Since my company set up my Adobe CC subscription earlier this year I've had this issue from the very beginning.    From time to time the message "Your plan includes unlimited Adobe Stock downloads" appears in my Creative Cloud dashboard. However, whenever I search for an image and the browser window pops up with the results, every result has a blue button when you hover that says "Free with trial". When I click the download button, the filename has "preview" in the name and there are diagonal watermarks all over the image.   Maybe I'm misunderstanding something. I already have a plan that my employer pays for. The app itself is telling me that I have unlimited Adobe Stock downloads. But, I can't download anything.   It seems like it is trying to get me to pay for something that my employer is already paying for.   I found these related posts, but none had a clear answer to my issue:   https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/adobe-stock-daily-lim

Every time I open a page in code view the font is a different size. Sometimes they are microscopic, sometimes they are huge. I've reset the font size in Preferences about a hundred times but the font size lucky dip keeps happening. Is there any way to get Dreamwever to just display every page at the font size that I've set in the preferences instead of displaying every page at a random font size ?

Gracias.

I have recently reinstalled InDesign and, upon every launch, if I go to the Id icon to set some global settings or open the first document of the session, InDesign will hang (spinning beachball, marked as “not responding” in Activity Monitor). After about one minute, the hang is over (pun intended) and InDesign resumes perfect functionality (no slowness, no issues). It is as if it wanted to be by itself for a while. If I open a second (or 3rd, 4th, etc.) document no hanging happens. If I close all docs and open a single new one, no hang. It is just the first doc of the session.I have been able to capture a Spindump while it was hanging. Perhaps this can help engineers (or other knowledgeable souls here) find what is going on?Thank you very much!I am on macOS Tahoe 26.4 on an Apple Silicon Mac.I’m posting this here as well because there was no bug report community for InDesign available.

I am getting a new computer and I was told I'd have to uninstall CC Photoshop from the old one because I can run CC Photoshop on one computer only with the subscription I have.  When I tried to use the Uninstall CC in my finder window, it stated that I still have some CC apps on my computer and I would have to uninstall them before I could uninstall the Creative Cloud app.  So I went through and uninstalled all the Creative Cloud apps that I could see in my Application folder in Finder.  Then I went back and tried to run the Uninstall app for Adobe Creative Cloud.  I'm still getting the message that it can't uninstall Creative Cloud because I have some CC apps on my computer that need the Creative Cloud app to run.  What am I doing wrong?  I just want to be sure that I can install Photoshop CC when I hook up my new iMac.

I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription.  I noticed a credit card charge on April 24As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.

what are the quality issues...

I have projects due right now and I can't even log into the Adobe Fonts website to get the fonts I need. I have no problem being logged into the other websites (adobe Stock, Express, Firefly) but Fonts looks like it's logging me in and then just loops back to the sign in screen. I'm not an idiot... I know everything is input correctly. Support is a basic Ai from about 5 years ago so there's no help there. Very frustrating and will probably start looking into other design software since the long-term problems with Adobe software and especially this font activation is getting to be detrimental to my health.

I must be missing something obvious. In my Lightroom CC Classic workflow, I frequently create a virtual copy of an image and then make adjustments on the virtual copy. This leaves the original alone and unedited. I've gotten used to that workflow - but now I can't find a way to do the same thing in Lightroom CC. I don't find either a duplicate or a virtual copy menu item - what am I missing? Thanks,Scott

Hello! Apologies if I’m not using the correct terminology.I’m using illustrator to create the files that I use with a laser cutter, and in order to minimize superfluous cutting I use “outline" in the pathfinder window to connect pieces. I’m encountering an issue that I’ve never encountered. Outlining two of the shapes creates no issues, but if I outline three it changes what seems to count as inside and outside of an otherwise closed shape. The cutting software can’t cut saying that (paraphrasing) the file includes shapes that aren’t closed.I thought that maybe if I opted not to align the side edges, maybe that would circumvent the problem, but it didn’t:One thing that might be of note: the stroke is aligned to “center” on all three shapes in the stroke window, as are the cap and corner, but once I outline it the cap and corner stay centered and the stroke alignment moves to “inside” alignment (the left box).I can work around this by creating batches of two pieces with a little bit of

Since the AI Assistant feature was introduced, I've been experiencing a consistent issue with Acrobat on Windows 11 Pro (fully updated, original licensed version). Every time I open the app, it freezes for a while, then unfreezes, freezes again, and eventually becomes usable. However, this pattern repeats every time I close and reopen the application. My system is not the issue: SSD, dedicated GPU, plenty of RAM and storage. All my Adobe apps are up to date, and the problem seems isolated to Acrobat. I strongly suspect the issue began with the AI Assistant integration, as everything was smooth before. In addition, I have a long-standing question: why do Acrobat updates not appear in the Creative Cloud desktop app like other Adobe apps (e.g., Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)? I've always had to update Acrobat manually from within the app itself. Is there a technical reason for this separation?I'd appreciate any insights, solutions, or explanations from the community or Adobe staff. Thanks

Suddenly my object selection tool has gone haywire. When selecting people a warning advises there are no people although there are people as attachment shows. When removing something from the image, instead of removing it, it replaces . Getting this error message in Illustrator now after CC updates and Mac OS Update. Adobe AI Version. 26.2.1Mac OS Monterey 12.3.1 Saving files to a 6TB Seagate External Drive. This has been working for a year with no issues. Just doing a general "Save" after making some revisions to the file.

Left aliment moves the text to right side of comp and right aliment moves the text to left side of the com. How to understand this? Video is attached as well.

I'm sorry, but I've been a CC client for years now and the Creative Cloud App is really by FAR the most bloated software I have ever seen! It is a DISGRACE!The syncing of libraries DOESN'T work. Hardly ever. And it leaves me, your paying customer (!) with exclamation marks in the system tray, which as an autist that didn't exist when I was born, with painfull frustrations, EVERY time. This post is years in the making, so please don't try to tell me how to fix it. YOU fix it! GDMD!!

I subscribed to Creative Cloud Pro at 9:20PM last night. Upon completion of my purchase I downloaded and opened InDesign. For the next 3.5 hours, I continuously waited, signed in and out of my account, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and restarted my computer waiting for Adobe to give me full access to ID. As of the time I’m writing this, nearly 1PM the next day, I still do not have full access. Also, opening and closing the app is a pain. It doesn’t open when I press the ‘open’ button in the CC desktop app. I downloaded PS and AI and I have full access, no problems. I’ve done everything that Google has told me to do but nothing is working.

it says it can’t load

It is important to have signed paper copies of a document, but Adobe won’t print electronic signatures.  If that is a feature, how do I turn it off?

Hello, I have attempted the workaround methods for error 105 when trying to save a document as stated in previous posts.  I believe this has to do with adobe not recognizing my account and keeps telling me to subscribe, although my account shows the payment history to Adobe Acrobat DC for the past year.  Does anyone have a solution to this problem, if they have encountered it before?  Otherwise, I will be finding another program that works with PDFs and cancel this subscription.

I just DL a template from mixkit.co called Letterbox Slideshow. It comes with 10 scenes. I only need text on the first 3 but for some reason i cannot figure out how to remove the BOX that the text sits in. I have removed the text but the box is still there. There is no layer for the box. The box also has 2 rectangle narrow box designs that appear with it. It looks like it is part of each layer’s Media asset. I’m very new to AE and do not know how to dig deeper. It’s a free DL if anyone has some serious free time. I’m baffled. https://mixkit.co/free-after-effects-templates/letterbox-slideshow-592/  I’m trying to edit Scene 5 and here is a ss of the boxes that i need to remove.

Hi, I cancelled my subscription last month but I was still charged on 22 May 2026. I have cancelled again. I would like a full refund for the incorrect charge. Please assist.
