Hi, I’m trying to soften the edges of the shading on a tree (pictures attached.)  As a possible workaround, I added a gaussian blur to the shading as my expectation, but I can’t get a similar look if I were to choose Object<Blend<Make.  Instead, it gives me some wonky results.  What can I do differently?

I show that I have the adobe photoshop elements on my phone to download. I purchased it by mistake. I didn’t want it. I can’t find anywhere in the app that shows the subscription so I can cancel it. My bank credit card has already been charged. In the amount of $65.10. How do I cancel and get a refund?

In Photoshop 2026 (ps ver 27.9.1) and Photoshop Beta 27.11 on both Mac and Windows, when you create a Clarity and Dehaze Adjustment layer, painting on any layer masks below that Clarity and dehaze Adjustment Layer results in the effects of said Clarity and dehaze adjustment Layer turning off until one stops painting on a layer mask, which of course makes it quite difficult to erase or add to a layer mask when one doesn’t see the results “live”. In addition, the same thing happens if one uses the Properties panel to adjust either the Density or Feather of any of the layer masks below the Clarity and dehaze Adjustment layer.  Clarity and dehaze Adjustment Layer added with and adjustment to both the Clarity and Dehaze sliders   Painting on or trying to adjust the properties of any Layer Mask below the Clarity and dehaze Adjustment Layer hides the effects of said layer.

I never thought I would have to use a messaging board to try and connect with someone who can actually help me. Anyways back in October I subscribed to Adobes 7-day free trial to edit a document for a scholarship. The day of, I cancelled that subscription so I would not be charged. A couple months later I look at my billing history on my credit card and see I have been charged $19.99. Apparently I have been getting charged for the past few months AFTER I canceled my 7-day free trial. This is absurd and I want a refund of the times I've been billed AND my subscription cancelled without the cancellation fee. I am a college student and am barely scraping by. The last thing I need is hundreds of dollars from my bank account gone over a program I used once. I find it very slimy for this company to do this and not even send an email letting me know that I am being billed, I am very unhappy about this.

I got charged aswell and i cancelled my trial before date ended. Go into manage accounts and its saying suspended billing issue. But theyve taken money 38.06 out of my account.

I have tried dozens of times to save a project on Premiere Pro, but every time I do the program freezes on the “Saving project” window until I have to shut it down. Here’s what I usually do:Open a new project Import my two main files that I’m using, one mp4 and one mkv file, both about 80 minutes long Make minimal edits like situating them on the timeline Try to save, whether by manually going to File > Save or using CTL + S Program freezes, says Premiere Pro is not responding If I don’t use Task Manager to manually close Premiere Pro, it’ll usually say something like “Premiere Pro is not responding. Would you like to wait or close the program?” If I select close program, the computer will sit for hours trying to “save” my fileMy system stats look like this when it crashes:I have triedUsing different files and file types, all to the same result. Testing an older project. Same result. Uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere Pro Using an older version of Premiere Pro Clearing the cache

Alguien que me ayude, todo el día he intentado realizar cambio de plan por la administración de productos, veo malas intenciones por tratarse de un cambio más económico y sale error del sistema, no responden por chat.¿Alguien me puede ayudar?

I click “Apply,” but it refuses to do its job. Premiere has a very unruly tool. I've already reset the settings! Please don't mention them anymore—just tell me how to fix this.

I am trying to cut this image with the grid tool and divide it evenly. It is a png but I do not know how to vectorize something like this. Is there a tool in Ai or the suite that can cut this up? Thank you.

Under my Adobe ID account billing statements, I see a list of invoices, but no receipts for subscription products.  When I buy a subscription product, I get an e-mail that says "thanks for your purchase" to confirm I paid, but I only get that e-mail once, not each month when my card is charged.  I can log on to see the list of invoices in billing history, but they only say how much I was billed.  The invoices do not show how much I paid for what I was billed, or when the card was charged, or what the last four digits of the card number were.  That's the difference between an invoice and a receipt.  Businesses need receipts to confirm that they paid for invoices, to prove business expenses for taxes.  It's business 101.If this does not belong in "Downloading, Installing, Setting Up" please let me know what category this should be in.

How do I obtain the PrefixNumber for an InDesign C++ SDK plug-in?

So I have been trying to fix this problem for so long and I cannot seem to figure it out. Whenever I go to select an object, keep in mind the object is very clear, it literally does nothing. It maybe buffers for a second or two but then nothing selects and the mask just goes away. Every single other ai feature in lightroom classic works for me, including subject and denoise. This is the only one that doesn't seem to work. I also just recently upgraded my GPU so it is completely updated and meets the requirements for adobe lightroom classic. I am also on the most recent version of lightroom, 15.1.1. If anyone has a solution to this please reply because this has been driving me nuts. Thank you!

I’m trying to create a new portfolio and I'm uploading photos straight from my computer. When I go to update site, when I look at it the photos I uploaded have NOT BEEN PUBLISHED! Then when I go back to edit website the uploaded photos disappeared. I have tried multiple times in a row, closed out of browser, and restarted my computer. I have used the portfolio builder in the past for other websites and haven't had this issue. I really need this sorted ASAP

How can i download my projects (videos and images) from Adobe Portfolio page? I want to take a break from the signature but keep the archives in my computer. Thanks!

The Keyboard shortcuts ( 1, 2, 3, 4) for switching cameras in a multicam edit are not working. I tried switching back to the default shortcut keys, tried reinstalling premierepro, but nothing worked. What ultimately did work was simply creating a new sequence, and copying the content over to the new sequence. So has to be some sort of bug.

I have a new Apple M4Pro MacBook Laptop and I am trying to connect 2 external ASUS PA279CRV Monitors to use with Adobe Premiere 2026.   Using 1 external monitor and the laptop screen works perfectly.  The problem arises when I try to use 2 external monitors.  When I have the second monitor running, Premiere crashes when I try to open it up.  I am usually able to get the project up, but then it pinwheels and crashes.   Everything else with the 2nd monitor appears to be fine until I open Premiere. The first monitor is connected via the HDMI port on the laptop.  The 2nd monitor is connected thru a USB-C port via a USB-C->HDMI adapter.I’m not sure if this is a MAC setting or a Premiere setting, or if this is even possible at all. Thanks

This app was required to sign documents for my job. I wasn’t aware I signed up. Please give my money back

Hello Adobe Staff and Community Experts,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated 5 months ago. I submitted an appeal back then, but I have not received any status update yet.Recently, I contacted Adobe Support via Live Chat and got my case escalated to the team.My portfolio contains over 6,000 motion graphics/video files created in full compliance with Adobe's guidelines. Since I have been waiting for a long time, could an Adobe Staff member please check my account status or guide me on how to get an update from the Compliance Team?Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you
