Problem Description: I'm in "Single Page View," have "Enable Scrolling" unchecked in the View menu, but scrolling with the mousepad still jumps to the next page, unlike keyboard navigation. Steps to Reproduce:Open any PDF.Go to View > Page Display > Single Page View.Go to View > Page Display and ensure Enable Scrolling is UNCHECKED.Attempt to scroll down with the mousepad.Observe that it scrolls to the next page instead of remaining on the current page.Adobe Acrobat Version: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC | Continuous release | Version 2025.001.20467 | 64-bit.Also the "Use mouse wheel to scroll: Single page at a time" preference is no longer present in Edit > Preferences > Page Display in this version.

I dont know what the devs have done because it used to be really easy to use.Now if I have an image and a vector shape, illustrator has a really hard time creating a mock up using those two assets. Regardless whether I select the shape first or the image.I have a poster design (both in svg and jpeg), and an image of a poster stand (jpeg).I wanted to put the design onto the poster stand. simple. nothing more nothing less. But for whatever reason, illustrator never selects the poster design. The result is a mashed up white vector used from the stand image. After trying so many times it began too freeze and I had to force quit the application.I have attached 3 screenshots.A screen shot of the design and stand.A screen shot of the design and stand with a vector shape used for the mockup.A screen shot of the result.

I have a line with an arrowhead. I would like it to have a smooth gradient along the stroke and through the end of the arrowhead. When I apply the gradient to the stroke, the gradient does not persist through the arrowhead (see attached photos). I could make this work by expanding the appearance of the shape etc., but I’d rather have a more elegant/editable solution. Any suggestions?Bottom: Arrow with discontinuous gradient compared to a line with the same gradient applied (detail in image 2). Top: Gradient settingsDetail from image 1

OnBase version 24.1.11 uses Adobe Acrobat Reader to display PDF documents. We noticed older PDF versions displayed in OnBase zooms to 170% and staff has to zoom out every time. We’ve tried changing the scaling option under General in adobe acrobat reader and setting the zoom option to fit to page or 100% under the Page Display but it doesn’t seem to work for these older PDF documents in OnBase. Is there any other way to default 100% or fit to page for all PDF documents in OnBase.

Pop quiz, hot shot!Anyone know how to change the disposal method in Stephen Marsh’s most excellent save for web script  my best effort was  var idLeave = charIDToTypeID( "Lve " ); // For "Leave" disposal method desc189.putEnumerated( idTDth, idIRDt, idLeave );Which saves, but doesn’t seem to change the disposal method to no removal method for all frames (might be global)  As always answers on a postcard.

I have a few users experiencing issues with acrobat and pro. Where if I have a pdf open that is saved to the c drive. I then attempt to open a pdf from outlook it does not open a second tab with that pdf nor does it open a window with that pdf. The only thing I can see is when I have task manager open there is a instance of acrobat opening in the background processes, but no window gets created for me to see. The strange part is if I have acrobat closed then open a pdf from outlook first. I can then open any number of pdf correctly from any drive or from outlook. It only happens when the user opens a pdf from their c drive first. This issue has persisted through reinstalls of acrobat on multiple different devices. Let me know if I can provide any more information about this issue. The devices are all win 11 most recent updates installed. Most recent version of acrobat/ pro depending on the user. This is also happening on my work device although Idon't use acrobat that much

We need some updated features in adobe portfolio website builder. I was able to add video thumbnails by creating gifs for the thumbnail roll overs. But we need option for video header backgrounds and section breakers video backgrounds. Its a simple add on. Theres options to add a section breaker, but no option to use a video for that header or section breaker. My site: http://curtisredden.com

I have upgraded my lightroom classic through creative cloud  when I open Lightroom classic it is showing version 13.3 and no upgrade box popped up to upgrade. I went into system info and it is showing as 15.4, will add attachment. I have regulary upgraded lightroom when creative cloud has said it needs updating , but in hindsight I think this has happened before as i am on version 13.3 . I am using window 11 and am afraid that I am not very computer savy and am terrified of messing up my catalogue.

2082191679 & 2082190626 which appear under the vector filter and can be downloaded as AI files actually only open with an embedded image.

Denoise was working fine,  but now it starts and will not complete. Switches off after a few seconds. I am using  Lightroom classic 14.5.2 and CR 17.5 Have an iMac OS Ventura 13.7.8  Updates all good. Have 559 GB available on hard drive. Have emptied LR caches. Have set “Use Graphics Processor” to custom and off and re tried - same result.    Please advise.

For as long as I can remember, hovering over an image on the filmstrip gave a popup that read file name, date & time, and resolution. Now it is reading file name and exposure data. This is only happening on one of my computers so it must be a setting but I can’t find it. Thanks in advance.

I use Acrobat almost exclusively to read scientific articles, so my needs are pretty basic: highlighting and text boxes. Even with that limited use, the new update is ruining my day.Since the update, images and figures are disappearing from documents, and the only way to get them back is by saving to doc, closing the application, and reopening the same doc. In addition, the window minimizes on its own, and Acrobat randomly jumps me to the bottom of the document at 4000% zoom. Importantly, I have used Acrobat nearly every day for two years, and none of these issues occurred before the update.Fix it.

Hey team,I know AI Assistant is in Beta, but I can’t see anywhere where the credits are being used or how many are being used and I’m doing a video on how to use the AI Assitant and I just receievd this notice: “The daily complimentary credits for the AI Assistant beta have run out — video generation is paused until they reset at midnight GMT. Your regular Creative Cloud plan credits are unaffected.”no option to extend, buy more etc. It’s a bit frustrating when filming for a campaign.

I PAID FOR and downloaded a YouTube subscribe video (AdobeStock_1497327233.mov) that featured a transparent background, but now the file on my hard drive is no longer able to import to my video projects even though the file shows in my internal, offline Finder searches. ??? I went to the AdobeStock website and found the file in my download history, but it will not download, saying it’s no longer available. ???  Is this to say Adobe hobbled my file so that I cannot use it anymore???

Is there a way to put Transcript sidecar Files next to proxies rather than the raw media? We’re doing a proxy workflow where we are giving our editors and director drives with only the proxies on it and not the raw media. Of course, they will need the transcripts as well.
