Dear Adobe Stock Community,My Adobe Stock Contributor account has been deactivated.I would like to know whether it is possible to restore my account.I am very worried about this situation because my family members and I have invested a significant amount of time, effort, and money into this account together. I really need your help and guidance in this matter. Please help me.In the email I received from Adobe, I saw that there may have been an issue related to one of the submission guidelines with my submissions. If I made any unintentional mistake, I sincerely apologize for it.However, my account was unexpectedly deactivated without a specific reason being clearly explained to me. I have carefully reviewed Adobe Stock’s guidelines, and I have never intentionally tried to violate any guideline or misuse Adobe’s system. I also keep records of every file that I have uploaded.Although I have contacted Adobe by email regarding this matter, I still have not received a clear explanation of w

Hola!

In After Effects, there’s an option called “Notify when queue completes” when rendering. But I’m not sure how to use it, especially to get notifications on my phone.I checked the Creative Cloud mobile app, but it looks like the mobile version has been discontinued by Adobe, so I can’t receive any notifications through that.Is there any way to make this feature work, or is there an alternative method to get a notification on my phone when rendering is finished? Thanks in advance!

Hi all — this may be the first time in 20 years I’ve had to post a question because I just can’t find an answer in the docs or on forums. Does anyone have a name for (or any insight about) this tool that appears below the tool palette when you select a path with the Direct Selection tool? It gives a visualization of the radii of the curves in the path, but doesn’t seem to be editable or perform any actions. I am not aware of an equivalent in Illustrator for desktop, but it’s always possible I have just never come across it before.Would love to get the name and features documented here, so that anyone else searching can find out more!

Bom dia. Meu e-mail<removed - kglad>

Hi  - Last week, the IT department at my company had to replace my computer and unfortunately, we cannot get FrameMaker to install properly on my machine. Since the IT folks are remoting into my machine and doing the install as admin users, I don’t really have any insight into what is going wrong. All I know is that the installation appears to be complete, but when I go to access my FrameMaker projects, I see that the .FM extension is not on my files: Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I would like to purchase the software (a perpetual license) without a subscription.  I am unable to see the option on the Adobe website.  I would be happy with Adobe Acrobat Pro XI but that is no longer available and supported.  Does anyone have suggestions?

Please help me with this error i continue to get while attempting to save my work in Illustrator CS3 "Acrobat PDF Format is having difficulties. The dimension of this page are out of range" The original artwork was massive so i figured it could have been because of the size. I scaled the artwork down by 70% but got the same message. I then created a new document which was A3 in size, I copied the artwork over to the new A3 doc in a single layer but the error still continues. I have never seen this kind of error before and i cannot work out how to solve the issue - I need to save this work! Please help

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue in Adobe Acrobat when trying to edit text in a PDF. Whenever I select the “Edit PDF” tool and update text, the formatting changes automatically — sometimes the font changes, spacing shifts, or the layout moves unexpectedly.Has anyone experienced this problem? What’s the best way to edit text in Acrobat without affecting the existing formatting? Also, is there a recommended method to preserve the original font if it’s not installed on my system?Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

When I open the Creative Cloud app Photoshop no longer shows as an installed application, even though it is installed and runs on my Mac. The CC app seems to indicate that I need to install it, but it is already installed. In the past it has always showed in the CC app. See screenshots below:

Hello,Today I received an email about my failed payment to adobe, I started a free trial of an Adobe plan (“Annual plan, paid monthly”) and it ended yesterday. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the trial before it ended. After the trial expired, Adobe tried to charge my account, but the payment did not go through because there were not enough funds on my Gcash.I was unaware that a charge would be made automatically after the free trial ended. Right now, I’m unable to cancel the plan from my account settings because it says I need an active subscription — but I would like to avoid the payment being processed or the subscription being activated.I also haven’t used any Adobe products or services since the free trial ended. Could you please help me cancel this plan and make sure no charges are made to my account?I understand there might be a cancellation fee for annual plans, but I would really like to avoid that if possible. I also understand there is a 14-day refund policy, so if the pay

Hello dear Adobe Fresco team. First of all want to say thank you for such a brilliant app. It’s very good, stable and functional. I love to create a concept sketches for my industrial design projects. There was an app of Autodesk called Sketchbook Designer. Then they decided to stop support for this app and created Sketchbook Pro - an illustration app. It was not just a renaming they removed some features of Designer edition. I miss one important feature and hope you can implement it on my lovely Fresco. It is the ability of basic editing of path after it was drawn. Let me explain it by steps.I draw a freehand curve. Hold the tablet pen and Fresco automatically smooths it. Great. But it’s not editible when i release pen. What Sketchbook Designer could do? It was able to edit the curve after releasing of the pen nib.I will add a link to youtube video showcasing this feature. Please. Please. Please. Consider this feature in future updates. It will fireup the creative direction of Fresco

A custom Action (created in the Actions panel) does not appear in the Action dropdown of the File > Automate > Batch dialog.Workaround to make it appear: open a document, select the Action in the Actions panel, then close the document — after that the Action shows up in Batch. However, when running Batch with this Action, Photoshop returns the error: "The command '[command name]' is not currently available" — i.e. Batch cannot find a command recorded inside the custom Action. The same Action runs without any issues when played manually from the Actions panel (Play).Steps to reproduce:Create a new Set and Action in the Actions panel, record several steps. Open File > Automate > Batch — the Action is missing from the dropdown. Open a document, select the Action in the Actions panel, close the document. Open File > Automate > Batch again — the Action is now listed. Select a Source folder, run Batch.

Hi, after a recent Photoshop or macOS update, I noticed a problem with Save As on Mac.When I open a PSD file and use Save As, the filename field shows the current file name with the .psd extension. If I replace the whole filename with a new name, for example testname, and keep Format: Photoshop selected, Photoshop saves the file without the .psd extension. So the saved file is:testnameinstead of:testname.psdThis did not happen before. Since the format is set to Photoshop, I would expect Photoshop to automatically add .psd.Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.2.0 20251213.r.15 e3408e7  arm64 (final, Release) Number of Launches: 654 Operating System: Mac OS 26.5.1 System architecture: Apple M3 Pro, DOTPROD, HybridCPU(6:6)

I'm using the AI assistant for creation; it tells me I'm out of credits for the day and that they reset at midnight, yet it also says that this doesn't use up credits. How can I find out my base credit balance? I only see the premium credits

Hi - I use Lightroom (cloud) on an Adobe account managed by my school, so the organisation owns the storage. If my licence is ever removed I lose access to the assets straight away, so I want a full local copy of everything now rather than relying on a recovery window. What I need:- All original RAWs on my own hard drive- My develop edits saved locally too, not just held in the cloud catalogueQuestions:1. Does "Store a copy of all originals locally" (Preferences > Local Storage) include edit settings, or originals only?2. For the back catalogue already in the cloud, is Export as Original & Settings the recommended route, or the bulk Export my photos / ZIP option?3. Going forward, if I work in the Local tab instead of Cloud, do edits write to XMP sidecars automatically for ARW files? If somebody has an easy solution that would be great
