Solved

Hi, I have been charged for many months, maybe over 2 years by an unknown email. I just knew about the Adobe Charge Identifier feature recently, and really just found out. I would like to cancel this immediately. Can you please help?

Hi(and happy new year!) I can't find the Photoshop (beta) in my Creative Cloud Desktop.Under "Categories" I can see it all (... Video, Illustration, UI & UX, 3D & AR and Acrobat & PDF) but no Beta-category.... please see attached. Is this because I'm living in Denmark? Or do I need to sign up to the beta first?Kind regards, Jens

Hello everyone,I am currently trying to evaluate converting an internally used ExtendScript plugin to UXP. The plugin uses ScriptUI to display a modal configuration dialog, which is not supported any more in UXP (I think?).I tried to use UXP to create a modal dialog, but I could not find a complete example on how to do so.Here is what I have got so far:index.htm:<!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <script src="main.js"></script> </head> <style> dialog { background-color: var(--uxp-host-background-color); color: var(--uxp-host-text-color); border-color: var(--uxp-host-border-color); font-size: var(--uxp-host-font-size); } #sampleDialog>div { display: flex; flex-direction: column; height: 300px; width: 400px; align-items: center; } #sampleDialog>div>p { margin-top: 30px; } </style> <body> <dialog id="sampleDialog"> <div> <h1>Well hello!</h1&gt

I have been trying to generate videos using Kling 3.0. I currently have a premium plan, but ironically I cannot use it because the system does not even consume credits. In just one day of use, these have been the most recurrent issues:Images cannot be uploaded. Files cannot be downloaded to my computer. This is not a device issue—I am using a Mac and I am an experienced user. Paid video assets cannot be uploaded into Kling 3.0. Video generation fails because the system flags content as “violating user guidelines,” even though I am only using prompts with fully clothed adult characters and neutral scenarios.Frankly, I did not expect this level of malfunction from a paid service.I would appreciate a clear explanation and a prompt resolution.

I'm editing a vertical video and have greyed out blocks at the top and bottom of my video, over the top of my clips. Not sure what i've done, but unable to get rid of them and they show up when I export the video. How do I remove them?

Stock rejected this photo for quality issues. I used Adobe RBG color on camera settings, I used Lightroom to edit with culling score showing as 97, I used Photoshop for minimal lighting touchups. The sample is reduced in resolution by a factor of ten with the original export being 300 dpi at 10,000x7,000 resolution with a file size of 29MB. I’ve had photos much worse looking than this pass inspection on Stock, so what exact quality issues caused this photo to fail? Is it really such low quality?

Since the latest Lightroom Classic update, I’m experiencing a serious issue with importing exported JPEG files.Workflow: I work with DNG files in a shared workflow (catalog opened locally after being edited remotely). I export JPEG files (same filename as the DNG, e.g. IMG_1234.DNG → IMG_1234.jpg) into the same folder. I try to import or synchronize that folder to include the JPEGs in the catalog. Issue: Lightroom does NOT detect the JPEG files when synchronizing the folder. In the Import dialog, even when selecting “All Photographs”, the JPEGs do NOT appear. The option “Don’t import suspected duplicates” is disabled. Dragging the JPEG files directly into Lightroom also does NOT import them. The files are visible in Finder and are valid JPEGs. Additional observations: This did NOT happen in previous versions of Lightroom Classic. It happens consistently across multiple folders. Renaming the JPEG files (e.g. adding a suffix) makes them importable again. Exporting JPEGs

Create Composition can create a new composition in a project. What is meant by other two composition?

I'm using AE 25.5 on my new PC, and exporting mogrt won't do anything but give these temporary comps which is basically 640*360 version of the original mogrt. I've tried downgrading all the way to AE 24 and same thing happens, no matter how simple the mogrt would be(like only 1 line of text) I did find out that the mogrts are stuck in Temp>aegraphic>(randomfilename)>aemogrtFiles, but in .aeg and not actual mogrt. It seems like AE manages to make .aeg files, but fail merge it with the temporary comp for the preview and get stuck...How could I fix this?

I did simple Position keyframing to make a star move from the lower left to the upper right. The screenshot with the properties can be seen.  If I add the keyframes to the Position property under Transform: Polystar 1 layer there is no motion path. If I add the keyframes to Position under  the Transform layer then the motion path displays. What is the difference between using the Position property and adding keyframes these two different ways? After doing the Position keyframes to the Transform layer, I am having an issue with the Center Point for the Motion Path not being in the center of my shape so the motion path does not display for it properly as can be seen in the first screenshot. If I use the Pan Behind tool I move the center point to the center of the shape and then the motion path displays properly. Why is it not doing this by default? The shape is still not moving exactly along the motion path as can be seen in the second screenshot, how do I get it to do this? The only thi

Hi everyone,My Adobe Stock contributor account has been suspended and I haven’t received any response from Adobe support for the last 6 months. One of my video animations (100 percent human-made in Adobe After Effects) was rejected and incorrectly flagged as AI-generated content by the Adobe review team. After that, I got email from Adobe that my account was suspended due to mislabelling of AI-generated content.I have never uploaded AI-generated work on my account. Everything I create is original.I’ve contacted support multiple times, but got no reply or clear explanation.Has anyone faced something like this? Any advice would really help.

What is this focus type symbol in Adobe scan market up. It is Circle shape with check mark in while color as it shooting with gun. It done not add any effect.

I used a text prompt to describe the 8 second video I am attempting to create. In the video a hot dog is supposed to morph into a bacon cheeseburger.  Instead of a “morph,” a crude ripple wipe (see attached screenshots) from one replaces the entire image with the other. I added clarifying language and created a second version which turned out exactly the same as the first (and cost another 400 credits).  I then attemted to edit the second video with a detailed descritpion of the changes I wanted. The resulting “edited” version was identical to the first two with the exception that the last second was missing. This completely unresponsive “edit” cost an additionsl 250 credits.

Keep getting error messages and it is using up my credits.
