I tried to use the scan and I use the: //to.adobe.######I get an e-mail with the verification code and enter it then password insertion and I am signed in. I accept the software licensing agreement. After that nothing happens. When I start Lightroom again, it asks to sign up again.... I never get out of this loop!Is there an alternative way to get Lightroom working again?

Steps to reproduce:Any emoji at the start of layer name Long layer name that causes truncation ellipsis (...)If emoji at start AND no truncation, performance remains stable. If no emoji at start AND truncation, performance remains stable. Only when both emoji at start and truncation exists do you run into performance issues.  This only affects the active tab and doesn’t seem to spike up CPU, but when you have many of these layers it becomes unusable.Solution for now is to remove the emoji at the start. System:Apple M4 Pro 48GBmacOS Golden Gate 27.0Adobe Photoshop 27.10.0

How do I access the recently deleted after deleting them

Am I allowed to have two contributor accounts? I would use the first account to upload vectors and the second one to upload videos. Its totally different type of assets

So as you can see, in this particular project, the timeline is ghosted, when you mouse over it, some of the timeline comes back, then if you click elsewhere, the timeline vanishes again. I’ve deleted the cash files, no effect. The really strange thing is other projects do not do this, I get these random ones that just won’t load. You can enter text on the playback but you can’t select anything in the timeline. Vanishes as soon as you attempt to mouse over it. I am working with the latest AE 26.5. Any ideas? And don’t come back with add the comp to a new comp, that does not work and it’s a workaround.

I just purchased Adobe Elements 2026 and was checking system requirements to ensure compatibility. I have a Dell Latitude with processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8365U. Will this be compatible?  I have a new laptop, but prefer to use this one for photo editing.

Hey all you smart people.Today, I worked on a linked Ps image that has many layers. In this case, I’ve done a few different compositions, all in one Ps doc, and exported each composition as a PNG. But first, I relinked to the working PSD to work out the composition, then exported to PNG, and then relinked the Ai file to the PNG.In the links panel, the linked file is showing the correct name. In the layers panel, it’s still showing the Ps file name. See screen shots, one from the links panel (with the PNG file) and the other from the layers panel (with the PSD). Should the file name also change in the layers panel? Or is this the way it’s always been and I’m just noticing? Have they changed it with the latest update? (more like broken it IMHO.) Or is it a bug? Please advise, thanks.

Hello.I am unable to access Adobe Firefly. I receive error 403012 with the message:“This site is unavailable from your geographic region.”This is a personal Adobe account, not an organization-managed account. My current public IP is detected as Belgium, and Belgium is a supported Adobe Firefly region. I have also tested connections through other supported European countries, including the Netherlands. Please check:which country or region Adobe Firefly is detecting for my current connection; which country or region is associated with my Adobe ID; whether there is any incorrect regional restriction on my account; why error 403012 is being returned while using a supported region.I can successfully sign in to my personal Adobe account, but immediately after opening Firefly I receive the regional access restriction shown in the attached screenshot. The separate 403012 error is also attached.I would appreciate specific information about what is causing the regional block and what needs to be

Adobe Illustrator freezes immediately whenever I open it and becomes completely unresponsive. I am using a Mac Studio with the M4 Max chip.I have already tried installing an older version of Illustrator, but the same problem still happens. This didn’t happen until about 2025 december. Please advise on what might be causing this and how I can fix it?Thank you

Wondering if anyone else has run into this issue and found a fix, since Adobe support (as usual) has been absolutely worthless in helping me with this issue.  We have 12 new computers that had Acrobat installed (fresh OS and fresh Adobe installation) and ALL of the computers have entries in the Windows Event Viewer throughout the day with the following message:Product: Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) -- Error 1730.You must be an Administrator to remove this application. To remove this application, you can log on as an administrator, or contact your technical support group for assistance. There is no update available and I went as far as completely uninstalling the software on one of the computers and reinstalling it, per supports suggestion.  I even used their cleaner program to uninstall and manually removed all associated folders and registry entries.  Still happens throughout the day when the user is logged in and I’m suspecting this is causing some other issues. Also, after this the following

Hi,I am testing Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024 on Windows and have run into two issues that I am hoping someone can clarify. The first issue is with exporting PDF files to JPEG.If I convert a PDF to JPEG and save it locally, the export completes normally and the JPEG file is created. If I perform the same conversion and save directly to a network drive, Acrobat creates an AcroLocked temporary file instead of completing the JPEG export.I have confirmed the following:The same PDF exports correctly to JPEG when saved locally. The issue only appears when the destination is a network location. The user has write access to the network folder. The behavior is reproducible in Acrobat Pro 2024.I found older Adobe Community discussions describing very similar behavior where JPEG export succeeds locally but fails on a network drive, while leaving a temporary file behind. Some users reported that disabling Protected Mode allowed the export to work, but I would prefer not to disable a security feature as a p

I'm at the end of my rope trying to interact with the representatives in the customer service department. I would like to make a formal complaint specifically about the customer service - but I can't find an email option. Where do you send complaints?I have an adobe-stock account for work, and in that account, which is under one email address and one phone number, somehow there ended up being two profiles. One is labeled "Personal" and the other is labeled the name of my company. Both had just under 100 credits each. I have no idea why they were separate. In any case, I got a notice recently that the credits were going to expire if I didn't sign up for a subscription. BUT I HAVE ONE. So when I contacted adobe via chat about it, each time the person would act very confused and say that there were not two profiles, then - oh yes, there are two profiles, then - oh you need a team account, then - oh you have a team account, then - well, to fix this, you need to be the team admin, then - oh

Hello, I am getting the following error: I will work on a file and save it. And when I try to re-open the file I will get this error. I am saving my files on a server. Also I do not want to keep moving my file from the server to the desktop and back to the server everytime.

Premiere Pro 24.6.1 (build 2)If the Show FX Badges is switched off in the Timeline Display settings (the wrench):... then the whole set of the right mouse button context menus called Show Clip Keyframes drops out. This menu includes:Once you switch the Show FX Badges back on the line appears in its place at the bottom of the context menu. This is definitely a bug - showing or not showing badges should not canceal a vital set of tools.
