Hello, I'm currently using Adobe Acrobat to give a presentation, and I need to use my cursor to point out information that I present from figures. When I hover over certain images, I get this weird popup that gives a description of the image, with the text "AI-generated content may be incorrect" (see the attached screenshot). Due to the nature of the presentation, I cannot show the entire slide, but it does this with each image that is put into this presentation. All the information I've seen online says this comes from the generative AI assistant, and to turn it off in the Preferences menu, but I don't see a Generative Ai tab in the preferences to change this.  The presentation was created in PowerPoint and then a PDF was generated. The jpeg images that are causing the issue were take from large PDF files, printed to a single page PDF to extract the image I wanted to present, then saved as a jpeg and cropped in the Photo's App. Everything points to the grey popups being

Hi everyone, I recently submitted a batch of images to Adobe Stock, but unfortunately, they were rejected for "Quality or technical issues". I have reviewed the files carefully at 100% zoom, but I am having a hard time identifying the exact issues (like artifacts, focus, or lighting problems) that caused the rejection. I always want toensure my work meets Adobe's high standards, so I would really appreciate your expert eyes on this. I have attached a few examples of the rejected files. Could you please take a look and point out what needs to be fixed or what I might be missing? Any constructive feedback or advice on how to avoid this in future submissions would be highly appreciated. Thank you so much for your time and help!

I started a free trial of Lightroom and canceled it on the day it was due to end. Despite canceling on time, I was charged €50. I would like a full refund, as the cancellation was made before the trial expired.

I inserted a scanned PDF file and I want it in WORD in Hebrew. It creates a file in Acrobat that looks good, but when I move it to WORD, it converts the texts to LTR instead of RTL. The numbers in the LIST are fine. Maybe there is a problem with the transition to OCR? It seems to me that it is with the transition to WORD. I have already managed to convert 3 different files.

I just want to create rain in my scene. But my background is a painting I made, drawn in 3-point perspective, with the impression that you’re looking slightly upward toward the sky. When using the particle world effect, I want the rain to look like lines that are falling, but it appears they’re sort of radiating outward. For example, the rain particles toward the center appear vertical, but as you look closer to the edges of the screen, the particles should be more angled. So the entire rain scene is sort of cone-shaped.

I tried everything - resetting, updating, but the masking options like- pen , rectangle , circle are not visible under opacity or gaussian blur in premiere pro’s effects control panel, even in fullscreen( ` ).

I have selected multiple photos in the library module and try to apply a caption to all of them but only the ‘most’ selected gets the caption. I believe this previously worked fine. Lightroom Classic 15.3 (most recent build), camera raw 18.3. Images from Nikon Zf. I have shown the steps in the attachment.

Steps to reproduce:Open an image file in Adobe Bridge. Fill out the Creator field in IPTC core with multiple values separated by semicolons. Save the change by clicking the checkmark at the bottom. Open the same file in Adobe Photoshop. Go to File > File Info…, and look for Author field. An incomplete list of names is displayed.Bridge Photoshop

I tried WinSCP and Cyberduck but I am unable to get to here:ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/11.x/Where I understand the final update is.  I cannot install updaete because I get a 1328 error.

Hello All, Currently having an issue where we're pre-filling some fields of a form which has check boxes and text fields, but when requesting an e-signature and the recipient recieves the e-sign and goes to complete it, the check boxes that were previously checked are now empty, but the text fields still have the info before sending them. I've seen fixes of saving the semi pre-filled file seperately, then requesting with that file, but I'm looking for an easier fix for users not having to do that. Thanks.

Hello everyone,I have recently transitioned from Windows 11 to a Mac Mini M4, using a Mac keyboard and a Keychron M6 mouse. On Windows, I relied heavily on FastStone Image Viewer because of its speed and intuitive navigation.Since moving to macOS, I have tried XnView; while it allows for mouse wheel navigation, I found it has other limitations compared to what I’m used to in FastStone. I would much prefer to use Adobe Bridge, but I am struggling with the mouse controls.Specifically, I would like to use the mouse wheel to scroll to the next or previous image. Currently, it seems that the mouse wheel, along with the left and right mouse buttons, are all defaulted to zooming/enlarging functions. Having three different physical inputs dedicated to the same magnifying action feels redundant for my workflow, and I would much prefer to reassign the wheel to navigation. Is there a setting I am missing to enable "Mouse Wheel to Next/Previous Image" in Bridge? If this isn't natively supported in

Hello Adobe Stock Community,I have recently noticed that many contributor accounts are being blocked with the message “Account blocked: Suspicious activity.”Could someone please clarify what “suspicious activity” means in the context of Adobe Stock contributor accounts? What types of actions or situations typically trigger this warning or lead to account deactivation?Thank you.

I’m trying to open a flat 2D texture from an older Photoshop PSB with a 3D model. Photoshop 2026 doesn’t show the old 3D texture options. Do I need an older Photoshop version, and how can I get it if Creative Cloud only shows 26.0?

I hope you are doing well.I recently received a notice that my Adobe Stock contributor account has been deactivated due to suspicious activity. I would like to respectfully request a review of my account.Over the past few months, I was inactive due to personal commitments and was unable to upload new content. Recently, I submitted a payment withdrawal request.I want to assure you that I have always followed Adobe Stock’s submission guidelines and have not engaged in any activity that violates your policies.

I have two account and I have canceled my plans on both of them [triple checked everything]. I have also paid a fee for canceling earlier but somehow Adobe still charges me money for a plan I don't even have access to anymore. I have tried to reach actual support but the AI bot says I need to have a plan in order to talk to an agent, which only confirms that my plans are canceled. I have blocked the payments with my bank operator because they are absolutely unauthorized and I want my credit card information removed permanently from Adobe.

Hi, I'm receiving the following error in Document Builder when attempting to preview a Word template I am working on:Something went wrongPlease try again later.Contact Adobe Acrobat Sign support if this persists.Error refreshing access token: invalid_request : invalid refresh tokenPer initial research, I found articles suggesting that I need to confirm the installed package version and connect the Adobe Sign account to the Salesforce user. I have confirmed both of these shortly before posting here.In addition, I've scaled down my template to only a few merge fields, saving my Word doc in different file extentions, i.e. .docx vs .doc. I've also confirmed the permissions of my user and the integration user to ensure we have all the permissions possible. I'm at a loss as to what I'm missing. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be grateful to try.Thank you in advance.

I have the latest update to Photoshop, version 27.0.0 and I still do not have the Harmonize button on the contextual task bar. It's not in any menu. Where the heck did they HIDE it? When I open the CC Desktop App and view Updates, then click on "View More" beside Photoshop, it shows it to be in the update. Yet it IS NOT THERE...  I view youtube videos by Photoshop Cafe and Jesus Remirez and they are using the shipping version of Photoshop, one is using a Mac, the other is using Windows machine, and they both have the Harmonize button on the contextual task bar. WHY DO I NOT HAVE IT? I have the latest version and there are no more updates, I checked with the CC App for new updates, and there are none. You can see that it is not in the toolbar like it is supposed to be in the screenshot of a picture I'm working on of my great neice. None of the layers are smart objects. Why do I not have this feature?

I want to submit a children’s book (bright colors) to Amazon KDP. All pages created in RGB. I used Acrobat to create a combined PDF of all the interior pages. It looks to me like all the RGB colors were retained-- which is what I wanted.I need to save the file in PDF/X format. I’d like to save it as a PDF/X-3 because I’ve read that you can retain RGB colors in the PDF/X-3 format (as opposed to PDF/X-1a which forces CMYK).But I can’t seem to make this work in Acrobat. When I try to create the PDF/X-3, Acrobat forces me to choose a PDF/X-3 conversion profile that converts the colors to CMYK-- at least it sure looks that way because the colors in the resulting PDF/X-3 are MUCH DULLER than the colors in the original file.Any suggestions? How do I create a PDF/X-3 and somehow retain RGB color??

I've seen lots of answers to variations of this question, but not the specific answer - if there is one!I have 3 versions of artwork on 3 artboards. Can I hide individual artboards – you know, swtich them off and on... like layers – without having to use the layers panel? Thanks
