Solved

With the direct selection tool (white arrrow) moving over an anchor they show up, but even if the anchor is selected the anchor blue box disappears as soon as the mouse moves away, so its impossible to select a handle.  I can still move an anchor, but its hard to select two anchors to joint the paths etc., sort of like driving blind.  If I click on a path, then hold down the command key, the hollow box anchors show up and the cursor changes into the selection tool.  The hollow boxes show up on selecting using the selection tool (black arrow).  I am pretty direct selection tool was working correctly last week (am an occasional user).I've know the difference between the select tool, direct selection tool, and group selection tool.   I think this happened a year ago and deleting a preference file helped.  I, quit illustrator,  deleted "com.adobe.illustrator.plist" in my user library, and tried again.  that didn't help.

Hi Community. Having a problem with Acrobat Reader. Just downloaded Acrobat Reader recently. The "Highlight selected text" tool does not work. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed this problem? Thanks.Tried 2 different PDF files.  Doesn’t work for me.  Thanks Community. [Title and OP edited by Community Manager]

Excuse moi… What the hell is that?! It’s the first time in 15 years in After Effects I’ve had this: Absolutely nothing special here. A fresh project with one video precomped, tracked, camera and text added. That is all. I cannot use Advanced 3D today because it messes up my font. Tried resetting AE preferences with Ctrl+Shift+Alt on load.  Tried resetting font preferences, choose other fonts. Tried changing Advanced 3D preferences.AE 26.0.0, 14700K, 4080, 64 Gb of ram

**Summary**The thumbnail strip of past images is missing in the Firefly Edit page when using Google Chrome, but displays correctly in Microsoft Edge. The issue is consistent and reproducible.**Missing UI elements in Chrome:**- Thumbnail strip of past images at the bottom of the Edit page- On the Generate page, only 2 cached thumbnails appear vs a full history in Edge (likely a browser cache difference)**Steps to reproduce:**1. Open firefly.adobe.com in Google Chrome2. Navigate to the Edit image page3. Observe there is no thumbnail strip at the bottom of the page4. Compare the same page in Microsoft Edge — a full thumbnail strip of past images is present**What I've already ruled out:**- Not an extensions issue (tested in Chrome Incognito — same result)- Not an account/login issue (My Stuff page looks identical in both browsers)- Not a failed network request issue (checked Chrome DevTools Network tab filtered to firefly.adobe.com — no red/failed requests, 527 requests loaded successfully

Hello I have been waiting for my credits to be set on April 22nd but that did not occur, now it's saying that it will be reset in May, which means I'll go in entire month without generation credits. I know they were about two other people who reported this but what could be done in this case since a month of the service has already been paid for, I have Adobe creative cloud Pro. Thank you.

Hey all,I'm a novice Photoshopper and hoping a kind soul can help. I have searched for this answer but cannot get it right. I believe this is simple - and hope someone can describe clear steps to solve the issue! 1) I have a text box. It is a three letter acronym. I have selected size/font etc.2) I wish to make the text itself thicker - not bigger, or further spaced apart - simply, thicker. Can anyone tell me how to do that?  It's just a text box with 3 letters in it. Which I need to make thicker. Thanks!

Very disappointed with the removal of Photoshop Mix, the app worked perfectly. My Photoshop Express App shows no options to combine photos (or videos), or options to add layers. I can only edit a photo or create a collage. I signed up to premium on the assurance that the Mix features were present in Express, but that is not the case at all! Adobe's website is misleading, as it says you can combine photos by selecting the "combine photo" option from the home screen - this simply doesn't exist! I have cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still no Mix features in sight.

I have gone into preferences multiple times and unticked the boxes in prefences/general/messages from Adobe...the same applies for the 'tell me if adobe is not my default....' feature, but everytime I restart adobe, the boxes are ticked! I have tried as standard user and administartor, but they reset to being ticked! This was not the case when I had the free version and is very frustrating.version 2025.001.20474

When saving files in Illustrator I'm getting random folders with jumbled letters that appear on my desktop with ".aishm"  What is this and how can it be stopped?

This has just started to happen, but not on every page.I create a new page (copy existing page in same folder and the edit with new information etc)  and when finished I check that it looks and works by using the Open in Browser command. Some pages as I have mentioned open fully but some look as if the CSS has been left out or is pointing to the wrong folder. I have checked that pages have the correct CSS which they do. I have attached some examples of the issue. When I check other pages that link the pages that don’t open directly from the Open in Browser do work as expected.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Adobe! The new functionality to use custom shapes to crop images is great! However, this functionality seems to be absent in the education plan. I have both licenses. Is this something you guys just forgot to ad? It would be great for my workflow making templates for the school I'm working for.The best!

Hello! I am new to video and video editing. I have seen a similar question in the forums, but I do not understand any of the terminology given to solve the problem. Novice here!I am near the end of editing (actually re-editing) my first video project. The first time around, I downloaded (imported?) the video clips just fine, and everything edited perfectly except for one clip that lost audio halfway through. What's up with that? This time, all the clips are downloaded/imported just fine, I am near the end of the project, and the last two clips went blackscreen after being cut. The master is fine, they went onto the timeline fine, and after being trimmed the video itself disappeared and only the audio is available. What's up with that? Please help by using little words. Object Selection by Path Only가 켜져있는지 확인했으나 그 역시 켜져있지 않았습니다.

I recently just reinstalled both lightroom classic and photoshop on my windows 11 laptop after dealing with a subscription issue. They both worked fine with minimal issues prior to deleting them but after reinstalling I just can’t seem to get LRC to open at all and always leads immediatly to a crash report on startup. Photoshop launches just fine which is very strange. If someone can help me with this that would be great. I will copy the crash report if that helps (it’s very long for some reason). Thanks!<?xml version="1.0"?><!DOCTYPE AdobeCrashReport SYSTEM "AdobeCrashReporter.dtd"><crashreport serviceVersion="29.0.0.202506270808_710830c" clientVersion="29.0.0.202506270808_710830c" applicationName="Adobe Lightroom Classic" applicationVersion="15.3" build="[202604090947-8f3672ed]" source="Windows-Client" crashType="n/a"><time year="2026" month="4" day="22" hour="10" minute="28" second="4" timeoffset="480" timezone="China Standard Time" crsessionduration="14"/>&l

I only wanted to try out the subscription for one day without being charged. The app didn't live up to my expectations which lead to me wanting to cancel the subscription without having to pay. I both tried to reset purchase (but an error-message popped up) as well as going into my subscriptions in my settings where the subscription didn't show. What am I supposed to do in order to cancel the subscription without being charged? Please help

Hello, I am trying to cancel my free trial but I am unable to find the option. It's so difficult to find the option on the app. Can you please provide any assistance?

Is 2020 really that old? If I bought a product that I don’t have to download Adobe should allow the install. I was considering sampling other Adobe products but I’ll never consider any future Adobe software if this cannot be rectified. After coming here for the first time and now reading so many with issues, I’m dissappointed.
