I want to cancel my acrobat pro subscription

I already own a stand alone copy of Light Room. If I try the free trial and cancel it will that effect my stand alone copy?

Is there still a chance my account will be reinstated? I filed an appeal one day after it was disabled. FYI, the stock photo I uploaded is non-AI.

Both my 2025 and 2020 versions of Adobe Photoshop Elements have started to crash as soon as I try to print a photograph. Any ideas?

I don’t think the rotate object feature is working correctly on my pc. I have Intel Arc graphics, and here’s an example of the results I’m getting when I test this with some stock images. Source images before rotationImage I’m trying to rotateAs you can see, after it processes the image to prepare for rotation, I just get a jumbled mess. I’ve tried this with a couple of different images and get the same type of result no matter what. I also made sure the images are 8 bit RGB as I saw those being requirements for the feature. I’m just wondering if this is a problem with my machine or an actual bug in the software.

After effects will not launch, last thing on splash screen is mediacore, not even as admin in safe mode with no 3rd party plugins and reset preferences.Posted here because it seemed to start when using After Effects, but no Adobe video apps will load. I am struggling to figure out how to curve text (see example attached) in premiere! I've seen quite a few tutorials saying to use Adobe Legacy Title but that function is no longer available. I would appreciate any insight.   If unable to do it on premiere, whats another method? Thank you in advance!

Hello,I'm getting the "ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat 'C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\Temp\RHTMP\[folder name]\[doc name]' error when trying to generate a word output in RoboHelp 2026.03.13.  The issue seems to be isolated to a subset of topics within a larger help project. This subset was created with master pages (unlike the rest of the help project). I deleted the master pages. The output succeeds when I generate it with two given topics separately (one topic per generation attempt) but fails when I try to generate with both topics together. It fails at this point: merging HTML files. Here are the steps I've tried: clearing the RHTMP folder and restarting my computer, checking the topics for overlapping styles (inline plus CSS styles), changed out the style sheet for the default,  deleted this bit of code that is a relic of the master page: <meta name="template" />. Hi,    I started using Adobe Fresco, but everytime I open it I get a message saying that I need at least 3gb of space on my iPad to be able to use it. I have more than 10 gb of free space so I don't really understand. I tried deleting a few things, restarting my iPad, re-downloading the app and I managed to make it work a few times, but I mostly just can't use it.    I like using the app when I manage to make it work, so any advice would be welcomed 🙂    Thank you,    Isabelle   14/02/20 Update Many months after I still have this problem. The issue went away for a while and it recently came back. The only way to fix it is to re-install the app and the last time I did that I lost a project I had worked on that I now have to re-do. When I open PPro I get this message followed by the note:"Grant access to this application in security & privacy preferences, located in system Preferences".The problem is when I go to privacy settings I don't even see PPro, I only see Media Encoder. So I cannot allow access. I am working on MacOS Sonoma 14.0Premiere Pro V25.0 I did see another post with the same question, but no valid answer.I have already tried to uninstall PPro, and restart computer, with no luck. Thanks

I would like to report several usability issues with the Canvas Size feature in Photoshop version 27.4.When Canvas Size is used inside an action, the action runs correctly, but the Canvas Size dialog keeps the exact values recorded in the action and does not allow easy modification before applying. This makes it difficult to reuse the same action with different canvas values.In previous versions, it was easier to adjust the values when running actions that included Canvas Size.Additionally, the new Canvas Size interface feels less efficient compared to previous versions and slows down the workflow when frequent canvas adjustments are required.Another issue is that the unit settings in the Canvas Size dialog do not stay consistent. Hello. My images are always turned down, although I use upsclaer to improve resolution.what can I do?

Lightroom web version has suddenly stopped recognizing subjects and people for AI masking.  When using one-click for quick selection and adjustments, only whole image presets come up.  When trying to select the mask or using presets, nothing is selected/changes.  I've restarted Chrome, restarted my PC, made sure Chrome and all GPU drivers are up to date, etc.  Was working fine on one image then not the next.  These are all JPEG files.  Any ideas?

After update to 9.0.2.219 x64 (Win 10) Bridge opens all kind of files in AfterEffects..psd, .jpg. .indd, .pdf, .xls you name it. ALL.Resseting file types associations - no change.Resseting all preferences (Ctrl+Alt+Shift start method) - no change.Any ideas?To be clear, opening from Windows finder works correctly, just double clicking inside Bridge opens AE.

When printing a document to PDF, the colors were way too dark.After a lot of trying I have created  new settings and saved that as a new printer-setting or profile (or how it is named).Now the colors are very close to the original.I'd like to that that (new) setting as my default  - but keep the old one.How to set the new profile as default. Each time Acrobat resorts the old and I have to manually select the new one.Thanks=

I recently bought an ASUS monitor that includes a 3-month free Adobe Creative Cloud offer. I would like to know if I can cancel or pause my current Student plan, use the ASUS 3-month offer, and then subscribe again with the Student discount afterward. Also, would cancelling my current Student plan cause any early cancellation fee?
