Solved

This version has so many bugs, I don’t even want to use it any more and am switching back to 2025. Just to name a few, it crashes every time you try to print directly from the program. The last month alone, it has cleared my actions 3 times without an app update. It crashed randomly when our workflow is always the same. I have files that work just fine with older versions, but with 2026 it acts like my files are corrupt. Updates clearly aren’t helping either and I have my workspace and preferences the way I like, but even with syncing the actions continuously get cleared. If this ever gets fixed I’ll consider switching, but in the meantime until 2027 comes out, I will be sticking with 2025.

In am retired and just want a hobby.  I used this years ago, but have not used it in a good while.  I suppose I could  install it on my new laptop and use it as is, but would like to take advantage of all the new  bells and whistles that are available.  I forgot to mention, it is Elements 10.

The signature function stopped working and i get a blocked option. I cannot close by clicking the x.I have a paid version of Acrobat, I erased the program and reinstalled it.

I’ve been using RoboHelp 2017 for the last 8 years. I used the program all day yesterday. I tried to open it today, but received an error saying “Unable to start your subscription for Adobe RoboHelp.” I have a serial number for this product, not a subscription. I sent a message to Adobe tech support hours ago and have not received a response. I’m currently working on three projects with deadlines fast approaching. Does anyone have an suggestions other than waiting for tech support?Edit: I also have an active subscription to RoboHelp 2026, but upgrading these projects is not an option. I need to use 2017.

Yesterday I did a search for images in LR using the word “car” and it brought up all images that contained a car. Today I got no images and the “cute” message telling me I’d found a black hole. If that feature is gone, LR becomes close to useless.

Ever wished you could smoothly round the corners of a Mask Path like you can with a Shape Layer? Now you can with a simple slider. This video is in 2 parts. In the first minute or so, I show the script in action. Just draw a mask on your layer, then run the script and adjust the roundness value. And that's all you need! But, if you're curious how I did it, I then talk you through the code, breaking down each element so you can gain an understanding as to what's possible when you mix path points, the Kappa constant and createPath();

Hello, I cancelled my subscription. Who can stop charging my card? I am not paying for it.

Hello,On this picture, I have opened it in Acrobat Pro, and I have used “Scan § OCR” in order to OCR it, but I am unable to edit the text. Why ?

Hi there, I’ve been struggling with a recurring bug in Lightroom Classic (v14.3.1) related to the AI-based Remove tool and the “Update AI Settings” prompt. Here’s what’s happening: I’ll use the Remove tool on an image and allow it to finish processing.I’ll then move to another image and continue editing.When I return to the original image a few minutes later, the removed object has reappeared.A triangle with an exclamation point shows up, prompting me to “Update AI Settings” — even though I’ve already done this previously.This cycle keeps repeating, and edits don’t stick.     What I’ve tried (and confirmed):  I’m running Lightroom Classic v14.3.1 on Windows 11.GPU settings are set to “Auto”, but I also tried manually enabling full GPU acceleration.I’ve restarted Lightroom, reinstalled Lightroom, and even paused cloud syncing.I’ve waited for the AI edit to finish before moving to another image.I cleared the masking cache by deleting the Helpe

I had cancelled before the trial ended, the trial ended and I got charged regardless - my subscription was converted to a a paid subscription.I noticed the credit card charge today.As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.

When using the online acrobat conversion, it says You can create high quality, rich and accessible PDFs using Adobe Create PDF cloud service. However, the photo image quality is disappointingly poor. It is certainly not ‘high quality’. Is there no way to improve the quality?Also these days, if you install the mac version of Acrobat pro to allow you to create pdfs directly from Powerpoint, these is no way to adjust quality? The ‘settings’ just take you to a pointless window that advertises the underwhelming Adobe creative pdf cloud service, which I have already established is not great quality.

Hello, I have a question about inpainting with Generative Fill in Adobe Photoshop. Two months ago, I could simply use a rectangular selection tool on a photo, and the AI would inpaint it flawlessly, with seamless continuation of clothing color and skin tone. Now, however, the results are messy the inpainting doesn't match the surrounding image, and sometime generates an entirely new, different-looking person within the selection.

Hacked Account, Subscription Cancelled & Terms Violation Appeal — Need Advice Hello Adobe Stock Community,I need advice regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account. My Adobe Stock account was hacked, and at the same time my original Gmail account was also compromised. Because of this, I lost control of my Adobe account. After I recovered my Gmail and regained access, I contacted Adobe Support and explained that my Adobe account had been hacked. The Adobe Support agent told me to create a new Gmail address and create a new Adobe account.   I followed the instructions given by Adobe Support. I created a new Gmail address and also provided genuine evidence proving my identity and explaining what had happened.However, my case was later closed. I was then told that there had been a Terms of Use violation and that I needed to submit an appeal.I submitted the appeal, but I have not received any response yet.I would like to ask other Adobe Stock contributors:How long did you have to wait

HOW CAN I FIX THIS PROBLEM?The Eyedropper Tool in Photoshop Beta is not working properly. When I move the cursor over a specific color, it detects and displays a different shade than the actual color.For example, when I click on a dark blue color, the Eyedropper Tool may select a different shade of blue. As I move the cursor around the same area, it continues to show different shades instead of accurately detecting the color under the cursor.I have been experiencing this issue for a long time, and it makes it difficult to accurately pick colors from an image. example: eyedropper tool is in the center of the circle but a lighter shade of green than it should be.😫

how to apply to selected videoclips an effect that I have saved ?

We export formatted PDFs for clients to their design via a web interface.All is well, PDF is the perfect format for doing this and I’ve spent a lot of time ensuring all the text and formatting is rendered in accordance with the designs given.However… recently we have been getting reports that when you open the PDF in (latest) Adobe Acrobat Reader… The background images will render at first and then either start to artifact/wipe/disappear as you scroll.These PDFs work practically everywhere else except the one place I’d expect them to be at their most perfect… adobe acrobat. Initial loadScroll up and down a tiny bit or highlighting text...After scrolling OR highlighting text This is a huge issue… we cannot control WHAT version a client may have OR what version of acrobat reader any person they choose to forward the PDF to has. Again, it’s only acrobat reader.On my computer, it will sometimes be working fine for 5 seconds, and then the issues start.Changing the “Smoothing” options in the

I’ve only been using AE for a year or so. Usually doing the same thing, special effects with video and graphics over a music track. Over 100 videos, never had a problem. This time my pre comp is 10m 50, shows as 10m 50 in the file info, when I play MP4 on QuickTime Player it’s 10m 50 but it shows as about 9m when I imported the MP4 into the main project. Which throws all of my effects out of sync with the music.  I should add that I’m using the  MP4 more than once in the total project.Also, for info, the project was giving my iMac a hard time with all of the effects which is why I rendered the pre comp and imported it back in.I always use standard settings in the Media Encoder. The main video in the comp is the same FPS as the pre comp. I’m at a loss. I’m not sure which other screenshots would help.I hope this makes sense……...Can anybody help me please?
