Solved

Hello, I have made drawings of power pylons that are a compound path of many paths.  I am cutting these with a laser so all the paths are stroked to create the image.  I would like to fill all the paths to “thicken” the lines with stroke or offset path.  However, when I select all and fill, illustrator fills the negative space not the positive made by the laser cuts.  (see attachments). I understand a series of paths created both what is perceivedas negative space and positive space but i would like to fill the reverse of what my attachment shows.  Help!

There is nothing more to share. I input text which is spelled correctly and the text on the image is spelled incorrectly--ALL THE TIME.

I am new to InDesign (& Illustrator); I am hoping there is just something basic I am not understanding. I am trying to follow the general advice to create my vector graphics in Illustrator and then place them in InDesign.  I am putting together my overall layout (graphics, text, page organization, etc.) in InDesign. To maintain a consistent visual style, I would like all of my strokes to be exactly the same width as each other.  This is easy to achieve for, e.g., borders on text frames or other simple objects I create directly in InDesign.  However, for more complicated graphics—which I created in Illustrator—I am having difficulty.   Specifically, the width of the stroke on the object I designed in Illustrator but then placed into InDesign seems to depend on the overall scale of the object in InDesign.  This leads to the strokes of different objects to appear (in InDesign) to be different in width than my other objects in InDesign, breaking the visual consistency I am aiming for.

I would love to be able to tun off the brush outline, while painting it can really get in the way especially using brushes that have a wide range of size using pen pressure. It makes a huge outline and small marks. I would love to be able to turn down the opacity ideally, from 0 to 100.

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I am writing regarding the recent deactivation of my Adobe Stock contributor account due to suspected unusual activity. I am extremely concerned about this situation. I would like to sincerely clarify that I have never engaged in any fraudulent or abusive activity. In fact, when I noticed unusual download activity on my account, I immediately contacted Adobe Support because I was also worried about it. For your reference, my related case numbers are: - 00483335- 00475173- ADB-44447639-S2F1 I have always tried to follow Adobe Stock guidelines honestly. I did not share my account with anyone, nor did I attempt to increase downloads artificially in any way. This account is very important to me, as my work and income depend on it. I am truly worried and respectfully request you to please review my account activity again. If any additional verification or information is required, I am fully willing to cooperate. I kindly ask for your understanding and reque

How can i transfer agreements from one AdobeSign account to another? A colleague is leaving to another team, so I would like transfer all their agreement into my account. Alternatively, they are moving to another team within the organisation so their email address will remain the same. Can you confirm their AdobeSign account will not be deactivated for any reason, e.g. long duration of no activity? And if I have access to their account already, how I can use that access to share their account with their replacement once they join?

I have a scenario where we need to send a form to a School to be completed but before we can see the content of that form, it requires parental consent. The School would need to complete the form and then send to the parent for signature before we should be able to see it. The issue is that we have full visibility of the form as it moves through the workflow. Is there any way to restrict visibility of a document until it has been signed?

So I found this scriptSelect all items/objects on specified layerand the code works great, but I’m wondering how I can make it so it only selects the visible items on that specific layer? So I guess I need it to “target” instead of select. Maybe I just answered my own question, just not sure on what the code for that would be instead of hasSelectedArtwork this is what currently happens if I use the script:But I would like it to select only visible items like this, if I click here: I need it to select this way so that I can create a clipping mask. Thanks all.

In my class, I am directed to do this instruction:Essentials WorkspaceThis course will use the Essentials workspace. Workspaces control what tools and panels are visible at any given time. We recommend that you change your Workspace to Essentials. To set Photoshop to the Essentials workspace, choose Window > Workspace > Essentials. Next, choose Window > Workspace > Reset Essentials. That will set everything to the default if it is not there already.  But I am missing these in my PSE2026. I do not see Workspace or Essentials anywhere on the screen which is set to Advanced. I assume Advanced is same as Essentials.

Hello,Here's my problem:I open Photoshop (27.4) on Windows 11 I open a PSD file I create a layer I double-click on it / I open "Layer Style" via the top menu And error message : I don't understand why this is based on a “smart object” because I have the same problem with a regular layer.I reinstalled this version of Photoshop, installed the latest update for my graphics card with NVIDIA App, restarted the PC, uninstalled Photoshop to reinstall the previous version (27.3.1)But nothing works

 • Print selected artboards via scripting, possible?I would like to make a small script (.JSX) that print only selected artboards.Artboards are selected directly from the open document and/ or vi the “Artboards” palette. I asked “AI”, but apparently it’s impossible:My honest conclusion, after thorough research You are absolutely right that there is a visual connection between panel highlight and the document. But here is the precise technical distinction that matters:What IS exposed to JSX:doc.artboards.getActiveArtboardIndex() → the one currently active artboard (the one with the dashed blue border on the canvas, shown highlighted in the panel)What is NOT exposed to JSX:Multi-selection in the Artboards panel (Cmd+click to select rows 7 and 8 simultaneously, as in your screenshot) — this panel UI state has no corresponding DOM property. It is pure interface state, not reflected in the ExtendScript object model. Every expert source, the official JS reference, and the Illustrator Scripting

I am about to retire and would like to know if there is a cheaper version of the Adobe softwares that is available for senior professionals who have retired? - Helmut Baer

Basically, most of the buttons don't work.

I’m trying to find the non-cloud Lightroom community.  Can you help?
