Solved

I am using Adobe Cloud to save PDFs to my Adobe site and then inviting my team to view and comment. Regardless of whether I type their emails in to invite them personally, or just share the link (set up to “anyone with the link can comment”), they cannot access the files. Adobe is asking them to sign in, but they don’t have accounts. Surely they don’t need to?

There is a similar thread to this. But we are running into this issue for Acrobat studio after transferring into a business account with Adobe.

My card was charged for the full monthly amount as soon as I started my Photoshop trial. This is not a hold on the card, but a full deduction. How do I process a refund?

I am troubleshooting a MacBook with AE 2026 (completely updated) using significant energy over a 12-hour period, causing slow-downs and battery drain. (Activity Monitor → Energy → 12 hr Power). On this machine, it’s hovering right around 15%; while on my own MacBook, it sits at about 7%. The laptop is also very hot, with fans turning on intermittently. I have tried clearing all caches, reinstalling AE, updating it, and resetting the Mac’s SMC. It’s not actively using energy, but the 12 hr Power does not budge. What could this be? Laptop is a 16-inch 2019 MacBook Pro. Specs below, if it matters. Graphics:2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB Memory:32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 macOS: Tahoe 26.4.1

I have been editing this comp for a couple of days and when I went to edit opacity the scale from 0-100 was gone and so was the “Add: ▶” to add an effect. I am super confused and don’t recall doing anything to remove this, see pics (this was an existing comp that I no longer know how to adjust in terms of the amount. However, after hours I realized that I could use the Properties tab on the left side panel, but it is just inconvenient and hope to have it back. Anyone know how? I have to have this project done soon so any tips are appreciated!

Adobe sign does not seem to allow me to add a signer that only needs to initial. I keep getting a message that it will add a signature line to the bottom of the document. How can I remove that? I have 2 signers. 1 needs to do a full signature, but the other only needs to initial the document and I cannot find anywhere to explain this process.

I’m using Acrobat Sign API to use a basic form, with an input text and a Signature field only. Sometimes, when after the agreement is created via the API and then displayed, the signature name, in the Signature fields, appears prepopulated with a random value and cannot be edited, the clear option does not work.

why does it keep adding people when I tell it too and why does it change the room when I tell it to keep the same room?

In trying to find a way to print an Acrobat pdf in grayscale (since I’m also having printhead issues), I changed my grayscale to Sgray in Preferences. Had no idea that I would not be able to change it back, and it appears to have now altered my acrobat such that it opens only to a gray screen with no other available functions. Have tried multiple uninstalls and reinstalls, with no change in results. I assume I need to find a way to be able to reset to my initial preferences, but don’t know how to get there with this gray screen issue. Running newly installed Acrobat in Windows 11. Any help would be appreciated.

I was moved to a business account earlier this year and alongside it, my personal files and behance account, however, when I was let off of the company, I lost access from all of my personal files and accounts without any proper warning and can't seem to revert that. I haven't found any solution to that issue yet.

I have a 6-camera multicam sequence which is behaving in a very unpredictable way. Random segments of the video of outputting only total blackness. Looking at the multi-cam view, I see all 6 cameras on the left, and can see footage being output on the camera that I've chosen to be currently active. But the output preview on the right is totally black. Switching to composite video view still only gives a black screen, and doing a preview render still gives the same result. I can switch the segment of the multicam sequence to a different clip, and then it'll be fine, but then I switch back to the camera I want, and it's black again. I've tinkered around in the underlying sequence to make sure there's no effects or other settings there that would cause the video not to display but can't find anything that should effect it.This is specifically affecting two out of my six camera angles on this project. At the time when I was initially editing this multicam sequence, it all worked fine, and

Hello,Adobe released the APSB26-44 Security Update today:https://helpx.adobe.com/security/products/acrobat/apsb26-44.htmlHowever, none of the following Adobe SCUP files contain APSB26-44: https://armmf.adobe.com/arm-manifests/win/SCUP/AcrobatCatalog-DC.cab https://armmf.adobe.com/arm-manifests/win/SCUP/ReaderCatalog-DC.cab https://armmf.adobe.com/arm-manifests/win/SCUP/AcrobatCatalog-Classic.cabThoughts?-Dick

Is there a way to have something like this in a pdf form made in InDesign (or Acrobat DC) ? So the person filling the form can format the text he is writing

I often find myself with large PDF files that usually contain lots of duplicate (identical) pages. With Acrobat, it’s easy to compare two files, but I don’t think you can find duplicates within a single document. Does anyone know of a solution?

There's a user getting PDF files from a certain company and they open as blank, white pages. There's no message or anything and other PDF files open fine. I also tried opening the files in Edge, Chrome, and SumatraPDF with the same result. Our company is using version 18.011.20058 or the Reader. I tried installing a newer version of the Reader but it didn't help. The user has talked to the company that's sending these PDF files already. They told her the problem isn't with them and that other people had the same problem but their IT departments were able to fix it. I'm starting to wonder if the problem really is on their end because I haven't been able to find a fix.

After cropping out the layer outside of the original image, GE should fill in the blanks. It is telling me to drag out the canvas first but I’ve already done so.I attached a screenshot.

The “Acrobat Pro” app is no longer in our Creative Cloud apps. Was the acrobat pro” version dropped from teacher plans? All I see is the "free" Acrobat version in the teacher plan, which is not enough for our needs.

Hi Had a video rejection on intellectual property.  The video had a close up of a pair of cheap sneakers that have no logo or trademark. When I queried it the Adobe response was: They look like Converse sneakers. They are not Converse sneakers though, I’m very confused that things are getting rejected because they could be be a well known brand.  Other videos with the same sneakers accepted.  Any suggestions? Many thanksAngela

Hello,I need some help with an issue. I am using a Samsung S23 Ultra phone, and it has a built-in Adobe Reader application. In an Excel sheet, I use the “Hyperlink” formula to create a link to another PDF file located in the same folder. Then, I convert the Excel file into a PDF document by navigating through “file”, “export”, and “create pdf/xps document” respectively. When I test this on my computer, the “Hyperlink” I created works perfectly. However, when I transfer the entire folder as is to my Samsung S23 phone and open it, nothing happens in the PDF document when I click on the “hyperlink”.I would really appreciate it if you could help me understand the reason behind this.Have a great day and good work.
