I can’t get updates for my Adobe Acrobat on macOS for a while. I’m using Help - Check for update for manual update control but I get an error saying “ An error occurred. Please check for updates again later. Error: 1782”Currently I’m on Acrobat version 2025.001.20937 and macOS 26.3 (M1 Pro Macbook Pro)Does anyone have any idea what may be the reason?

I’m trying to print one page from a PDF file which only will load in Acrobat; although each time I try to print, I get an error that it’s a manual feeder even though my printer settings are set to automatic ?

I've noticed that if I take a PDF with clickable website URLs and then use Acrobat to save a certified copy (by selecting “E-Sign” and then “Save a certified copy”) , then afterwards the website URLs are no longer clickable. They are still formatted as URLs (blue colour and underlined), but they're no longer clickable.Is there a way I can preserve clickable website URLs?

Hi all,This is a very frustrating bug - around 50% of the times copy & paste won't work. I select an object, press ctrl+C, and then pressing ctrl+V produces nothing as if the clipboard is empty.I cannot reproduce it as it seems random, sometimes it will copy & paste, sometimes it won't.This makes working with Illustrator extremely hard.Might be worth mentioning that copy-pasting from Illustrator into Photoshop resembles the same buggy behavior - it will randomly work or not.Please advise on how to resolve this.Cheers

I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on February 7.I noticed the credit card charge on February 15.As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.Due to the Lunar New Year holiday, I was unable to contact customer support earlier.Could you please let me know when customer support for the Asia region will be available to assist with this request?

I have installed Adobe Acrobat X on a new computer.  The software indicates that the activation limit has been reached.  Further it asks me to deactivate the software on the old computer.   I did this.  However the new installation does not acknowledge that.  It keeps asking me to deactivate the software on the old computer despite the fact that I already did it. How do I get the software activated?

Start and end times have both hours and minutes. If I change the minutes in either field it also updates the other field at the same time.

Mac - Lightroom Classic - All Current----------------------Collection SetFolder 1 holds 100 photos.  Sort:  Custom Order Create Folder 2.  Drag-drop 100 photos from Folder 1.  Order changes Delete Folder 2 Create Folder 3.  Change Sort to Custom Order Drag 100 photos from Folder 1 into Folder 3.  Order changes Set Folder 1 as Target Folder.  Repeat steps.  Order changesHow can I move 100 photos in a custom order to another folder without the order changing?Thanks.

Ok so i'm pretty new to the program, the guides have been working but have suddenly stopped.I can see the dotted lines when i pull from the ruler but when i release they don't show and disappear.The layer is unlocked, i have smart guides ticked, i've checked and i'm not hiding guides, my colour is set to cyan.So what am i doing wrong.thanks in advance

Receiving this error when opening PDF attachments in Outlook 2016 with the latest Adobe Reader DC.  Have tried to unset security levels but it still does this error.

Hi everyone,Today on two different computers, both running the latest InDesign, I started getting this error every time I edit a file:“InDesign is unable to save this file. We tried, but it appears to be damaged.”Then, when I try to close the file, I get another message:“Could not complete your request because of a database error. The file ‘InDesign Defaults’ is damaged (Error code: 1).”I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling InDesign, resetting preferences, testing files saved locally, in the cloud, and on a USB stick, but nothing helps. I can open and save files as long as I don’t make any changes, but once I edit anything, the error appears.Everything worked fine yesterday, and now both computers are affected. Is anyone else seeing this problem, or does anyone know how to fix it?

Text editor shows the text, but it’s always overset in the InDesign file, no matter how big I make the textbox or adjust the size/leading of the type. It’s an InDesign file that I didn’t create, so I deleted any existing paragraph styles and stripped out any formatting that was on it  but can’t figure out what is making any text I try to import or create automatically overset. What am I missing?

Where is this button.  I'm trying to create fillable pdf but prepare forms button is not listed as an option.

Just started using Photoshop CC on my iMac and I have noticed this issue which I did not have using windows based computers. Any floating window just seems to hide in the background as soon as I click on the tabbed document I want to work on. This is an issue for me since I like to have a couple of references open while painting plus I always have another with nothing but my color palette in it. I've already gone over the preferences but can't seem to find the way to avoid this and the options from Widow>Arrange weren't any help also resizing all windows so that they don't overlap each other ends up wasting a lot of screen real estate.

I was forced to update to InDesign 2026. (Mac Mini, Ventura OS) It’s being extremely buggy. I’m now having issues where I’ll open a doc from the Book panel and the doc opens but a modal box stays up saying “Open 1 documents” and typically hangs showing the name of a placed image. Of course, as with everything CC, the “Cancel” button never actually cancels. I can’t do anything but Force Quit and then the fun of having InDesign say files may be damaged.I’m in the middle of a colossal project and basically have to be prepared for a hard crash every moment and don’t dare leave any files open. The Book features is super buggy, but these inherited files were set up this way (due to somebody not understanding text variables for RH, so every chapter is a new volume with 6 master pages, thanks).Has anyone experienced this and figured it out? I have Snapping set up with everything unchecked except for Zero Crossings. But the edges of a selection snap to tons of different places in between zero crossings. I can't figure out what it IS snapping to.  In this image, I dragged to create a selection, and I expected the edges of the selection to snap only to zero crossings (I marked the edges of a selection, which are clearly NOT zero crossing points). But as you can see, this didn't happen. What am I missing here? Is there a way to have AA ONLY snap to zero crossings and nothing else?
