Solved

Hiya!So when I preview my comp in After Effects it looks great, no glitches at all. But after I export it I go to watch my video and it has a lot of weird glitching. Some frames disappear, other frames only one layer of the comp disappears or looks slightly lighter, sometimes a layer will be cut in half, so the bottom half is visible but the top half isn't. I've been scouring forums and I can't figure out a solution. I've been exporting to lossless .avi files. I'm using Mercury GPU Accelerator (CUDA) to render. I've tried purging the cache and memory. Please help. Here you can see the effect I'm talking about:YouTube I was able to decrease the amount of flickering by unchecking "Include Project Link" in the output module, but there is still some minor flickering in the background layer.

I am attempting to set up Adobe Express for my school using the K-12 Onboarding Wizard via Google Workspace.I have successfully added and "Trusted" both Adobe Client IDs in my Google Admin Console (under API Controls > App Access Control). However, when I return to the Adobe setup page to confirm, I receive the following error message:"Failed to create Adobe admin console"I am super admin and have verified the Client IDs are correct, set them to "Trusted," and attempted to "Retry" the setup several times, but the error persists.I can’t find anyone to contact to look into this - can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks

Generate/edit an image. Result image shows for a split second. Doesn’t show up in history or anything. Not even a refresh makes it appear. It will, however, be available in your generated images gallery (a separate page). This is extremely frustrating and has been happening for a solid week.

This is the three-year license version without cloud features. I literally cannot find a single document stating how this version works. My Adobe rep claimed it works on one desktop only, whereas the regular Pro subscription works on two computers and one mobile device. But they couldn’t provide a link, nor could Adobe chat support.

Please add Adobe Lightroom to this list.

Dear Support Team,I subscribed to a trial plan and canceled it within the trial period. However, I was surprised to see that I was still charged for a monthly subscription despite canceling on time.As soon as I received the notification on my card, I immediately canceled the plan again through the “Manage Plan” section. Given that I had already completed the cancellation during the trial period and received confirmation of that cancellation, this charge is unexpected and not acceptable.I kindly request a full refund of the subscription fee charged to my account.Cancellation reference number: AB07787600608CUS,Please review this issue and process the refund at your earliest convenience. I look forward to your prompt response.

I’m unsure if this was always the case, but it seems that the “Apply to all pages” button in Brands cannot be toggled on/off when working with video templates (please see attached image). I can imagine this would be very confusing for users 🙁 (it certainly confused me!) Is there any reason why this is the case and are there any plans to change this at any stage? I’m in the middle of putting together a video tutorial for Adobe Express about how to apply Brand colours & fonts to templates, and this makes things very awkward. Many thanks.

I have a reproducible issue where Lightroom Classic (15.3) does not recognize the GPU on my Mac Studio (M1 Ultra).  macOS 26.4.1 GPU shows 0.0 MB / not supported “Use GPU” is greyed out Denoise returns: “Requested adjustment is not applicable”  Important: The exact same setup works on a MacBook (same macOS, same LR version, same files). GPU is recognized and Denoise works there.  Already tried:  Reset preferences Clean reinstall Cleared Camera Raw cache Tested with single display  System reports GPU + Metal correctly (system_profiler).  → Seems Lightroom fails to detect GPU on this Mac Studio only.  Anyone seeing the same on Mac Studio?

My Acrobat auto-updated this morning and now when I extract pages from a pdf it includes the first page of the document unless I unhighlight it. When i go return to the original document it brings me to the first page rather than where I had been as it’s now reading page 1 as my last location in the file.Restarted after update with no success.  The update is 2026.001.21411  Thanks for any help!

I noticed another issue from the latest Acrobat update, where my page size seems to auto-adjust or change based on whether I’m viewing the file on my laptop screen or my monitor. For instance, when viewing on my laptop, this page seems to be >10.5” wide: When I shift that same file over to my monitor, it shifts to the anticipated 8.5” wide: I’m also getting these fun white tick marks all along the ruler that appear where ever I scroll my mouse, making it impossible to read the ruler, and I no longer have a scroll bar. So great. Adobe, please fix all these issues with the latest update!!

This pops up when copy/pasting a vector image from Illustrator to InDesign. Only from recent update.Needs to be fixed ASAP.

I just installed InDesign (planning to make a book for print). When trying to export to PDF, I always get this warning (in the Export Adobe PDF dialog, see screenshots below):"The preset specifies source profiles that don't match the current color settings file. Profiles specified by the color settings file will be used."I get this warning even when trying to export a single page document with no content. I am new to InDesign, but I have used Photoshop for 15-20 years and have a good working knowledge of color management. What is the warning trying to tell me? And how can I fix this?I am using the standard [High Quality Print] export profile (changing no settings). In the Output section I have Color Conversion set to “No Color Conversion” (no “source profiles” here). What is meant by “the current color settings file”? Where can I find/edit this file? Here is a detailed description of what I am doing before getting to this warning:Adobe InDesign version: 21.3 x64Windows 11 version 25H2 (OS

Dear community, Today as often clickedon the LR shortcut towork on my photo but instead of launching normaly, I had the "Adobe Phtoshop Lightroom 6 Sign In " pop up. Than it directly goes to the Phtoshop Lightroom 6 Trial window. I click on License this software, put my Serial Number (bought in 2017) click on "Next" but instead of going to the next step, it reload the "Adobe Phtoshop Lightroom 6 Sign In " pop up. Did not try to uninstall the software as I am not sure it will help and not sure I won t loose my catalog. Any clue, on what happened? Thanks, Chris   {Moved from Lightroom Cloud to Lightroom Classic Forum by Moderator}

Signature won’t save in the Acrobat app despite ticking “Save signature” and clicking “Apply.” I have to repeatedly upload my signature as an image every time I want to sign a document.

several times asking for less confetti and it keeps sending the same, 120 credits later

How do I change my distributor from Ingram to CDW?  CDW is telling me to go to the Admin Console > Account tab and generate a “change of reseller” code, but this is nowhere in the account tab in the Admin Console.  Bottom line is that I want to change from Ingram to CDW and need instructions on how to do this.  Thank you.

Hi I’m working with material shot in Alexa and when I apply the LUT the cinematographer gave me, the colours appear totally extreme and I know this shouldn’t be the case. Why is this happening? Thanks
