Solved

As stated above, is it possible to transfer files from one account to another? (Preferably doing more than one at a time!) Thanks in advance for any replies!

Nothing has changed on my desktop. When I got it new last summer, processing was seconds. All updates applied. However, when I use the built-in denoise in Lightroom or a DXO plug-in, it is now taking over 5 minutes per picture. Why - has enhanced built-in AI stuff slowed it down? or is it a bug? Driving me nuts as I often have high ISO wildlife shots, and this is making the experience a real chore. Any suggestions of what has gone wrong? Bags of space on the computer and memory.

My laptop wasn't moved anywhere yesterday. I don't know why the AdobeGCClient win32 x64 local backup folder, dlls, dat files, etc., randomly appeared in the C:\Windows\Temp directory, and was recreated as AdobeGCClientDiscarded, containing local win32 x64 dll files. I deleted the temp archive because I was worried about problems when opening or updating the software.

I had Taken free trial in which I got 4000 credits but i am not getting use my credits.please solve my issueThank You

How to add an event listener for Project Load using Premeire Pro UXP API? In the docs there is an EventManager class ( has an addEventListener function), there is ProjectEvent (EVENT_OPENED, EVENT_ACTIVATED, EVENT_DIRTY).  Not sure where and how to wire up this event listener. There dont seem to be any examples in the documentation on how to do this.

My Premiere Elements 15 won't start anymore. It says the serial number is no longer valid and that I need to have it reactivated by support. But “Contact Support” link from the error message doesn’t take me to an email form or anything like that—it just leads to a generic support page. How do I contact support? How can I reset or reactivate my serial number? What’s all this nonsense anyway? I bought the program legitimately 9 years ago and I don’t think I’ve ever uninstalled it—it’s gone through all the Windows updates, and now it just doesn’t work anymore???

Hi peeps,I wanted to request a new feature, or rather, because I think it used to be this way, a rollback to an old state regarding the use of templates in Express. When I duplicate/use a template to work from and said template has a specific name, when it opens a new file from it, it deletes the name und just says “Unkown … Date … Time” etc. I have to then go back manually into the template folder to copy and paste the template name back into the new file. Which is extremely tiresome. A while ago it just carried the template name over to the new file. Please change it back to how it was. It is unnecessary and bothersome and such a small thing that makes the user experience a lot worse. Please forward this to the devs! Thanks a lot and all the best.

Never mind.  I was venting.  I wish reporting bugs on this forum was fruitful.

Use a clear prompt.Push “generate”Get slop. Lose credits.

I have approximately 4,000 Firefly credits, but every image generation request fails within 1–2 seconds with "Something went wrong. Please try again later." I've tested on Chrome, Safari, Incognito mode, and mobile, and the issue has persisted for two days. Please check my account and ensure my credits aren't lost while this issue is being resolved.

Hi everyone!I'm trying to recreate the attached poster in Adobe Illustrator. My main issue isn't creating the two blurred ellipses, but reproducing the smooth "fusion" area where they overlap. I tried using Blend, Gaussian Blur and Opacity Masks, but I can't achieve the same organic transition.Does anyone recognize the technique used here? Was this created entirely in Illustrator, or was it more likely made in Photoshop, using metaballs, or even in a 3D application?Any suggestions or tutorials would be greatly appreciated, thank youAlessandro

i cannot download any generations and it keeps saying no space available

I download the two files in my registration folder>If I click on “master Collection” it comes up with “the file adhive part of adobe CS6...is missing. You n eed all parts in the ssme folder ...” As far as I can see they are. There were two other folders downloaded - fonts and Adobe CS6I can go all the way with the “set Up” file, except at the end of a lot of installing, nothing uploads.I’m happy with CS6 ACrobat. Any ideas?

Problem Description: I'm in "Single Page View," have "Enable Scrolling" unchecked in the View menu, but scrolling with the mousepad still jumps to the next page, unlike keyboard navigation. Steps to Reproduce:Open any PDF.Go to View > Page Display > Single Page View.Go to View > Page Display and ensure Enable Scrolling is UNCHECKED.Attempt to scroll down with the mousepad.Observe that it scrolls to the next page instead of remaining on the current page.Adobe Acrobat Version: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC | Continuous release | Version 2025.001.20467 | 64-bit.Also the "Use mouse wheel to scroll: Single page at a time" preference is no longer present in Edit > Preferences > Page Display in this version.

I dont know what the devs have done because it used to be really easy to use.Now if I have an image and a vector shape, illustrator has a really hard time creating a mock up using those two assets. Regardless whether I select the shape first or the image.I have a poster design (both in svg and jpeg), and an image of a poster stand (jpeg).I wanted to put the design onto the poster stand. simple. nothing more nothing less. But for whatever reason, illustrator never selects the poster design. The result is a mashed up white vector used from the stand image. After trying so many times it began too freeze and I had to force quit the application.I have attached 3 screenshots.A screen shot of the design and stand.A screen shot of the design and stand with a vector shape used for the mockup.A screen shot of the result.

I have a line with an arrowhead. I would like it to have a smooth gradient along the stroke and through the end of the arrowhead. When I apply the gradient to the stroke, the gradient does not persist through the arrowhead (see attached photos). I could make this work by expanding the appearance of the shape etc., but I’d rather have a more elegant/editable solution. Any suggestions?Bottom: Arrow with discontinuous gradient compared to a line with the same gradient applied (detail in image 2). Top: Gradient settingsDetail from image 1

I got the free trial and I canceled when I realized it wont do what I need it to, now I get charged and find out you automatically put me in another membership? Wtf. I want my refund this is bullshit
