Premiere Elements 、Acrobat Professionalのパッケージ版を所持している。PC故障のため新しいPCにインストールした所、古いPCでログインしたままのため、認証上限に達し新しいPCで認証が完了しない。 チャットでサポートに問い合わせ以下の方法を提案されたが、解決しなかった。 account.adobe.comにアクセスします。 サインインとセキュリティ > アクティブセッションに移動します。 すべてのセッションからサインアウトを選択します。 新しいPCでAcrobatを再起動し、再度サインインを試みます。

Since April 2021, have not been able to use Photodownloader in Bridge with my new CFExpress card.  It does not detect it.  It does detect and function with SD card from same camera and card reader.  The CFExpress card is on the desk top.  Adobe has not been able to resolve despite numerous calls and attempts.  Anyone else having this isssue.  Using a work around by directly copying from card to file but it does not convert to DNG as I prefer.   

After a recent system update, the cursor in InDesign (2023 on Windows 10) is suddenly huge. It reverts to normal size when I drag it over the tools or other menus. I notice this only occurs on my extended monitors. Any assistance would be appreciated! Thanks,SM

I have dozens of text items that I would like to reposition with one command rather than moving each individually. Is that possible? Using the Master Style tool I can adjust their color and fontof all text items simultaneously, but somehow Master Style does not include any text alignment parameters. Intuitively, you would expect that you could select all text items and then just go to the Effects panel to transform them as you'd do for a single text item. Sadly, that feature isn't implemented. These text items are burned-in Closed Captions that I created manually because the editing of built-in Closed Captions is a mess, but now I'm seeing that the text tool might be limited too. I've seen a few older threads on this, but none of those solutions are working for me so I figured I'd post. My Adobe Digital Editions (4.5) will no longer open on my work laptop running (Windows 10 Pro). Solutions I've tried from other threads:-Uninstalling/reinstalling -Running as administrator-Renaming the My Digital Editions Folder-Deleting the My Digital Editions Folder-Installing the program to Program Files instead of Program Files (x86)-Renaming/creating a new folder within Program Files to install to-Downloading an older edition (I could not find a non-sketchy link to 3.0, but I found a 4.0 and had no better luck with it) When I click the icon, it literally does nothing. Not even an error or opening a blank screen. It does not show that the program is running (I'd seen some people suggest their problem was that the app was open but running in a disconnected second monitor screen. I've never connected this laptop to a second monitor, but task manager doesn't show

Hello, can anyone please tell me how to install  InDesign 2024 version 19.3 .My creative cloud app is not offering the option to install older versions like how they show in tutorials when i searched a solution for this issue.

I complete a form, then select e-signature.  Recipient receives the form blank.  It is removing all completed data from the form.Trying to fix myself, and notice when I go to add the signature recipient in, all the completed data is removed, and new empty text boxes are put in its place.

Hi!as title says: In Premiere Pro (not beta) comments made by client are not shown with time code. Instead you see many NaN:NaN:NaN:NaNWhen I want to see Sesame Street I will join my kids. But in Premiere I need the time code! This is the base reason why I use (and now even pay for 4K) frame.io.And: Premiere Pro BETA works!!! Just normal Premiere doesnt work. Hi, everyone, I am an occasional user, so I hope it's just a blunder on my end, but I can't seem to find a solution online for this. I am stabilizing a video footage by using the warp stabilizer. It works (i.e., I can see the footage stops shaking in the preview window) but when I go to File->Export Media; it does not export the effect. It will produce an exported video file, but the footage will be the shaky original. Why?!? All I'm doing is:Creating a new project, draging the video to the timeline, applying warp stabilizer (waiting for it to complete processing), and then trying to export. Do I have to apply the changes or something like that? The tutorials in the web do not seem to do that! Thanks in advance! 

After updating to macOS Tahoe 26.3, I can no longer launch InDesign CC2026 and CC2025.  InDesign CC2023 and CC2024, on the other hand, start normally.Repairing the permissions via the terminal does not help:sudo chmod -R 755 /Users/dtp/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ InDesignsudo chmod -R 755 /Users/dtp/Library/Caches/Adobe\ InDesignsudo chmod -R 755 /Users/dtp/Library/Application\ SupportTemporarily renaming the Adobe InDesign Preferences folder creates new folders when starting CC2025 and CC2026, but when creating subfolders, InDesign does not go beyond the CompositeFont folder. The SF-Symbols.app has also been updated.Could this be related? Do others share this problem?Does anyone have any ideas on how to remedy this? All bestMartin

How to achieve this fill effect or fill pattern ?I tried creating a halftone screen, rasterizing, and replacing the dot with a triangle (via script), but the effect I got wasn't the same.Obviously, the object to which I apply this fill doesn't have to have a particular shape like the one in the attached file, which vaguely resembles a trapezoid.How would you achieve this fill? thx for your help

In the latest version of Photoshop, since yesterday, the Remove Tool has been working very slowly, sometimes causing Photoshop to freeze. My system is up to date, and I have plenty of available memory. Everything else works fine, and other Adobe programs run smoothly. Previously, everything worked correctly, and the Remove Tool was fast and problem-free. I sought help via chat and even downloaded the screen-sharing application, but it didn't help; my problem was not resolved. My laptop is a MacBook M4 Pro. Please help me fix this so the tool works correctly and I can continue working.

I haven't used Bridge for years. I used to use it (for photos) the way I now use Lightroom for previwing and organisting images. I remember it would also work farily quickly for videos. Now it seems to not work at all. I have been importing 100s of videos (MP4 and MOV), and there are no thumbnails or previews. These are files I can see thumbnails in Windows explorer, and play thme when I double click on them.  Is this expected behavour?

Prior to problem PS 2026 was working fine.  Updated PS, updated OS to Tahoe 26.3, then uninstalled PH along with previous version, rebooted, and reinstalled. Same problem.MacBook Pro, 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel i9Installed PS Beta with same result.How do I fix?

I have two computers with same login, one I use with Lightroom Classic (some times Photoshop in swedish) on the other I use Photoshop in English so that I don't have to start and change language and start again.Now I'm getting warnings that someone is logged into my account, but it's none other than me. I received a message to change my password or Adobe would do it, I have changed my password and verified it with a numeric code. But still I get the message again. Shouldn't you be able to have the same login on two computers anymore?Regards Mikael Seise

I have a table in InDesign which I created in a frame. I struggled to thread the table into another frame but somehow managed to do it though I don’t know how - it was a nightmare. Threading works fine through these two frames but now I want to extend to a further frame. I have tried every which-way and it just won’t work - similar to when I first tried to link the first frame to the second. When I try to add rows at the bottom of the table I don’t get an overset text indicator, the new rows appear OVER THE TOP of the existing table. By enlarging the frame widthways the new rows then space out to the side within the enlarged frame which is not what I want.I have tried creating a new frame first and then linking the frames by clicking the out point of the first frame to load content and then placing into the new frame. This links the frames but does not load any of the table or text.If I load the content and then just place on the blank page a new linked frame is created but again no ta

Ever since I began using a CFexpress Type-B card, I've noticed that when I upload new files via Bridge, not all of the files are being read.As an example, I shot 34 images this morning, but when I began uploading via Bridge, it read only 24.I have my Bridge programed to open up the Photo Downloader when I begin the process.But, when I open Photo Downloader first, then Bridge, all of the files I shot are correctly read. Has anyone else have/had this problem? Is there anything that can be done to sort this out?

Every pdf I create - from a Word document or create blank page - has a yellow background. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it hasn't fixed it. Version 2021.007.20091.When opened in another program, they are normal white, so the problem is viewing/display.

I saved a couple of tickets for shows in thr Adobe app on my iPhone, as I often do, but they have disappeared. I just went into the app to check the start time for a concert this evening, and the two files I uploaded yesterday were missing. I re-saved them, closed the app, went back in, and they are gone again.  This has never happened before. I’m not doing anything different to what I’ve done on 100s of occasions.
