How do I change my distributor from Ingram to CDW?  CDW is telling me to go to the Admin Console > Account tab and generate a “change of reseller” code, but this is nowhere in the account tab in the Admin Console.  Bottom line is that I want to change from Ingram to CDW and need instructions on how to do this.  Thank you.

Hi I’m working with material shot in Alexa and when I apply the LUT the cinematographer gave me, the colours appear totally extreme and I know this shouldn’t be the case. Why is this happening? Thanks

I work with large PSB files - often 4+ GB - with many layers in Photoshop and I need to upgrade my computer. If I get an M4 Max Studio system with 64 GB RAM and a 2 TB SSD internal drive will that be enough, or should I increase RAM to 128 and/or get a larger SSD drive? I’d be grateful for advice.

I paid for the subscription after the trial because the service worked properly on my iPhone 15 Pro during the trial period. However, only a few days after being charged, it stopped working completely. This is extremely misleading.I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection agencies regarding these business practices.

When using a colored artboard, the artboard then exports as an object and imports as an object into another .ai file.  The artboard color is described as just being a visible GUI change, but it is acting as an object.  SEE VIDEO.

Dear Sir/Madam,Ibought Adobe Design Stands CS6 from you in 2014 (see attachment for invoice). As far as I know, there were 3 licenses available at the time. Unfortunately, my old PC, on which the program was installed until a few days ago, broke. I installed the program on my new PC, but now it shows me that the serial number is already in use on 2 PCs. Consequently, my old PC is still registered with you. Can you please unlock the license for me again? Thank you very much and best regards Marion Minkus [Private personal information removed by moderator.]Pic with serial number removed... this is a public forum, you just gave your serial number away

Hi, I’m trying to create a contributor account but get a “multiple accounts not allowed” message. I believe I haven’t created one before. Please check and help me recover or activate any existing account.

Hello Adobe Support and Community, I’m facing an issue while trying to create a new Adobe Stock Contributor account. I received a message saying that multiple Contributor accounts are not allowed. However, I have no access to any previous account and I’m not aware of ever creating one before. I contacted Adobe Contributor Support over 10 days ago and received a case number (#00400047), but I haven’t received any response or update since then. I would really appreciate some guidance on what to do next, or if someone from the support team could kindly follow up on my case. Here are my current details:- Name: Md Ikbal Hosen- Email:[Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers] Looking forward to your assistance.Thank you in advance. Best regards,Ikbal

I believe it could be helpful and not too difficult for Adobe smart guys to create.

Asked Firefly to generate an image for context. The image provided was a png (4KB, 179x148 pixels). The system messaged that the image was too small. I removed the image from the prompt but the error continued. The error ‘Image too small. Please upload an image greater than 170x170 px in size.’ continued even after the image was removed.

After installing the latest update in Adobe Beta, the new color grading panel is behaving inconsistently. The cursor/pointer inside the color controls (especially saturation and color adjustments) feels unresponsive and inaccurate.Issue Details:While adjusting saturation or color values, the cursor does not respond smoothly Small movements result in large or inconsistent changes The vectorscope shows irregular up/down jumps even with minor adjustments It becomes difficult to achieve precise color grading This issue was not present before the recent update

I've been looking to test out the new dust removal feature in Camera Raw and couldn't find it. Turns out, the entire "Distraction Removal" section is missing from my Camera Raw app. I've gone into settings and enabled "New AI features" as directed in many instructional guides. Restarted Photoshop, and it's still not present. I even tried downloading the latest Photoshop beta (26.11), and I don't have this section at all. What am I doing wrong? I've screenshot the relevant sections for visual aid. Versions:Photoshop 26.9Windows 11 24H2Snapdragon X Elite PC

Hello, I have a Creative Cloud Pro plan, but I cannot see all of the partner AI models in Adobe Photoshop 27.0.0 release. Currently, the only models available in my account are:  Firefly Image 3 Firefly Image 1 FLUX Kontext Pro Gemini 2.5   However, I understand that other partner models such as Gemini 3 should also be available. Could you please explain why these models are not visible in my account and whether they need to be enabled?
