cannot print docx!I do get an error log, super helpful but wish I could use the software that used to make life easier not the today adobe garbage.

I have the education discount (university employee). I've been asked to renew my credentials because I'm "graduating." The renewal form and verification email only seems to be suited for students: it wants my graduation date and my class schedule. How do I renew as an educator who isn't a student?

I am migrating to a newer version of Adobe After Effects on my MAC (17.0.6 build 35 to 24.6.1). I want to backup /migrate ALL Settings, Presets, workspaces, keyboard shortcuts, plugins, templates, scripts etc.  I found this tutorial that mentions one folder location to copy files over to new version but want to make sure I am not missing anything else that I should migrate over. In the past, when I was using earlier AI versions than CS5 it was no problem to warp text and then create the outlines of the text. Now, the option “create outlines” disappears when I do right-click on the warped text.Lots of thanks in advance for your help!!!

I want to keep an image but delete/correct the text only. Each time I give that command, Firefly changes the image completely, despite instructions not to. I’m wasting credits.

Hi guys, does anyone know what may be causing this video noise. Every time i export out even a low-res preview this appears in random spots in the video. If i’m lucky sometimes, it doesn’t appear at all, but no one seems to know the route cause of it. Its only been happening in the last year. Any help would be grateful, thank you  

Hello, I’m trying to use a grunge map as the base color of my material, then run it through a gradient map to color it. I wanted to use an anchor point before the gradient, to create a roughness map that matches the grunge I’m using as my base color. This works, but the the anchor point roughness map comes out much darker than the base color grunge that it is derived from. What is the reason for this? Shouldn’t the anchor point just directly copy the greyscale map? I made sure that the anchor point is BEFORE my gradient and AFTER my levels. Base color from grunge mapRoughness from grunge map anchor pointThanks for your help, On a side note, is this the best method to do this? Hello! I can’t find dynamic stroke menu in my brush settings. As an example I selected Dirt 1 brush. I remember it was present in the Alpha section of the brush settings. I am using Substance Painter 12.1.0

LrCの現像モードで画像内の不要部分（人の映り込み等）の削除をしようとして削除を選択すると、PC画面が一瞬真っ暗になり、編集画面が復帰すると、画像部分とヒストグラムの部分が白のブランク画面になりそのまま処理が進みません。この時、LrCのアプリを一旦閉じて再起動させると先ほどの削除処理の画面に戻り正常に削除処理が出来るようになります。　この症状は削除処理の際に結構な確率で発生するのですが、原因がLrCアプリに有るのか、PC自体の処理能力に有るのか分かりません。　PCはメモリー32G,CPUはIntel Core ULTRA 9です。

Mac版 v27.8にアップデートして以降、「レイヤーから書き出し」でpngを選択すると、保存先フォルダが存在しないという表示が出て進行されません。v27.7にダウングレードしてもなおりません。Mac はTahoe 26.5.1です。 

Hi there, I found out today that I was still being charged for adobe, I cancelled my subscription and was wondering how to request a refund for the monthly payment.  I can’t seem to find any support on the page, maybe I’m simply looking in the wrong spots. Anyways could anyone please let me know how to get the refund!! Please and thank you.

Aus InDesign soll ein barrierefreies PDF erstellt werden. Sollte das PDF Export Tag H1 im Dokument nur einmal (für den Titel) vergeben werden? Kapitelüberschriften beginnen mit H1?Also zum Beispiel:Titel - H1Kapitel A - H2, A 1 - H3, A 1.1. - H4Kapitel B - H2, B 1 - H3, B1.1 - H4 Ich habe mit Titel H und dann weiter H1 für die Kapitel gearbeitet. Das gefällt PAC nicht! :(
