Solved

Someone at our organization created a PDF with fillable form to send out. Some of them come back normal, but some come back showing the text entered in the fields duplicated or ghosted. I checked the original and there are no duplicated fields. On my own computer, they look normal in Acrobat Reader, but when I print them all of the fields text is doubled, impossible to read. The user can manually delete the text if they highlight and click delete.

The most recent update (or at least it's recent that I noticed) created this "edit page" or sometimes "rewrite" menu bar that lies directly onto the project. At first, no worries, I will just zoom my project out for the time being so it is not overlapping with this new menu. However, there seems to be some bug that prevents me from zooming out past 30% without it readjusting back. So, I try to zoom out and edit something that is being covered by this new menu pop-up, which already horribily placed, and after 2-3 click it reverts to being annoyinging covered again. Example attached. Please, fix this.

Hi,Every couple of weeks, Acrobat goes screwy.  I'm using Acrobat 64-bit, all current updates are installed - the IT team ar work uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat last week and today it happened again. When it happens it slows my laptop  down for 10-30 mins - laptop only intermittently responsive, no taskbar, black screen coming and going.  Generally the laptop seems very close to crashing and once it did crash/reboot.I managed to open task manager and it showed that Acrobat was using 20GB of memory (yes, that's GB, not MB), even though I didn't even it open when the problem started.  If i'm quick enough I can use task manager to close the Acrobat process and the laptop recovers back to normal.Maybe Acrobat was going through some sort of update process, but that shouldn’t have caused it to use 22GB of memory and the problems I experienced.I think maybe it was the updater running in the background – but it shouldn’t be using such a ridiculous amount of memory.Has a

I updated to PS v27.8 and it will not open, no matter how I try. I've restarted my desktop, tried opening directly, tried opening a file, tried opening through Creative Cloud, and I only get a Crash report to fill out. I did the upgrade a couple days ago (Sunday 6/21/2026), and haven’t been able to open Photoshop since. I REALLY need to be able to use it ASAP.

First off, Adobe needs to FIX THIS because it is a problem many users have experienced for YEARS.If you have Windows Preview Pane turned on in Explorer, you likely get the following Acrobat error after opening a PDF and making any kind of edit to it:    "The document could not be saved.  The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open.       Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder."Adobe is seeing the preview of the image as a 'lock' on the file, not allowing it to be saved with the same name.  This doesn't happen with ANY OTHER DOCUMENT TYPE that I have come across in the Windows world, so there is something specific with Adobe's handling of the preview pane trigger.Turn off Preview Pane and you can save edits with no issue...But many users prefer to have the Preview Pane function, so it creates unnecessary problems because of Adobe's

(05/08/2026, version 21.5, updated yesterday) Glad for the option to delete all AI generated alt-text... if only it would work properly. The remove all button doesn’t recognize the generated alt-text and pretends there is nothing to delete. This document has 208 pages and there is several pictures on each of them. Having AI generated descriptions on our images erodes the trust our clients have in our products, and I had to find roundabout techniques to delete them directly in the exported PDF because as a professional, I can not afford the time to delete them all by hand, one by one in InDesign. Thus, neither me or my colleagues have touched the descriptions : they are as they were generated (without our consent) when this feature was pushed without notice. So the feature should recognize them as AI generated text to be deleted, and just does not. I keep being dissatisfied with how this whole situation have been handled since it’s been reported month ago.  Dialog box says “No AI-genera

I am able so see my CC Libraries in my browser, but when I open the CC Desktop app, they won't sync. Therefor, they don't sync in the design applications either. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, ran CC Cleaner, cleared cache, restarted, etc. No luck. I'm running Sequoia 15.4.1 and the latest CC Desktop app version. I have Admin rights and am the owner of multiple libraries, so I'm getting pretty desperate. Any advice that I haven't already tried?

I was a subscriber to both Creative Cloud and Firefly. Then I cancelled my subscription to Creative Cloud. Now I want to cancel my subscription to Firefly - but it seems confused and keeps just insisting that I have already cancelled it (CC), but I’m still getting billed for Firefly. How do I cancel Firefly?  And, at this point, how do I get reimbursed for the 6 months that I’ve been trying to reach someone to cancel this account?

I’d like to request JPEG XL (JXL) support in Adobe Illustrator, including both importing and exporting the format.JXL offers better compression, higher quality, lossless options, HDR support, and is designed as a modern replacement for JPEG. Adding JXL support would help Illustrator stay compatible with current image standards and improve workflows that need high‑quality, efficient raster assets. Requested features: Import JXL files Export JXL with quality settings Support both lossy & lossless modes Thanks for considering this addition.

It became “Premiere,” but why does it still say “Premiere Pro”?

Is there any way (aside from posting here) to report individual Adobe Stock files that are misleading/incorrect?  I just licensed this file and downloaded the vector version of it, which was a JPG pasted in an Illustrator file. https://stock.adobe.com/images/delicious-chocolate-cake-slice-with-strawberry-on-top-isolated-on-white-background/1661113016?prev_url=detail

I recently upgraded to Mac OS 27.0.1 Golden Gate. ID is 21.6. I have a file that has a very odd color rendering. It has a gray overlay on it. The PDF created from it (any settings) looks fine. OS file preview looks fine. File color settings are the same as all my other ID files that are fine. It looked fine before the OS upgrade. Tried running the file through the IDML route - no change. Any ideas?Indesign viewpress PDFOS file preview

I've designed a flyer in Illy which has some PNG's with transparent background.  When I print this out, all the PNG's have a faint, white, semi-transparent background where they should be fully transparent.  I've tried changing several print options as below:Default print (setup for best quality print)- Results in the faint white backgrounds as describedDefault print, but  Advanced > Overprints set to "Discard"- Results in the faint white backgrounds as beforeDefault print, but  Advanced > Print as Bitmap checked- This prints out correctly!  However what seems strange, is that instead of the page being slightly darker, the whole page colour is the same colour as where the transparent PNG's had lightened it in previous printouts.  Ie, the page colour is the same colour as the "transparent" PNG backgrounds, where the PNG background was lighter in comparison to the surrounding page background.Default print, but in the printer setup preferences, I change

Come on Adobe. It's 2023, how do you not have android compatibility yet?

Hello everyone,I'm facing an issue with Adobe Acrobat on my MacBook and I'm hoping to find a solution here.Initially, Acrobat started freezing and became unresponsive. I decided to perform a clean installation, but now the application won't launch at all. When I click the Acrobat icon, it appears in the Dock with a dot underneath , but the main application window never opens. I can only close the process by using Force Quit.MacBook Model: Macbook pro 14" M2Max 32gbAcrobat Version: 25.1 What I Have Already Tried:Force quitting the application and restarting the Mac.A complete uninstallation using  AdobeAcrobatCleanerTool.Restarting the Mac after the uninstallation.Reinstalling the latest version downloaded directly from the Adobe website.Checking the Activity Monitor for any stuck "Acrobat" or "Adobe" processes. Unfortunately, none of these steps have solved the problem. The application is still stuck in the Dock and refuses to open.Does anyone have any fur

Good morning,I have had a problem for several days, even weeks, because when I use Illustrator my copy/paste works 1 time out of 4 out of 5, out of 10 even sometimes, that is to say that I have to Copy several times before Pasting option. is possible, and this only on Illustrator, I have a very good PC and recent Illustrator in the latest versions and which worked normally before that, can you help me to resolve this problem thank you in advance

I need a version of Illustrator that is no longer available through the “Other Versions” option in the Creative Cloud program. I need v28 because a critical plugin I use no longer supports v29 or v30. Google searches tells me that support can provide downloads for older versions.

Hello everyone. This composite font is really confusing, I can't collect it, nor can I take it away. There used to be a script that didn't seem to work with compound fonts. Has anyone really researched it?https://community.adobe.com/questions-671/font-packaging-script-error-in-indesign-892434For example, can you collect the fonts in the document below into the Document fonts directory?Sometimes packaging can be collected, but sometimes packaging is not ineffective for many fonts.

I am making a t shirt from this. Why so often ? It is making me dislike dogs.
