Looking to create a keyboard shortcut for Clear Transformations and it looks like it isn’t listed as an option. Am I just missing something?Additionally does anyone know of a script that would reset all object transformations in a document?Best,Matt

I'm sending a lot of forms for my clients to e-sign and Acrobat keeps defaulting to DD/MM/YYYY instead of MM/DD/YYYY. I thought that changing one input field would change the inputs for all the date forms but it didn't! I have to manually change the date settings for every date field. Is there a way to set the default? I can't find it in app or online.

I’ve searched everywhere online and in help - no answer yet. I created a form in Adobe InDesign on Mac. I created all the fillable fields within InDesign. Exported the file as an Interactive PDF. Tested it on my Mac in both Reader and Acrobat Pro. Everything worked great.  Then I sent it to the client and everyone in their office has tried to open it in “Acrobat Pro” on their Windows computer, and none of the fields show up or can be clicked on to type data into. It essentially has NO FIELDS when opened on Acrobat Pro on their Windows computers in their office. I’ve tried adjusting their Acrobat prefrences to show the fields, but it already has “show fields”. If we click on Prepare form in their Windows Acrobat, it shows a few of my fields, but not all of them. Any ideas guys. This is driving me crazy as I have several clients on Windows that I’ve done PDF forms for, and all of theirs work just fine. Help!

Since I have done the latest Illustrator update, sometimes when I go to move an object with the selection tool, holding shift to keep the object level, the object won't move where I want it to. A green circle with a plus sign in the middle of it appears, and the object jumps all over the screen or jumps back to where it was, and makes a sound. It is very frustrating. It isn't a snapping issue. I have never had this problem until recently.

why when upgrading key features always stuck in 90%?and the effect is, I can use edit menu in acrobat

When the adobe extension is active in Chrome or Edge, I can’t download pdf files.  In Edge, there is a Valid Certificate error even though the padlock on the page says the certificate is valid.  On Chrome, it just says there is an error.  All apps are updated and reinstalled.  This has been going on for awhile.  When I turn off the extension, the file will download and become visible as an htm file. Any ideas? Thanks

I recently upgraded to 24 and there are some bugs, but most go away by closing and reopening.  One just popped up that despite closing and opening and restarting, it won't go away.   The keyboard shortcut for split layer (Shift+cmd+D) doesn't work.  I went into keyboard shortcuts and it said that was the shortcut.  When I got rid of it and tried to reassign it to that, it turns out that it AE won't even accept that as a keyboard shortcut.  Can anyone think of a solve for this, short of uninstalling and reinstalling AE?   Title edited by Mod.

As mentioned in the original description, select subject does not work correctly from the masking interface, however if I use it outside of it and then create a mask it works. This has been an issue for me that has spanned multiple version, so I am unsure if its an issue on my end or not. I have reset my preferences with no success, and I believe I have previously reinstalled also with no success.I am using Photoshop 27.3 on Windows 11 with an Nvidia RTX 3080ti.

I’m currenlty logged in on my Son’s account. I have my own Subscription, And my Son had a student subscription. He’s no longer a student and does not require Creative cloud any more. I only noticed when I got charged yesterday for his subscription. I’ve been in and turned off autorenewal so it will not happen again. However I have a student account that has a year to run. And no students in the house. How can I get this fee refunded?

Premiere Elements 2026, Windows 11.  I am trying to display the Used and Video Usage columns in the List View in the Project Assets panel.  Can’t find a way to do this.  This would be an easy way to see if I accidentally omitted a clip from the timeline or used a clip more than once.

Does anyone know where there is detailed documentation of the Debug Database View options ?Thank you

I need to export a timeline in xml format to be used on Davinci Resolve, but it doesn’t come up in the export > format drop down menu.I haven’t applied any effects. I only changed the sequence settings, adjusted the motion settings (clip size and orientation), made cuts, and color labeled some clips. As far as I am aware, the availability of xml is context dependant. Can someone give some troubleshooting tips?

I’m using AA Pro desktop on a PC  Newest (2026.001.21431 Acrobat Pro) on an xps 15 64gb, 2tb mem. I’m using the current: Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview (eval copy Build 26300.8276-ge_prerelease_im.260410-1655). I have recently uninstalled AA, cleaned my computer (AA tool), reinstalled, rebooted, and tried a number of things to resolve these before asking for help. AI is disabled, I’ve tried disabling and enabling the new AA. And other misc related settings with no luck. Some specific quirks include:How do we get rid of the AA splash screen that persists :15-20 seconds after the document has been opened? I tried registry change, disabling AI elements, disabling AA messaging… all with no effect. When opening AA, the window opens in whatever size it wants, then when the document actually opens, it opens either full-screen, mid-size (vertical rectangle), or small (small rectangle). I’ve tried closing with CTL+ close with no luck. It truly seems to have a mind of its own. It takes a signifi

Why is it when Firefly messes up and doesn’t provide an AI video it still takes my credits?

у меня подобная проблема, не могу посмотреть планы, и отменить триал

Hi!I wish to cancel my adobe membership but can't seem to do it. I was unaware that my prepaid plan would auto-renew, so I didn't worry about cancelling it prior to the end of my plan. Adobe tried to take money out of my bank account (which is still my current bank account, so payment details are correct), but it failed due to insufficient funds. Now, when I try to cancel the plan by clicking "Manage Plan", there is no option to cancel or renew the plan: only to update my details. I cannot update my details, because they are correct (I guess when I click SAVE it doesn't update because there is still insufficient funds in the account), but I cannot cancel the plan either. I love these programs and want to continue using them, but the price my plan auto renewed to is $300 more than what I paid last year, and I feel like that might be an incorrect price and I can't afford it. I would just leave it and let the plan run out, but am concerned if/when I wish to purchase another plan that I wi

Hola comunidad.

There is ghosting on all my renders of the characters. When I try to remove them, it doesn’t work. The areas are circled.

I have a pdf I exported from InDesign. Looks great when I look at it in Acrobat. All fonts are embedded. But when the client sent me a screenshot of what they see in Acrobat, it’s subtly different. The lowercase “a”’definitely looks different. Any ideas what could be causing the issue? My screenshot is the top one, client screenshot is the bottom one. Here is a screenshot of the fonts embedded.

I am experiencing an issue when exporting PDFs from InDesign using the PDF/X-4 standard. When running a Preflight check in Acrobat, the font Jost (downloaded from Google Fonts) is flagged as invalid. This issue occurs not only in my files, but also when I edit InDesign documents created by other designers who have used the same font. Additionally, several of my colleagues are encountering the same problem across different documents. Here are the solutions I have already tried, none of which consistently resolve the issue:Reinstalling the Jost font Installing a clean version (both static and variable versions tested) Removing older versions of the font before reinstalling Clearing Adobe font cache files (AdobeFnt*.lst) Outlining the text Verifying that there are no transparency or color issues Comparing content in Acrobat (no visible differences when flagged) Checking for transparency issues (none found) Ensuring consistent structure and formatting across pages Setting font subsetting to

Why has this version of Acrobat 26.1 been causing my computer to freeze so frequently recently?

Hello! I’ve tried several different things (up-to-date graphics drivers, disabling Open CL/ GPU Compositing, resetting preferences, even turning off Use Graphics Processor which felt like a last-ditch effort to me) but my entire computer crashes at one point or another when using the Select and Mask screen. The weird thing is, it’s not even when that window first launches, and I had successfully used it a minute prior. I’ll attach computer specs below as well as the .dmp files since I don’t have a crash report.

I’m a user based in China and have been using this great feature (trial version) since it launched. However, when I tried uploading audio to the website today, I received the message: “Sorry, Adobe Podcast isn’t available in your region,” and the feature stopped working.Has there been a change in regional availability? Could you clarify which regions are currently supported?

I’m trying to adjust the duration of markers directly in the timeline, specifically markers that already have a duration set (the long rectangular “flag” style markers). My workflow is very timeline-based. I’m editing interviews and documentary material and dropping a lot of duration markers as I go. I’d love to be able to quickly trim the start/end of a marker right there in the sequence, without having to open the clip in source monitor to adjust.  The issue:When, in the timeline, I carefully move my mouse over the little end handles of the marker and try to drag them, Premiere grabs and moves the clip itself instead of adjusting the marker duration. Because of this, I’ve been forced to:* Match Frame* Open the clip in Source Monitor* Find the marker there* Click/drag to adjust the duration from there (or double click to open the marker dialog window to adjust from there)  It works, but it feels really cumbersome at scale, especially considering I’m currently exclusively creating clip
