Solved

This has just started to happen, but not on every page.I create a new page (copy existing page in same folder and the edit with new information etc)  and when finished I check that it looks and works by using the Open in Browser command. Some pages as I have mentioned open fully but some look as if the CSS has been left out or is pointing to the wrong folder. I have checked that pages have the correct CSS which they do. I have attached some examples of the issue. When I check other pages that link the pages that don’t open directly from the Open in Browser do work as expected.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Adobe! The new functionality to use custom shapes to crop images is great! However, this functionality seems to be absent in the education plan. I have both licenses. Is this something you guys just forgot to ad? It would be great for my workflow making templates for the school I'm working for.The best!

Hello! I am new to video and video editing. I have seen a similar question in the forums, but I do not understand any of the terminology given to solve the problem. Novice here!I am near the end of editing (actually re-editing) my first video project. The first time around, I downloaded (imported?) the video clips just fine, and everything edited perfectly except for one clip that lost audio halfway through. What's up with that? This time, all the clips are downloaded/imported just fine, I am near the end of the project, and the last two clips went blackscreen after being cut. The master is fine, they went onto the timeline fine, and after being trimmed the video itself disappeared and only the audio is available. What's up with that? Please help by using little words. Object Selection by Path Only가 켜져있는지 확인했으나 그 역시 켜져있지 않았습니다.

I recently just reinstalled both lightroom classic and photoshop on my windows 11 laptop after dealing with a subscription issue. They both worked fine with minimal issues prior to deleting them but after reinstalling I just can’t seem to get LRC to open at all and always leads immediatly to a crash report on startup. Photoshop launches just fine which is very strange. If someone can help me with this that would be great. I will copy the crash report if that helps (it’s very long for some reason). Thanks!<?xml version="1.0"?><!DOCTYPE AdobeCrashReport SYSTEM "AdobeCrashReporter.dtd"><crashreport serviceVersion="29.0.0.202506270808_710830c" clientVersion="29.0.0.202506270808_710830c" applicationName="Adobe Lightroom Classic" applicationVersion="15.3" build="[202604090947-8f3672ed]" source="Windows-Client" crashType="n/a"><time year="2026" month="4" day="22" hour="10" minute="28" second="4" timeoffset="480" timezone="China Standard Time" crsessionduration="14"/>&l

I only wanted to try out the subscription for one day without being charged. The app didn't live up to my expectations which lead to me wanting to cancel the subscription without having to pay. I both tried to reset purchase (but an error-message popped up) as well as going into my subscriptions in my settings where the subscription didn't show. What am I supposed to do in order to cancel the subscription without being charged? Please help

Hello, I am trying to cancel my free trial but I am unable to find the option. It's so difficult to find the option on the app. Can you please provide any assistance?

Is 2020 really that old? If I bought a product that I don’t have to download Adobe should allow the install. I was considering sampling other Adobe products but I’ll never consider any future Adobe software if this cannot be rectified. After coming here for the first time and now reading so many with issues, I’m dissappointed.

I need to reset an anchor point to the center of a shape. I can use the Pan Behind tool to drag the anchor point back, though I do not know how to get it right back in the center. Searching Google told me to hold down Command while dragging and it should snap to the center, though that is not working for me. What do I do to get the anchor point right back in the center? Thanks

I changed my theme from dark to light and then back to dark, and things have changed. Now they black background is grey, which I easily managed to change back to black on the color editor; but the hover on the images is now white with dark text instead of dark grey with white text (as seen on the master template). I can't manage to fix that. Can someone help me? Thanks

Been working with PP CC since it came out and have had almost no problems. Now I have a head scratcher. I can't drag a video clip from the project panel to the sequence. The audio comes but the video won't. All I get is the close hand with a line through it when I hover over any of the video tracks. The clips play fine in the source monitor but still cant drag it from source to sequence either. Tried this with clips from several projects and cameras but no go. Started a new project, different name, folder and footage, still have the problem.     [Text formatting corrected.]   Message was edited by: Jim Simon

I urgently need help canceling my Adobe trial. Every time I try, the system forces me to update my password. On the “Verify your identity” page, even when I enter the correct password, it always says “incorrect password.”I signed in using my Google account, not a separate Adobe ID, so I cannot bypass this loop. Because of this, I cannot access the cancellation option. Please advise how I can cancel my trial immediately.Thank you.

I cancel subscription still i didn't get refund. It's 1 week passed. I cancelled immediately. Its Google play adobe acrobat app

I'm new to using Adobe Express and I'm having trouble figuring out how to adjust the size and position of an image. I've imported an image into my project, but it's too large and in the wrong position. Can anyone explain how to resize and reposition an image in Adobe Express? I would appreciate any help or guidance on this matter. Thank you!RegardsToilets Advice [URL removed by Moderator]

I have always kept “Auto Update” disabled in the CC app.Since 30.3 was released, Illustrator keeps auto updating. I need it to remain on 30.2.1 due to conflicts with my font manager. Why and how is my Illustrator updating automatically when my settings say otherwise?

I tried to submit a trouble-ticket on the tracker.adobe.com, but I’m getting a 500 error.  Yay.Does anyone have any information on ColdFusion 2023 Enterprise and the Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable? This specific redistributable has reached End of Life (EOL) and is no longer supported or patched by Microsoft.  Utilizing EOL software directly violates Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Department of Navy cybersecurity requirements.  This outdated dependency unnecessarily increases the system’s attack surface area.

For example, I’ve selected a combination of an image and a text box.I want to move the text box to the end of the selection without ungrouping the objects.Below is the code that works when objects are not grouped.Is there a way to perform operations on objects within a group?// Sort the text box   Move the text box to the endsel.sort(function (a, b) {    var a;    var b;    if (“TextFrame” == a.constructor.name) {        return 1;    } else if (“TextFrame” == b.constructor.name) {        return -1;    }});

I am creating a short AI video and starting with an image. Firely says “Can't load. We can't process this prompt because the reference image doesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload another image and try again.”The prompt I am using starts “A young woman in her early 20s sits at a cluttered desk, semi-realistic illustration style. She twirls her hair with her fingers and looks up, lost in thoughts. The desk is filled with a blank notebook, a warm practical lamp, and sticky notes with unfinished ideas. The background has a lo-fi aesthetic with soft bokeh...”Any ideas what guidelines this doesn’t meet?Thank you

I have cancelled my subscription successfully and still receiving a bill to pay monthly
