Hello Adobe Stock Community,I would like to clarify how to label this type of submission for Adobe Stock.Workflow:A Gemini-generated image was used only as an external visual reference. No AI-generated elements were imported into the working file. No image trace was used. The final artwork was redrawn manually from scratch in Illustrator as a fully editable vector. The AI image was used only for reference, similar to using a photo or sketch as inspiration. In this case, should the “Created using generative AI tools” box be checked when submitting the vector to Adobe Stock?Thank you.

Where can I find Customer Care case. Adobe have closed a case without solved my isseu. In the email Adobe say that I can follow my case, but it's nowhere to find.

I have Creative Suite Pro. For some reason I purchased a license for InDesign as well, which I obviously don’t need since it’s part of the suite. If I drop the InDesign license, is it going to mess with the projects we have in progress? Before I remove it, I want to make sure otherwise my designer will end me.

I’m tearing my hair out - after updating yesterday I can’t seem to generate any previews at all in LRC. When I try to create them it seems to stick on the 5th photo for some weird reason. I’ve tried generating previews for a few different selections and it always sticks on 5.  Troubleshooting already tried:Purged Camera Raw CacheDeleted and rebuilt the Previews.lrdata fileConfirmed adequate free disk spaceDisabled "Use Graphics Processor"Ran File > Optimize CatalogRemoved and reimported the photosTested in a brand-new, empty catalog — same stallFully uninstalled and cleanly reinstalled Lightroom ClassicConfirmed no third-party antivirus interferingGranted Full Disk Access (fixed it previously, but issue has returned)Checked Console.app during the stall — no Lightroom-specific fault, only routine macOS system activityThe only thing that seems to work is going back to an older version of LRC (currently using 15.2.1). That seems to work perfectly fine - but my current catalog has been

3 problems to report:1) Ever since I updated creative cloud a few weeks ago, now the dropbox desktop icons (for dropbox desktop app) have disappeared. And I went over it with dropbox and they instructed me to go to System settings on mac → general → Login Items & Extensions, and scroll all the way down to the “extensions” section and find where its says “creative cloud” and hit the circle i icon, and toggle on and off “file provider” then my dropbox desktop app sync icons come back. Dropback says creative cloud is notorious for hyjacking desktop icons. I must note this fix is temporary and resurfaces later. I’ve provided a screenshot below of what the dropbox desktop app sync icons look like. 2) Ever since I updated creative cloud a few weeks ago, my external hard drives on the left hand panel are defaulting to the creative cloud app. 3)the authenticator app on firefox. when im on firefox it asks me to type in a number but doesnt give me a box to type it in. but when I go to safari

Hello,I'm posting here because I haven't been able to resolve this through phone/chat support and wanted a written record while I keep trying. What happened:On June 1, 2026, I purchased a full annual Adobe license and was charged the entire year's fee upfront. I used the subscription normally for about one month. At the end of June 2026, my account was suddenly blocked, with no clear explanation given. It is now mid-September 2026 — the account has been blocked for roughly 3 months, and I have received neither: An explanation for why the account was blocked, nor Any refund for the unused portion of the subscription (approximately 11 of the 12 months I paid for). What I've already tried:Adobe Hong Kong support phone line The official contact/support page (helpx.adobe.com/hk_en/contact.html)Neither has resolved the issue so far. What I'm asking:Could someone from Adobe explain why the account was blocked? If the account cannot be reinstated, I would like a prorated refund for the months I

Is there a way to prevent the left side menu from going back to the main Edit Page menu every time? If I select a shape from the Elements menu and edit such shape (going into the shape edit menu), when I leave the shape edit I expect the menu to go back to the Elements menu, not the main Edit Page menu, which has absolutely nothing to the with the actions I was just doing. This is very upsetting UI, guys. Is there a way to prevent this from happening with the existing configuration? I very much appreciate any input.  I have added to screenshots to illustrate my point.

I have installed Adobe acrobat reader on my Mac. When no PDF files are open, I see it automatically opens a “welcome” screen, the default page being the Recent tab. This tab contains advertisements which I don’t like so I would like to hide this tab or perhaps the whole default screen When acrobat reader launches. Can I find a setting to do that in the preferences? Architecture: x86_64Processor: IntelBuild: 25.1.20643.0AGM: 7.1.17CoolType: 10.0.7JP2K: 4.0.2.54782

Photoshop is stuck on ‘cancelling’ in Creative Cloud so I can’t install the program or update.

The month is new. My credits should have reset. Instead I see “Unable to load section. Retry” where my points should be. In photoshop, I see, “IMS Token Invalid of Expired. Please restart Photoshop to refresh your session.” And yes, I’ve restarted many times.I can see Photoshop made what I asked it too, but I cannot view it or open it. So I know I do have enough credits, as it made the image. I have cleared my cache in Creative Cloud & Photoshop CC. Everything is updated. I have signed out & signed back in several times. Help?

"Play audio while scrubbing" turns itself off every time I close Premiere pro. So when I start the programme, I have to tick the empty box. Why?I use PP 12.1.2

Hello! Can anyone please help me, I have a subscription of Adobe creative cloud on my desktop, i want to use it as well in my ipad but when I look for the Creative Cloud on the app store I cannot find the app. Now I have trouble on downloading Photoshop fonts for my ipad cuz i don't have a Creative Cloud on my ipad, and the tutorials are telling me to use the Creative Cloud App on the ipad to be able to download the fonts for my Photoshop ipad. Hello all. I had to replace my old GPU (GTX 1660 Super) after it died. I’ve never experienced any problems using LrC with it on my pc with a Ryzen 5 5600 X processor. But since I replaced it with an RTX 5060 I’ve had nothing but problems: Any action (moving sliders, opening masks and moving masks etc) take forever to have any effect. It’s become so slow to the point of being unusable and i now have to rely on cloud based Lr to do any work. I’ve done some research and in Edit - Preferences - Performance - Use Graphics Processor I switched from Auto to Custom and toggled on “Use GPU for image processing”. It made no difference whatsoever. This is incredibly frustrating as I spent a lot of money on this GPU thinking it would improve the performance. I also updated the GPU drivers. I would be incredibly grateful if someone could shed any light on this. Many thanks!

Dear all, I already have a working and proven solution to my issue after 10 hour reading posts, cross-checking and ultimately finding out through trial and error. The solution I would like to share with so you’ll be spared the pain.  Issue: On the same monitor, there was a colour mismatch between pictures displayed in Photoshop and other apps in Windows 11. Photoshop was the most vibrant, closest to the desired AdobeRGB, all other apps like Camera Raw, Bridge, and third party editing tools showed something more like sRGB. This was also the case for some other non-photo-editing related apps, e.g. Windows explorer showed pictures in AdobeRGB, the photo/video preview app in sRGB. Hence, the problem pointed towards the operating system.  Background: Windows 11 25H2 has a bug concerning ACM when using hardware or software-calibrated monitors. It somehow overwrites colour profiles in certain apps, but not in others, “on the fly”.  Applicable specifications (main factors bold others for refer

Hi, How to lower the sound track at the end of a movie ? Thanks !

Ich möchte gerne meine Credits von den Fehlgeschlagenen Versuchen bei Firefly zurück!

Facing this issue in different projects therefore can't achieve a good result. I edit video in Premiere Pro CC2022 and when the project is done (mainly talking head)I create a new sequence where put already finished sequence and speed up video and audio about102-106%Of course, audio sounds unnatural and I apply pitch shifter. I've tried "Maintain Audio Pitch" it works even worse. For some reason, pitch shifter randomly distorts audio during playback, and if I play this part one more time I hear no distortion, but it reveals in a different part of the audio. This option works much better in Final Cut Pro. Hope to have it in PP. Maybe you have some recommendations on how to fix it? P.S. I can make 2 renders and this distortion can be in two clips but different places.

Hi,My credit card is being charged every month for Adobe Acrobat Pro, but I cannot find the Adobe account behind the charge, so I cannot cancel it.Latest charge: SEK 285.00 on 6 September 2026, "ADOBE.COM DUBLIN", Adobe Systems Software Ireland Charge Finder result: Adobe Acrobat Pro, repeating charge, invoice number BL3553544634, linked to an email shown as e****s@gmail.com The account I can sign in to shows no active plans. Hi all, Bit of a random one that's bugged me for a while and I've never been able to figure out, hopefully somebody can help! I want to animate the scale of the characters in a text later but notice the achor point is always sitting at the bottom of each character (see image below, have circled the anchor points). I'd like to shift these achor points to the center on the text so the characters scale from the middle rather than the bottom, has anybody figured out a way to do this? Any help would be great! Many thanks!
