I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a severe and ongoing abuse of Adobe Firefly’s free trial and promotional credit system. This large-scale exploitation is not only a violation of your Terms of Service but is actively degrading the user experience for legitimate, paying customers.1. The Nature of the AbuseI have strong evidence indicating that organized commercial entities, specifically based in Vietnam and China, are systematically harvesting free trial credits to generate tens of millions of images daily. These are not individual users testing the product; they are industrial-scale operations using automated scripts and bulk-account generation to bypass your payment walls.2. Impact on My Business (The Victim)As a legitimate user who pays for Adobe Creative Cloud, my workflow has been severely crippled by this activity: Extreme Latency: Generation requests now take 3 to 5 times longer than they did previously. Queue Blockades: The servers are constantly saturated,

I have two .ai docs and when copy/pasting graphics from one, the appearance drastically changes. I need them to stay as they are in the first image. Both are in RGB mode

We are looking to purchase some Adobe Acrobat Standard licenses for some company users. I tried logging into the Acrobat Business Admin Console with my Adobe account, but it’s giving me the following error:  I am the IT administrator for the company, so just how do I get access to the Admin Console so I can purchase and distribute licenses?Thank you.

In Premiere Pro, what is the red left bracket with a black double headed arrow running horizontally through it? This feature highlights portions of sequences in the timeline. I accidentally making it appear and I don't know how to make it go away because I don't know what it is.

I’m trying to very simply automate a form for work and I learned a couple things with JavaScript, but I have no prior experience. I’ve seen similar versions of this question get asked here, but I can’t figure out why my output is not working.I have one field called ‘Total Impervious Surface’ (TIS) that I’m trying to bring the value into a custom calculation for, do some simple math to, then output this value into the field that this custom calculation is attached to. This TIS field is the product of simple addition of two other fields that is working fine.Currently I have:var TIS = this.getField("Total Impervious Surface").value;    var SSDC = 55*(Math.ceil(TIS/500));    event.value = SSDC;And getting an output of 0 when TIS is any value other than 0. When TIS is 1000 the output should be 110 or when TIS is 1600 the output should be 220 and so on.The SSDC output is also intended to be a dollar value. Can I use the num.toFixed(2) command and where would it best be used? - Nevermind. I g

I need to get in contact with adobe as I am being charged for a subscription I didn’t subscribe to and when I try to cancel it say I will be charged the remainder of an annual subscription fee. What should I do?

Premiere Pro crashes unexpectedly on Win11 with Amd Graphics CardSteps to reproduce:1. Open Premiere Pro2. Open up a project (only .mp4 videos)3. Everything goes well in the beginning and after aprox 15m everything crashesKey details:There is no trigger to it, it just randomly does that although I have a high-end pc. This applies to all projects and I have NEVER used Premiere Pro without having it crash on me, not even once. Video Rendering: Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (OpenCL) Sometimes it crashes and other times my pc fully crashes. I never keep RAM, CPU, or GPU hungry applications while Premiere Pro is running I usually only have my browser running in conjunction with Premiere Pro. Windows Crash Logs (Goes back 1h):Full - https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/zpb0clan1mm81rv4okkk3/adobe-premiere-pro-crash.evtx?rlkey=v2l7yvrhsc98sg31y9k0rjzbp&st=tcx2l9m8&dl=0Minidump - https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/8b6t61k9n4scnsymr5a3s/072426-6640-01.dmp?rlkey=yvdsd6680hmb8rhxs3qg5mj7

I have a canvas 8000x11412 pixels the image is the same dimensions. When I go to print it doesn’t fit the paper. Which fwiw is A3+.  The printer settings say the correct document size and that output paper is the same. I have an earlier closely identical image which previews and prints fine. I think there is some hidden setting I have inadvertently set. This is a shot of the image When I go to print the preview just shows a small part of the image

Hi Folks. I often need to design stickers and I'm finding that when I print them they are smaller than what I've actually created in photoshop. I will design the actual sticker/image and then drag it onto a blank A4 page where I size it (in cm's) and duplicate it if needed. However when I print it, even though A4 is selected in print options they always come out smaller. I usually get a prompt saying something along the lines of "image too large, resize to fit" or words to that affect. Is there something I need to be doing in print settings to ensure they print true to the size I've created. Any help in this matter greatly appreciated.

On the example below, currently N/A has to be entered manually by typing in the cell or freehand using a stylus.  This is causing some issues with the time taken to complete some of our larger forms and also handwriting skills and neatness vary greatly between our personnel, as can be seen in the 2nd pic below. The plan is to add a 2nd column with an ‘N/A?’ checkbox next to the numbered ones so that selecting it would add ‘N/A’ to the adjacent fillable cells - and possibly grey them out as well.  The 1st pic below does show the fillable cells coloured but once entries are made and the form saved, when reviewed using Adobe Reader the shading is not visible.  It would be referrable to retain the shading if at all possible. As in the 3rd pic, is it possible to get just one entry of N/A added and the rest of the cells lined through from corner to corner?I’m relatively inexperienced using scripting in Acrobat in this manner so any assistance would be very much appreciated.

This feature I have used in the past and always worked very well, now when I upload videos and select remove background it successfully cuts out the shape in front but then rotates the video underneath and stretches how it looks.

Not sure it's a bug, but there seems to be no way of deleting a stop in the vector shape gradient editor.(see screenshot)It’s also the same in the property panel The available actions are: click to highlight the stop or double click to open the colour picker, but the DEL key doesn’t delete the stop after being highlighted, and there’s nothing showing when right clicking on the stop.In fact, there’s no extra settings for position and delete like there is in the standard gradient editor. It lacks consistencyI resorted to create my gradient in the standard gradient editor, save it so I can use it in the fill and stroke settings. Photoshop version 27.8.0 on Windows 11

I'm requesting clarification—and frankly, accountability—regarding GoodStack's denial of our nonprofit application for Adobe products. Our OrganizationAdult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada is a registered Canadian charity operating long-term residential programs. We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical facility. We employ no medical staff. We provide no clinical treatment, detoxification, or healthcare services of any kind. Our program is a faith-based discipleship community where individuals live and work in a supported environment while rebuilding their lives. Residents participate voluntarily. The model is closer to a residential training program than anything resembling medical care. The DenialGoodStack denied our application on the basis that we are a "treatment organization." However, Adobe's published ineligibility criteria state:"Hospitals, clinics, or facilities providing direct medical care"We are none of these. The word "treatment" does not appear in Adobe's eligibilit

One of my colleagues have been experiencing an issue when attempting to use CTRL + C on a document. When copying it would throw up the error “Failed to load an application resource (Internal error)”Afterwards, they are able to use the copy shortcut normally. When attempting to copy via right click the error doesn’t show. This happens the first time they open up adobe acrobat reader. Closing the reader, opening up the same  document and attempting to CTRL+C shows the same error again. I’ve reinstalled Acrobat reader already and the error is still persisting.

How do I remove "Share text to WhatsApp" from the quick actions pop-up when selecting text in Acrobat Pro on a Mac?Note: This is a different question than the one answered in “How do I disable a pop up in Acrobat which says ‘Share your PDFs using WhatsApp?’” (I still tried everything suggested by Adobe in that thread.)“Share text to WhatsApp” appearing in the quick action pop-up when selecting textI want to keep using quick actions when selecting text, so I prefer not to disable quick actions in Settings. I only want to remove the WhatsApp prompt from the available quick actions.I'm using Acrobat Pro in "Classic" View mode.Version 2026.001.21745 | Unified App MacOS 15.7.7I've disabled "Show 'Send to WhatsApp' shortcut" in Settings > General. “Show quick actions on text selection” is enabled.Following a staff member’s suggestion in “How do I disable a pop up in Acrobat which says ‘Share your PDFs using WhatsApp?’” I tried editing ~/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.Acrobat.Pro.plist usin
