Solved

I have Epson SC-P800 photoprinter and learned with great care how to print with correct colors.  The trick for me is to buy Ilford photopaper, they provide ICC profiles for each paper and printer.   When I print from photoshop, I load - for example - Ilford Smooth glossy paper and select the accomodating printer profile "IGPSGP12_EPSC800_EPGn.icc" -> naming convention of this file is from Ilford themself: paper range, paper type andprinter: IGPSGP stands for: (IG) Ilford Gallery, (PSGP)=Pro Smooth Glossy Paper and EPSC800 = Epson SC800 But, when in printer profile, when I open the color profile dialogue, About 100 profiles, unused ones and screen profiles (not needed for printing) are shown.  I really, just want to have a list with all the Ilford photo papers that I use on my printer.  I would be buy 4 different Ilford papers, install 4 print profiles and only see these 4 print profiles when I'm going to print.  It would be very appreciated if ther

Acrobat DC(バージョン18.011.20055)が半年前から使用できなくなりました。

I have 2 pdfs open. Normally I can copy interactive fields from one file to another. Also if I want to add a drop drop I just select the dropdown tool and click anywhere on the pdf. Now, I cannot copy interactive fields between the 2 files, and I also cannot select any of the radio button/dropdown buttons... I am definitely in Acrobat Pro...  Please help...

For some time now, probably since installing one of the latest versions of Photoshop, the app has been slow to start. The mouse cursor moves on the screen, but I have difficulty clicking on the different menus. Going to Edit > Performance, I can see that the application is using the dedicated graphics card (RTX 4060 with the latest NVIDIA driver 555.97) and not the integrated one.Without changing any of these performance settings, when I click OK, there’s still a few seconds of latency before the application starts working normally again. Anyone has encountered the same kind of issue ? It's very frustrating to do it when starting the app.

Each time I open acrobat reader I get a black screen with a small unreadable small screen, I cannot even read and I cannot get rid off it.How I can fix this ? (also experiecing that pdf aborts sometime without error message)

I am currently using Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G which has Android version: 13 TP1A.220624.014 and still cannot find the Adobe Capture app in the Play Store. I tried with my Play Store profile which is set for apps available in Bulgarian and my other one for apps available in the US. Also tried using the QR code inside the CC Desktop app but no luck there. Thanks ahead and happy holidays!

I have just finished relocating files/photos from various drives to a new NAS. I moved the files within Lightroom. Almost all files have been moved without issues however, I do have a handful that indicate the file name already exists within the location and therefore won't move the file. Upon reviewing I verify the file does not exist at the location, however, each attempt to move I receive the message the file exists. Anyone else receive this message? What causes the message?  Suggestions to resolve the issue? Thanks

ello!I recently upgraded my operating system from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This new operating system has its quirks, and it takes some getting used to. However, something I haven't been able to get used to is the new interface in Illustrator for printing. It feels like the interface has added others windows, making the printing process slow. Before, it was just one window; you adjusted the necessary options—paper type, number of copies, print quality—and it printed. Now, it opens an Illustrator window for printing, then another window with print options in Windows, and if I want to adjust the print quality, yet another window opens... and if I want to change any of those options again, everything I had already selected is reset to its defaults! This isn't very user-friendly. This used to happen in Photoshop (new version in windows 11), but in Photoshop, I unchecking the "New Modern Interface" option reverted it to the old interface, which I greatly appreciate. How can I fix this in Ill

I recently opened LR Mobile on my iPhone to show some photos to a friend.  When I navigated to one of my albums, all but one photo were missing.  I navigated to another, and hundreds of photos are missing.  I assumed this was poor connectivity on the mobile device, but then when I opened LR Cloud on my desktop today, the same issue persists.  There is absolutely no way I deleted these photos.  Version 9.0 is presently running. How can I get these photos back?

Hi, I've subscribed to the Adobe Creative Cloud Pro Plan for an annual, billed monthly plan, which will be renewed in Mar 11, 2026. I've tried to cancel now, but it's said that there is a cancellation fee due to the original subscribed agreement. So, does anyone know when it is safe to cancel the subscription without a cancellation fee? Thanks in advance.

Hello, it's been a week since i've requested a refund to my adobe subscription because i have forgotten to cancel the free trial subscription but after i've received the email that adobe has credited money to my card, i instantly cancelled the subsciption and it shows that the money will be refunded to me, after 3 days it shows to my paypal that the money is sent to my card, but its been 5 days and it still not appeared in my card

Apologies if this has been covered before but I'm pulling my hair out here.  I've a decent enough specced machine: AMD5950x, 128GB RAM, Win 11, 3xSSD 1xHDD, MOTU M2 Interface. Running latest version of Audition. I produce and edit podcasts. Currently working on one which is in a radio documentary format i.e. using short clips from multiple contributors, tied together by a narration, and with music added in places.Because the interviewees were recorded in a mix of in-person and online, audio quality varies considerably, so I want each person on their own track so I can process them individually. Clips are only 20-60 secs each. I'm 5 mins into the first episode, have 17 tracks on the go, and whatever audio hardware settings I use (MOTU ASIO, MME etc.) even with all the effects powered off on every track, I get loads of crackling on playback. I've tried all the obvious e.g. experimenting with latency, ensuring everything is the same sample rate, etc., but I can't elimi

From CC Fonts I installed Wingdings 3, not realizing Wingdings 1 was already being used. The Type panel gave an error message about Duplicate font. I uninstalled all Wingdings, but since then I am unable to load any Glyphs from the panel. No matter which Font I select, when I open the Type>Glyph Panel I get a Report Error message and after I send report InDesign shuts down. The only clue I have is in another instance I saved a font to a "Library" which I named. After that, when I opened indd files, versions of that font went missing. Once I deleted those libraries, everything came back. This time, however, I haven't touched the installed font families.

Hey I am just looking to make selection using the pentool.I click outside the area I have outlined and when I right click I get make a selection menu. After clicking make selection: I get the eyedropper tool not a selection.cheers Nate

Could someone please advise me on what I’m doing wrong? Every time I add a table of contents and tick the Balance Ranged Lines feature it doesn’t work inside the table. I end up having to force return which isn’t ideal as I copy and paste this into my mailing. This issue is consistent across all six newsletters. Please help.In normal text this works perfectly.
