My son has accidentally signed up for a one-year contract for After Effects. He is 15 years old. How do Adobe control purchases by minors? Could we have prevented this? He has a debit card with a small amount on it for direct purchases but how is it possible that he signed up for a one-year subscription?

It just won’t open.

Hello, I am trying to finish a project for my school assignment and I keep getting the 403 error message stating that I used unauterized content. However, every picture that I used was allowed under the free account. I still can't publish my webpage and this is worth 10% of my grade. I have been dealing with this since for about 3 days and my deadline was yesterday. Please assist me on what I should do. Thank you.

I am very disappointed in this software.  I have tried numerous times to use it and have been unsuccessful.  I would like to cancel this subscription immediately and would like to ask for a refund.   Carl Crespo

When I go into record mode, the head is floating around when I use the motion library. I noticed when i click on the head it highlights the body. When I click the body it is still highlighted around the body; so it is double tagged. I even made sure that everything is named correctly. How do I fix this? Thank you in advance

Buonasera. Cordiali saluti, Andrea Alfieri

I no longer have access to the computers where the program is activated. What do I do when Adobe won’t help? Adobe “help” says y’all will answer fast. Not sure why they can’t just give the answer or the link to the answer… Please help? I need acrobat back. [Yes, the license is on the account, but the devices are not...]

The search function to search all past signed agreements seems to be missing. For the longest time there was always a search bar at the top of the All Agreements screen and it isn’t there anymore. I have looked and poked around many different functions, searchbars etc to no avail. Currently am unable to search for agreements at all and have to scroll through the list. Only way I can do a search is if I switch to Classic View which I really do not prefer. Any idea what may have happened? I can’t imagine the function has been literally removed from the program.

Please put a feature in Form Creation where you can turn off the AI Assistant popup for others who use your form. Currently each user has to do it individually themselves in Reader, which is a painful process. Not everyone wants or needs AI staring them in the face.

It’s not that the thumbnails are slow to display; they never display until they are selected.  Images are stored on an external drive.  The catalog is on the iMac SS.

Spelling is wrong and keeps doing the opposite of what I want. It misconstrues the logo that I have uploaded and I have to spend more credits to try to get the correct spelling. There is no way to get a refund.

Help!  I am trying to increase the font size on screen with keyframes!I have text that is in a single line as below:  Before!I then would like the text to increase in size to get this effect:The problem is that:When I use keyframes with the SCALE then it disappears off the screen When I use keyframes with the Source Text and the font size it does not gradually increase in size but instead the playhead stays the same size until it reaches the second keyframe and then just jumps in size!Is there a way to get from the first picture to the second picture?  Please don’t say use After Effects!

My Adobe InDesign shortcut keys no longer work! (very useful when toggling between Preview and Normal View, etc.) The shortcut keys do, however work fine in Photoshop. Uninstalled and reinstalled etc to no avail. Also, is there a way to set the InDesign Default Workspace? I used to open InDesign all the time and it would open to my preferred Workspace (Advanced), but not it opens to what appears to by no workspace enabled )(not even essentials) meaning I need to go and select Advanced every time I open an ID document.

Hello everyone, I bought the original full version of Photoshop CS6 v13 for over PLN 2,000 a few years ago, bought on an invoice for my small company, currently Photoshop is activated on 1 laptop with Core I5 4th gen. with Win8.1 and I have a used new laptop with I5 8th gen. win10 I want to install CS6 on a new laptop so I can continue working, but unfortunately, neither the installation by entering my product key directly, where it also appears as active and registered in my Adobe account, nor the offline installation option works :( After generating the request code, after installing CS6, when I go to the page where I enter the request code, then my product key, and the response code should be generated, the entire Adobe system says my key has been invalidated :((( It looks terrible and I feel totally cheated because I spent a lot of money :( And they're telling me the key has been invalidated, even though it works on my old PS6 laptop, and I hope no one from Adobe disables it beca

Has the text-box tool that used to be in the 'Fill & Sign' panel been removed? I haven't been able to find it since the update, it's very frustrating.I'm running the full version of Acrobat DC. I know I can go into the Edit Page tab and sometimes I'm able add text boxes, depending on how the document is formatted (but not always). But this is not what I'm wanting to do. How do I find the olod tool I was familiar with?

I’m an Assistant Editor who works in documentaries. I wanted to let Premiere users know about an inexpensive third-party software, Syncalia 3, that has been incredibly useful to me. I frequently run into situations where there’s verite footage by multiple cameras that are supposed to sync with each other (and with separately-recorded sound) but there’s no timecode or timecode that doesn’t match, no clapper, no camera reports explaining what clips are supposed to sync with which other clips, etc. I thought that knowing that this software was an option would be helpful to Premiere users.

I am having the same issue. Adobe support is not helpful at all. Just like the person who answered with a bunch of links for you to try and figure out yourself they are all links for the desktop version. Adobe support kept giving me steps to do that were impossible on the ipad. They act like you are the problem while the dip in your pocket for the monthly fees.
