I want to create a Web Form where the signers are not known in advance. The first user would open the Web Form, enter their name and email address, and sign the document. They would also enter their manager's email address into a form field.Once the user has signed, I would like Adobe Sign to automatically send the document to the manager's email address entered in the form so the manager can review and sign it.Is this possible using Adobe Sign Web Forms and Workflow Designer, or would I need to build a custom solution using the Adobe Sign API?

I was charged for a year subscription $76 I can not afford this. I got the free trial and cancelled right after. Will I receive a refund? I've already been charged :( I have no money and need food and this is making me so sad 😿

I was trying to download Acrobat Reader for my iPad and found this link on the Adobe website:https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile.htmlThe text clearly says free Acrobat Reader but the QR code leads to Acrobat Reader:Editor and is almost 500MB. I’m not interested in a subscription as I only want to read PDFs on this iPad, not edit them. I’m not fond of how pdfs display and navigate in the Preview app or Books app and though maybe the read Acrobat Reader would be worth trying. The AI chat on the above link is clueless.

Hi,I am using Indesign, and I have a gradient rainbow textbox. It was all fine but I then realised I needed to change my background colour to black because I had the paper colour changed to black and it wasnt exporting to a pdf properly. I fixed that issue and change the background to black but now my gradient rainbow textbox has turned brown. I dont know what happened and no one seems to have had this problem before. I have tried remaking the box and nothing is working. I also have a gradient rainbow text (just letters, no background text box) and that is fine. What do I do?Thanks,Greer

Let’s say I have two page items in my document: a circle and a square. I move the square so its top left corner is in the centre of the circle. I cut (cmd-X) the square. It’s gone. I select the circle and I “Paste Into” (cmd-alt-V).The square is now clipped by the circle frame:So, I want to do that via the scripting API. With the above example, I can select the circle and do:$.writeln(app.activeDocument.selection[0].rectangles.length)and the result is 1, which is correct. There is one rectangle IN that circle. What I want to know is… how do I put the square in the circle via ExtendScript or UXP? It must be easy, but I can’t quite get it. I want `myPageItem.rectangles.add` to do it, but it only seems to want a Layer, which makes no sense.– Mark

I've been contributing to Adobe Stock for quite a while now and have always tried to follow the guidelines and submit quality content.Lately though, every single upload has been getting rejected. At first, I thought it was because I was uploading GenAI content, so I started creating more unique images with different angles, perspectives, and compositions. But the rejections keep coming, even for images that I genuinely feel are better than some of my previously accepted work.Has anyone else experienced this recently? Any idea what might be causing it or what I should change? I'd really appreciate any advice.

Despite cancelling the e-mandate with my bank and my plan with Adobe within the free trial period, the amount has been deducted from my account. The bank says the mandate rests with the merchant. I cannot even find an email address to send an email to Adobe. My emails sent to the addresses given on the internet have all bounced. If I cannot cancel my plan with them, the amount will be deducted every month. Please help.

"Hi, I noticed two charges on my account today (July 6): one for $37.09 for Creative Cloud Pro and another for $21.19 for Adobe Acrobat Pro. I am not using either of these services and have already cancelled both subscriptions today. Since these charges happened today, could you please manually issue a full refund for both amounts ($37.09 and $21.19) and confirm that there are no early termination or cancellation fees? Thank you!"

I set default apps for .pdf to adobe and after every reboot of windows 11 it is changed back to Microsoft edge browser.

My 14yo son has enrolled to a annual plan with monthly payment. He was interested in one week free trail to check one of Adobe products. Unfortunately I became aware of that, when my son asked me to help cancel his subscription. As it turns out, he has missed his free trial period. How I can cancel this annual subscription since my 14yo son wasn’t aware what he was signing for? Thank you for your support. Marcin.

I have a lifetime license to Adobe Acrobat X Pro which allows me to install the software on 2 computers. I just had to deactivate this license on my old laptop (and then subsequently uninstalling the software) as I was moving to a new laptop but upon installing this on the new laptop, I received a message and I am allowed only 2 installations and would not allow me to have this activated on the new machine. How do I effectively deactivate this on Adobe server in order for this install to work on my new laptop. I have searched the internet and the only recommended steps were to first deactivate on the old machine then uninstall the software before installing it on the new machine. Which is exactly what I need but did not succeed in the outcome I was hoping for. Please help! Thanks

Hi. I forgot to cancel my After Effects free trial in time and was charged. I just tried to cancel, but I  accepted a '3 months free' offer thinking it would credit a refund. But it seems it didnt. I would like to  request a full refund for the initial charge. Can you help me with that?

Lys

Following up on the previous question:If the font size and text box height remain constant, is there a simple formula for calculating line spacing and the number of lines? For example:A text box has a fixed height of 100 mm and a font size of 12 points. With 17 lines of text, the appropriate line spacing is 16.8 points. If the font size and text box height remain constant but one line is added (for a total of 18 lines), how to I calculate the new leading(15.8)?Is there a simple formula for this?

When creating multiple masks on a layer, it comes in very handy to be able to lock a mask, to prevent it from being changed accidentally.
