Solved

I am constantly being told I am out of storage, however I have nothing in my files, nothing in my history, everything is cleared. I also generated a few image to video where I lost credits, videos show as generated but I cannot see them but credits are gone.

I shoot with Sony a7v and Sigma 35mm 1.4 dg dn II. On may 22th 2026 I have updated  LrC and Camera Raw, which include the lens profile for this Sigma lens (verified archive .lcp into the folder lensprofile>>1.0).The Raw files taken with this lens edited in Lrc comes with “built in” profile, but when I try to change to custom and select Sigma 35mm 1.4 dg dn II (A026), it doesn’t show up, and when I select “auto” it selects a different lens. How can I solve this?thanks a lot, kind regards,Pablo

Hello,I’d like to “fix the perspective” of an image as follows:From the top trapezoid to the bottom rectangle. The key is for the width of the parallels to be maintained between the two perspectives. In other words, I’d like to adjust the vertical lines only. Not the horizontal ones. Thank you!

Hi everyone.Every time I need to create an index manually, I rename the “Contents Style” to “Index Style,” save the original ID file (e.g., A.indd) as B.indd, then open the A.indd file and load B.indd in “Contents Styles” panel. This gives me two identical contents Styles. It’s a bit of a hassle. Is there a way to directly copy an identical Table of Contents Style?

Two image generations ran into problems with the model not being available and I lost 800 credits

Cordialement

I am contacting you regarding my Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription, which was recently renewed automatically. I did not intend to continue the subscription and was unaware that the renewal would be processed at this time. As soon as I noticed the charge, I decided to cancel the subscription renewal. I would kindly like to request a refund for the recent payment, as the renewal was not intentional and I do not plan to use the subscription going forward. I would greatly appreciate your assistance and consideration regarding this request. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I'm trying to create evenly spaced copies of a rectangle using Transform Again but instead of creating separate layers, PS keeps adding the copies to the same shape layer. Is this expected behavior in newer Photoshop versions, or am I missing a setting somewhere?Because I learned this from Piximperfect's Tip & Tricks video and in his tutorial, PS create multiple separate layers. Here's the video.

I would like to know why Adobe rejected these two photos. On my first attempt, they were rejected for lack of quality. After that, I processed them digitally, removed noise and artifacts, adjusted the lighting and color, and did an upscaling. To my surprise, Adobe rejected them a second time.I would like to know the reason to avoid making the same mistakes in the future and working in vain.Thank you very much to anyone who can help me.

Hello - I am collaborating with another editor on a feature film. We are both fully remote and have identical hard drives with the footage. We want to create a Productions project so that we can both work on different reels at the same time. We also need to store this project on the cloud so that we can both access it and have it automatically update. That’s where Teams comes in… is it possible to create a Teams + Production project?Otherwise we need to seek out a different Cloud software to store our Productions project. I have done this in the past with Google Drive but it didn’t automatically update very well. We could set up LucidLink but it seems like overkill if we are only going to be storing our Productions project there. It’d be great if Adobe had some sort of solution for this!

Ok, so I have downloaded Photoshop Elements, and I’m not happy with it. I would now like a refund. It was downloaded just 1 day ago, so is within the 14 day refund period. Now, my question is, how the devil do I request the refund? Adobe seem to have made it infuriatingly difficult to contact them. So, if someone would be kind enough to detail the process I have to go through to request my refund then I will be very grateful to them. It really should not be this difficult. Thank-you.

I’ve recently updated Premiere Pro to v 26.2.2, and now my Shure SM7b mic is not being recognized. The mic is connected to a Focusrite Solo via XLR, then to pc with USB. I have tried connecting the audio interface to every USB port on my pc to start, yet the issue remains. Audio interface has phantom power enabled, and audio is picked up in Windows settings, discord, Google Gemini, etc. Confirmed default input/outputs are set correctly. I have attempted rolling back to previous versions of Premiere, re-installing mic drivers, creating new sequences, creating mono audio tracks, changing Audio Hardware input/output from system default to actual device, checking for System updates (Acer pc), restarting computer, disconnecting and reconnecting all cables, testing mic in a separate project, ensuring the mic is set as default in Control Panel, allowed by Privacy & Security in Settings, and the list goes on (see screenshots for applicable settings). Any advice/assistance would be great. T

I constantly have to tick 'photo comment ' away, it pops up at random or whenever you click on the photo frame. Does anyone else has this?

There are some nice predesigned borders, but you cannot adjust the size or the position. Could that be made possible?

i have a folder with a subfolder named MLS. when i exported images to it, i mistakenly entered “mls” (i.e. lower case. LrC dutifully created a subfolder labelled mls, and it now shows two subfolders: MLS and mls. i tried to move the image from the latter to the former but LrC wouldn’t do itWindows File Explorer only shows one subfolder: MLS, with all the images

Update 8 for CF 2025.  The link for the packages is https://cfdownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/coldfusion/2025/packages/hotfix-packages-cf2025-008-331874.zip. The link for the Jar seems to be update 7 https://cfdownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/coldfusion/2025/updates/hotfix-007-331586.jar. Should I try the packages and update 7? This is an air gapped system. Thanks!

Hello Adobe Team,I am an experienced motion graphics designer and After Effects template creator. I currently develop and sell professional templates, including Logo Reveals, Broadcast Packages, HUD Interfaces, Openers, and Motion Graphics projects.I would like to contribute high-quality templates to Adobe Stock, including:After Effects Templates (.aet) Premiere Pro Templates Motion Graphics Templates (.mogrt)However, I do not see any option in my Adobe Stock Contributor account to upload templates. I understand that template submissions may require special contributor access or an invitation.Could you please advise whether Adobe is currently accepting new template contributors? If so, I would greatly appreciate consideration for an invitation or information about the application process.I have an active portfolio and experience creating commercially successful templates, and I would be excited to contribute content to the Adobe Stock marketplace.Thank you for your time and assistance.

I hit something and now only the floating toolbar is there. I can’t see any of the documents when I open them.
