I am the only administrator for our Adobe Admin console, Education version. It is synced with Azure.I have been managing the admin console for over 4 years. This week I cannot get access to it - it says “contact your admin, it doesn’t seem you have access”.  There is no other admin to contact.I have tried accessing it via incognito mode - no joy.The admin instance itself is running as I can see apps available to my personal version of the account. However, my admin version of the account is locked out - I can’t get in.Where do I go for help to regain access please?

Hey everyone so i have been practicing whipping to the right and left down etc for when i want this style of transition. I followed a youtuber who creates an adjustment layer with an offset and directional blur, is there a way to clean up this edges when the transition begins, i could live with it but was wondering how much work would be involved to make a successful transition like this, i have heard people say they use a normal blur and do it that way but i prefer to have the motion of the blur in the direction of the whip.Cheers, Any help would be great

Premiere Elements 2026 Installed Successfully but Won't Launch (Windows Surface)I recently purchased Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 2026 and installed them on my Windows Surface device. Before purchasing, I verified that my system met the compatibility requirements and had sufficient available resources. The installation appears to complete successfully, but none of the applications will launch. Specifically, I cannot open:Organizer Photo Editor Video EditorBecause the applications never open, I'm unable to access settings, preferences, or any in-app troubleshooting options. So far, I have:Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times Rebooted the device several times Tried various troubleshooting suggestions I found onlineAt this point, I'm hesitant to continue trying random troubleshooting steps without understanding the underlying cause. I'd really like to identify why the applications are failing to launch rather than continuing with trial-and-error fixes.I'm also trying to co

This post applies to Adobe Camera Raw plug-in.     Adobe Camera Raw team is sharing an early look of our new Reflection Removal feature, which removes reflections caused by plate glass surfaces from photos.    Note:  The feature currently only works on raw photos. Support for JPEGs & HEICs is added in the April 24 Update. There is a known issue on some Windows machines where the feature may produce a corrupt image. We are working on a fix for the upcoming release.    Check out HelpX for more detailed usage information. For more technical information on the underlying technology, please refer to this Blog post.    Getting started with the Reflection Removal feature:  Make sure you have the “New AI Features and Settings Panel” Technology Preview enabled in the Camera Raw plug-in Preferences dialog (requires restarting the host application to activate).  Go to the Remove panel [B] , and in the “Distraction Re

I purchased a subscription of 1596.94 INR But i don't get premium 😭

When using the denoise or enhance features, it would be great if the filters selected in the Develop module would continue to stay selected. Currently, if I have a set of filters - like hiding rejected images, or specific color tags - and then decide to enahnce or denoise an image, whenever Lightroom finishes processing, it resets all of my filters back to showing everything.   If I've already rejected an image - or 100 - I clearly don't want to see them, and don't want to have to keep clicking the desired filter after every single enhancing/denoising process, just to get rid of the clutter. Sometimes, I can batch enhance or denoise, but other times I need to do it one at a time , and repeating this process for 100-200 images, for example, wastes a lot of time and is incredibly annoying.

Firefly Standard credits missing after renewal, and unable to contact support? My Adobe Firefly Standard subscription renewed on 21 July, but the 2,000 premium credits have not been added. My account normally shows a total allowance of 2,250 credits, made up of 2,000 from Firefly Standard and 250 from my Photography Plan. It is currently showing only 250.A few days before renewal, the credit balance also appeared to freeze at 950 even though I was using features that should have deducted credits. Is anyone else seeing the same issue?I have also been unable to reach Adobe Customer Support. The support assistant directed me to Enterprise Support, which I am not eligible to use, and the normal support buttons either loop back or do nothing.Does anyone know a working way to contact Adobe Customer Support for an individual Firefly subscription?

The subscription amount of 2600 inr has been purchased mistakenly when I clicked in free trial and forget cancelling it, now I have cancelled my subscription within 14 days policy , please guide me about refund

For some reason everything is perfect and working as it should except for when I try to fix problems with the 2-frame Take which simply bends the elbows perfectly reversed in this case. I am using: https://okaysamurai.com/puppets/2023/Sticky.puppet as my puppet. Thanks for any help in advance! If you know a solution, please do tell and be verbose as I am rather new to Character Animator, thanks again!

Hello! I am having trouble with this as well. Raise without quitting etc when I try to open the application.

Anyone have any idea what’s going on here? The candle graphic should show a glow. I’m no expert on gradients so if anyone could point me to the setting to fix this I’d appreciate the help.

I am trying to create several videos with the same character.  Each time I create a new video, or edit a video, the character changes.  How do I create mulitple videos with consistent characters?

Happens to me in Adobe Premiere. Yesterday the section that monitors the movement in time when you zoom and adjust an image or video just disappeared. Just like that it is gone. Now I tried to get it back. I open the Windows bar and click on a thing that I think is it. Wrong. Wrong! And now I litteraly have to de-instal Adobe Premiere in order to get it back into the screen I was used to. Why is this so complicated? Why did it take me 3 login attempts with 3 different codes, a password change, a Google-account connection to write a gdm message here? Is this feedback system created so people will get to frustrated and just not feedback? Cuz it 100% looks like that.

Camera Raw no stopped launching Photoshop when I clicked the Open button. I was working a couple days ago.I have a Windows 11 PC with all the latest updates.I am using Bridge 16.0.6.9, Camera Raw 18.4.1 and Photoshop 27.8.0Any suggestions?

Hello there,I noticed that there are still serval old Photoshop folders in my hard drive. Some of the files, 2022, and 2024, are only contained small files such as plug in and filter folder. Only the version 2023 contain large files in that folder. I checked creative cloud and found only one Photoshop (2026 version) in the App. Therefore, I won’t be able to uninstall 2023 version via Creative Cloud. How can I get rid of the older version? Can I just directly drag the older version of Photoshop folders to trash can? Thank you.

Hello, I forgot to cancel free trial to a yearly subscription and I got charged on May 26, 2026. The amount was $69.99. Today is May 29, 2026 so I missed the forty eight hour deadline quite literally yesterday, huge mistake. I had called the developers really early in the morning and they told me to try to request a refund in the Google Play store but it will take one through four days and I'm not sure if it's guaranteed. I had the app for less than a month so I really want my refund back, because I got charged for a full yearly subscription. If you cancel within 14 days of your original purchase, you will get a full refund. I really need my seventy dollars back because like I said, I had barely even used the app for less than a month I only wanted to test the free trial and I forgot to cancel it yesterday. If I were to cancel with a bank I would most likely get a charge back and Google Play will terminate my account permanently, so I can't even consider that an option.

At the past there was an option to capture video from tape with Adobe Premiere. From 2023/2024 Adobe stoped supporting this option. Is there a way to downgrade Premiere version? Or maybe an alternative software? If I have Premiere CS4, is there a way to activate the serial number during installation? Thanks!Dana
