base on investigation that was opened to Microsoft support i got the following reponse:have identified, a problem in one of Adobe's 64-bit modules shipping with Adobe Acrobat (64-bit, 25.001.21184) that loads a different version of Window Common Controls as their 64-bit ActiveX control needs to properly render a PFD file.We only tested with default configuration of Adobe Reader.There is no such rendering problem when the control hosting process is 32-bit, as this loads the 32-bit version of Adobe's ActiveX control, which loads the desired version of the 32-bit Window Common Controls.The issue only happens with 64-bit control hosting processes.Basically, it would be important the Adobe investigated the 64 bit plugin and ensure that they properly call the correct Windows Common Controls.We also engage our Adobe contacts internal to address this towards them directly.

Firefly only generates videos 5 sends long I can;t see how to make 20 second videos

This bug has been reported before, but persists, making editing arduous. It only became a problem recently, so I feel it is a version issue, say after 25 or so. I have not downgraded as of yet, but may have no choice. After a few touch ups (nothing major, like skin blemish), the tool will freeze and then memory use will ramp up until entirely maxed out (64 GB). I see it in the Task Manager graph. After about two minutes (if a person was willing to wait), a dialog box pops up saying there is no more memory to complete task. When closed, I can save the image and proceed. This has happened each and every time I edit an image and I cannot go more than 5 uses before this happens.  I contacted support over the phone and was told to increase memory usage under performance. I does not help and resetting preferences also does not help. This issue needs to be fixed as I feel the remove tool is one of the core tools users now rely on. If it would be helpful to d

I have tried all of the fixes for this. I have tried the incognito window, clearing the cache, and tried different browsers. The only thing I have not tried is un-installing the desktop and re-installing to see if this makes a difference. I have even tried to delete parts of the project to see if I could find the issue. I also have duplicated the project and tried to download, no luck. I have no stock material in use in the project. Need help, Please help me. 

I’m an Assistant Editor and am needing to un-nest nested video and audio sequences in order to export an EDL to our archival producer reporting which archival clips are being used in our cut, and what the Source TC In/Out of those clips are.Is there an extension that quickly un-nests nested audio & video sequences (the audio ones are usually ringouts). I don’t need to carry over any effects, resizes/repositions, etc.; I just need to have the assets within the nested sequences in the sequence so they will show up in the EDL.

 I bought it the 7 day free trail and typed in my card informationseveral weeks have passed and i havent paid anything yet because I don't have the right amount of money in my account and I just did it with my MasterCard. When I click on manage plan it says this: It is not possible to manage You need to resolve a problem with your payment information before making changes to your plan. If you don't do anything, your plan will be suspended. And I also can't remove my card information. I  have tried everything and asked chat gpt but nothing worksAnd whenever I get more than 31 dollars in my account (from parents etc.) I always put it in savings so it wont get taken by the supscription and its really sadPlease cancel my plan.

Does anyone know of how you would export an interactive PDF as CMYK? Using Indesign 2022. It always wants to change the colour profile to RGB when I export?

Photoshop worked fine earlier today. Now, when clicking New file and then Create, the modal closes but nothing happens. No new file is created.I also tried to save an existing file. It did not save, even though the workflow to save didn’t not result in any errors.I had tried to crop an existing file. Nothing happened when I tried to crop.I can’t try any other actions, because I closed and re-opened Photoshop as a potential solution. So all files are now closed, and I cannot open any files in Photoshop.Nothing like these issues has ever happened before. All other programs are working. Adobe XD is working, Microsoft products are working, Chrome is working. My mouse and keypad are working.

I don’t know what the thing is called. I want a floating tool pallet and whatever the strip along the top is called. I have the same issue with InDesign. When I switched to this latest version I followed the instructions for importing my preferences, but only the pallet locations and my actions transferred. Everything else reverted to the current Adobe defaults. 

I signed up for a free trial of the DC Pro. Free for 7 days then a fee.  $14.95 a month later and after a few months of payment, zero value, I cancel and get charged a $29 early termination fee?!?!  Talk about total BS!!!! I'll be buying Adobe's competition from now on. 

I closed my business by the end of 2025 and want to remove the VAT ID in my Adobe account. This is apparently impossible: (I try to translate the Adobe UI in German to English.)Selected my plan, selected Manage payment, selected the currently used credit card and selected “edit”: removed the VAT ID (earmarked as Option in the UI) and saved the changed setting. Your ridiculous subscription agreement is designed to steal people's money like thieves, which is why you blocked my account and reactivated my subscription as soon as money was credited to my account. This happened without my request or consent. You don't have a customer service phone number or support email address; it's a joke that I have to try to explain the situation to amateur, incompetent people like you through this ridiculous support panel. I have a Teams Plan which includes 3 Adobe Acrobat licenses for my work team, however we now only require 2 licenses.  I have been going round in circles trying to see if I can amend my plan with no luck whatsoever.  None of the help pages provide any correct or useful information and there is no where to have a live chat that I can see either as it just links back to the same 'help' page.  Please can someone advise how I can actually amend my plan? Or speak to someone at Adobe that can do this for me? Either this or I will cancel the plan altogether and set up a new one, but I cant even see a way to cancel the plan either! I started a free trial of Lightroom and canceled it on the day it was due to end. Despite canceling on time, I was charged €50. I would like a full refund, as the cancellation was made before the trial expired.

Posting in the Adobe Create Cloud uservoice after a recommendation from online live chat help, as Adobe Stock neither has its own Uservoice or Feature Request submission option. There needs to be an easier way to report an issue with an individual image from Stock.Adobe.com. I've had a couple incidents where an item either was showing up in safe search despite being explicit, or the final downloaded image is different than what was shown on the preview - e.g., downloading a vector file for a set of multiple logo icons and receiving only one with a different layout. Going through help chat to report this is tedious and time-conusming. The live chat assistants usually assume I'm either swiping the unpurchased watermarked preview and complaining about its resolution, or I'm trying to get credit back for a purchase. This is not their fault, but it takes going in circles a few times to figure out I'm just trying to report an issue with an image so other users don't come across it

Since Adobe makes it difficult to contact them to inform them of poor quality products, I'm going to post here. Apologies if this is not the correct avenue, but I guess that's another complaint for another day. I would like Adobe to be aware that the content in their Stock library is often of very poor quality. There are numerous cases of repetitive images with only slight differences, where the contributors are clearly just trying to squeeze out more from one image. But also, some complete garbage being returned in search results. The following image is a good example of something completely unusable and unprofessional. Hello, This is the second time Adobe Stock has deactivated my account, for no reason.After the first deactivation, sales never recovered and they deactivated again, two weeks ago, like that time, there was a large purchase (a deliberate fraudulent attack on the account)I can't do anything against such fraudulent attacks on my account, because of which Adobe blocks my account.I don't understand Adobe's actions, because they see who is buying and from where. Solved: Account deactivated due to suspicious activity. - Adobe Product Community - 15233377 Best regards, homeworlds.  

I have used a few email to PDF softwares for Mac and Windows (for eg, PDFen.com), but none of them have performed very well. Moreover, i don't trust online tools due to data privacy. Also they does not allow to bulk convert emails to pdf, or they don't maintain the formatting, or they crash while trying to convert 20 or more files. If someone has a recommendation of a solid Email to PDF converter that works well on both Mac and Windows, I would appreciate it!

I can’t get updates for my Adobe Acrobat on macOS for a while. I’m using Help - Check for update for manual update control but I get an error saying “ An error occurred. I’m trying to print one page from a PDF file which only will load in Acrobat; although each time I try to print, I get an error that it’s a manual feeder even though my printer settings are set to automatic ?
