Est-ce ma version de Mac OS (26.7) ou ma version de Photoshop (27.10.0) qui pose problème ?

Hello,I am a professional graphic designer and I use Adobe InDesign all day, every day, for client work.Immediately after installing the macOS 27 Golden Gate Public Beta, InDesign became almost unusable. The problem is intermittent. InDesign can work normally for a while, then suddenly freeze. It seems to happen most often when I am editing text or changing fonts, although I cannot reproduce it consistently. When this happens:Save becomes disabled (greyed out). Save As becomes disabled. Close becomes disabled. I cannot save my work. I cannot close the document. The only solution is to Force Quit InDesign, which causes me to lose hours of work. This happens with multiple InDesign documents, not just one file.I have already:Updated InDesign to the latest version. Tested a previous version of InDesign. Restarted my Mac many times. The issue started immediately after installing the macOS 27 Golden Gate Public Beta.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Can Adobe confirm whether this is a known

Ainda assim debitaram. Solicito reembolso.

Come on Adobe. It's 2023, how do you not have android compatibility yet?

Hello everyone,I'm facing an issue with Adobe Acrobat on my MacBook and I'm hoping to find a solution here.Initially, Acrobat started freezing and became unresponsive. I decided to perform a clean installation, but now the application won't launch at all. When I click the Acrobat icon, it appears in the Dock with a dot underneath , but the main application window never opens. I can only close the process by using Force Quit.MacBook Model: Macbook pro 14" M2Max 32gbAcrobat Version: 25.1 What I Have Already Tried:Force quitting the application and restarting the Mac.A complete uninstallation using  AdobeAcrobatCleanerTool.Restarting the Mac after the uninstallation.Reinstalling the latest version downloaded directly from the Adobe website.Checking the Activity Monitor for any stuck "Acrobat" or "Adobe" processes. Unfortunately, none of these steps have solved the problem. The application is still stuck in the Dock and refuses to open.Does anyone have any fur

I would like the "Bookmarks" panel to NOT open when I first open an Adobe PDF.  How do I accomplish this?

Good morning,I have had a problem for several days, even weeks, because when I use Illustrator my copy/paste works 1 time out of 4 out of 5, out of 10 even sometimes, that is to say that I have to Copy several times before Pasting option. is possible, and this only on Illustrator, I have a very good PC and recent Illustrator in the latest versions and which worked normally before that, can you help me to resolve this problem thank you in advance

I need a version of Illustrator that is no longer available through the “Other Versions” option in the Creative Cloud program. I need v28 because a critical plugin I use no longer supports v29 or v30. Google searches tells me that support can provide downloads for older versions.

Hello everyone. This composite font is really confusing, I can't collect it, nor can I take it away. There used to be a script that didn't seem to work with compound fonts. Has anyone really researched it?https://community.adobe.com/questions-671/font-packaging-script-error-in-indesign-892434For example, can you collect the fonts in the document below into the Document fonts directory?Sometimes packaging can be collected, but sometimes packaging is not ineffective for many fonts.

I am making a t shirt from this. Why so often ? It is making me dislike dogs.

Is there a list yet for MacOS 27 Golden Gate Compatibility with After Effects?

Hello,I’m working on setting up a document where I have 8” x 9” pages forming a 16” x 9” spread. I’m trying to set up a 5 column grid on my master spread that jumps the gutter, but I can only find ways to set the number of columns per PAGE, and not to set the margins for the spread. In essence, I need a 16” x 9” page with a 5 column grid, but I need to set it up using two 8” x 9” pages so it can be printed as a spread. I functionally need 2.5 columns per page to create the grid structure I am looking for, but InDesign doesn’t support fractional columns, either. Can anyone tell me if there is a clean way to achieve this? Thanks!

I have been using elements 2021 for some time.  I upload my video to my YouTube channel, Boonie Buster,.  All of my previous videos have appeared without black borders.  About 5 months ago I started getting the black border.  To my knowledge, I have not made any changes to my cameras or the Elements program.  You can view my channel and see that it started, even with the Thumbnails, about five months ago.  I have been ready other responses and doing some research on the web, but I can not figure out how to correct this.  Any help would be appreciated.  My YouTube channel is linked below. My cameras are an Android cellphone, a DJI Pocket camera, and an occasional GoPro camera.https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPhkhEKztDWWlaGVOy7qUiQ/videos

I have 3 repeat charges on my bill this month, same day  same amount. How do I resolve this?

Help! All my automatic hyphens disappear when exporting a pdf. First I thought it was all hyphens but in closer inspection all soft- and discretionary hyphens remain. I've tried everything from uninstalling, downgrading, updating, restarting my computer... Nothing seems to work. I packaged the file and sent it to a friend and he was able to output a pdf with the hyphens, but I can't do it on my own inDesign (using the latest version, legit Cloud version)

HelloIs it possible to use a version of Acrobat X and a version of Acrobat DC simultaneously on the same workstation?Acrobat X has plugins that are incompatible with Acrobat DC.C.

I'm working on a product catalog in InDesign, and when I select my .csv Data Source nothing is populating. I've done these many times before, and there is nothing wrong with my template or excel based file.  I've tried restarting my computer, logging out of CC, moving the InDesign file to a new document, and resaving the Excel file as a .csv.  I should mention that on earlier versions of the .csv file a few days ago, everything merged perfectly. Any ideas as to why nothing happens when I select "data source"? Thanks very much!

I had signed up for the free trial.I only had one small task that has been completed. I now want to cancel, but there is no option to do so where I should see the “manage plans” field. It is not there. I have searched online and my account page shows the product and trial, nothing else. “Contact Adobe Support” also just resends back to the account page. Any suggestions?

I can no longer update the Creative Cloud desktop app on Windows 10. I keep getting Error Code 190!My Windows installation is up to date and has always been fully compatible with Adobe software. Microsoft itself will continue providing extended security updates through October 2027.Microsoft — Extended Security UpdatesAdobe’s own website also lists Windows 10 as compatible:Adobe — Creative Cloud system requirementsWhy am I no longer able to update the app? Are you seriously trying to force customers to buy new hardware and switch operating systems? This is outrageous! It violates consumer protection laws here in Brazil and amounts to false advertising, especially when you claim the software is compatible but, in practice, it does not work as advertised!I’ve been seeing reports of this issue on this forum for over a month. When is Adobe going to issue an official statement or provide a solution?

I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on February 7.I noticed the credit card charge on February 15.As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.Due to the Lunar New Year holiday, I was unable to contact customer support earlier.Could you please let me know when customer support for the Asia region will be available to assist with this request?

As a library grows, it gets hard to tell which photos have been organized and which haven't. Right now there is no way to find photos that aren't in an album. The only workaround is to open every album, flag all its photos, and then filter All Photos by "Unflagged". That is slow, error-prone, and has to be repeated whenever albums change.Proposed solution:Any of these would solve it:A filter option under the All Photos filter menu: Album: None A built-in view or smart album called Unorganized or Not in an Album Support for smart albums with rules such as "Album is none", which would also open up other useful rulesUse case:After an import or a shoot, I want to see only the photos I haven't sorted into albums yet, so I can work through them until none are left. This would also make it much easier to clean up and organize an existing library.Impact:This helps anyone who uses albums as their main organizing tool, and it matters more the larger the library gets.
