need the transform tool to work correctly a lot in my line of work. Thanks in advance

After Effects version 26.0 freezes when I use the 3D camera with two views. After Effects version 26.0 freezes when I use the 3D camera with two views.Since version 24, After Effects has had this problem of freezing the view on two screens when using the 3D camera. At first, I thought it was due to my PC's configuration, but I recently upgraded it and the problem persists. I've reset the After Effects settings several times and it's still the same. Now, something strange is that if I work with only one view, After Effects doesn't freeze, so I only work with that single view currently. Screenshot of the frozen screen:PC specifications:Operating system: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro version 10.0.26200CPU: Intel Core i7-10700F 2.90GHzRAM: 32 GB DDR4Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070SSD: 1.8 TB

I notice that Sora 2 has been deprecated on Firefly when the Sora 2 API doesn’t deprecate until the 24th of September. Is it possible  for Firefly to continue support for Sora 2 until September?

Hello everyone,I'm trying to subscribe to Adobe Firefly Pro Plus, but I can't complete the payment. The error I receive is:"Your payment couldn't be processed. Please check your payment details. If the problem persists, try another payment method or contact your bank."The problem is that my bank confirms they never receive any payment authorization request from Adobe. Here is what I have already checked:My credit card information is correct. It is a valid İş Bankası (Türkiye İş Bankası) Visa credit card.International online payments are enabled.I have successfully used this card internationally before.I entered all card details manually (not autofill).I tried different browsers and devices. My bank confirmed there is no declined transaction on their side.It seems that Adobe rejects my card before the payment request reaches the bank.Has anyone experienced the same issue, especially from Turkey? Is there any solution or something I should check?Thank you!

Hello,I’d like to know if it is possible to export in webp format from LrC ? I don’t see this possibility. Is it possible with Photoshop ? Except with save as where I can’t choose size of file. Thanks in advance.

How is it possible to completely destroy the Image Trace tool?! I work with illustrations created in .psd, convert them to bitmap and save them as .tif. The illustrations can be quite detailed and use halftone textures. I have a custom setting for these in illustrator when I use Image Trace to turn them into vector. In the latest couple of updates this has been completely broken and there’s no work around that I have found. PLEASE FIX IT NOW!! The price for Adobe CC is way to high for issues like this to be acceptable.See screenshots below of preferred outcome and compare to the outcome in the latest version of Illustrator.

When I used the remove tool to remove a cable that was in front of my subject, the tool added tusks to the baby elephant. Needless to say, baby elephants do not have tusks and since this is an Asian female, she would not have tusks of this size - even as an adult

I am only using Adobe Reader and this problem just surfaced recently (I assume it has to do with a recent update). I can open the pdf files with MS Edge OK (which I don’t want to use). The error says “something went wrong” then it says “A running instance of Acrobat has caused an error”  when I try to open the pdf with Adobe Reader like I always have. It is on a WIN10 desktop.  Ron

I have hidden the Options bar in Photoshop. When I select a portion of the image and press the C key (the shortcut for the crop tool), followed by the Enter key, the crop tool displays the Options bar. Is there a way to disable this behaviour and have the crop tool simply crop the selected area when I press Enter, without first showing a crop area preview?

Hello, every week I have to edit pdfs and in the past few months I have been running into an issue. When I click 'edit pdf' and select my text to move it around on my page, there are some invisible white squares that in some sections that block the text. I can move the text up to the front to make it visible, but I was wondering if there was some way to see what these squares are so I can delete them. I can't seem to select them and Adobe can't detect a background in the pdf.

Updated to latest version 24.4.0 and the Alt+ scroll zoom behaves different. It zooms to a totally different timeline area than the usual mouse pointer/playhead. Any workarounds?

The Premiere Pro Export window isn't defaulting to Source In/Out when In/Out points are used. Furthermore, it seems to be reverting back to ‘Entire Source’ almost at random. I have to make sure I check that it’s on Source In/Out. My understanding is that Premiere is supposed to check whether In/Out points are being used and set the source accordingly? This doesn’t seem to be working in my case. FYI I don’t use the Work Bar Area.Premiere Pro MacOS 26.3.0 (Build 93)MacOS Tahoe 26.5.2

even though we pay for subscription. It worked until last week. Now its blank when we try to open an image to edit. Everything else is working.

Hello! I’m trying to take a sequence that’s in a Premiere Production and move it into a regular Project. I made sure all of the media that’s in the sequence is in my project, and imported the sequence, unchecking the option to bring in duplicates. But when I go into the sequence, select a clip and reveal in project, it opens the Production project the clip originally lived in. Is there a way to ensure it matches back to media in my current project? I was thinking reassociate source clips could work but it was grayed out. Thank you!!

Does anyone know how to turn off this notification for the Learn window in Illustrator? It pops up every single time I open Illustrator, multiple times a day regardless of when I last opened, and it's driving me crazy. It's not useful or interesting, but I can't find anyone that's successfully turned it off.

So, I’ve recently encountered the following problem: Whenever I try to open a RAW photo—whether from the Sony 7CII or an Olympus OMD-5 Mark II—I get this message:"The embedded ICC profile cannot be used because the ICC profile is invalid. The profile will be ignored."In the meantime, I’ve updated my MacBook Pro with the M3 Pro chip to the latest operating system. Photoshop is also up to date, as well as the RAW Converter. After the updates, everything worked fine at first. However, I then switched to HDR mode in the RAW development process (within Photoshop's RAW module). After turning HDR off again, I attempted to open the image in Photoshop, and now I’m getting the same error message again. What could be causing this?

I start pse 26.3, get to the initial splash screen, click on either organizer module or photo editor module; little circle goes around for maybe a minute and then stops but neither module has opened. I’ve downloaded the app again and get same result. I have win 11 with ARM. Help, please.

Want to cancel, I don’t need this app on my phone, I haven’t used it in months, I want my pending payment refunded

When I open my pictures in LRc they seem to be OK in the first second but then the views of a number of ‘damaged’ files changes to a corrupted view. Because the view of these files is not ‘corrupted’ in other browsers (Windows, Canon DPP etc.) and only in Adobe views I prsume this is caused by a kind of Bug in the adobe software. Also the fact that it only happens to a number of files that seem to be damaged during the backup some time ago excludes that the reason is my PC/hardware.Making a copy or exporting from windows view or DPP (to jpg or else) does not result in Adobe readible files either. Then repair software (Stellar or else) shows to be unable to recognise the problem.See below an example of:The view in windows The view in LRc in the first second(s) The view in LRc after that The overview in LRc showing it happens to specific files onlyAny idea how to ‘repair’ the files in a way Adobe keeps the undamaged view?  Thanks,Louis

Clients are using FREE AI tools to remove their watermarks from my online galleries and aren't ordering finals (and thereofre aren't paying for them and are color correcitng or worse- Not color corrrecting and sing/posting.  Pixieset to showcase images inhgi res no mater how small I make them. I'm thinkin low res proof sheets would resolve this- But how do I get my watermark and the proof sheet done in photoshop without hours of extra work?  Also, how would you deliver the proof sheets?  (gmail?  dropbox?).  Quite upsetting- it feels like I've been stolen from - ouch!  And I'm concerned about how time consuming this newprocess could be!  I can't charge more and include- in my market, noone would pay more and i'm already doing too much for too little (modeling industry, kids fashion, etc)
