Solved

I open a document this morning and was faced with the new Adobe Acrobat screen.  It [inappropriate]!  The 'old' screen is completely functional for my needs, and works exactly as I need it to. Luckily after a bit of searching, I found an option to switch off the 'new adobe', but when open the program the first thing is another popup asking if I want to try the new Adobe!    How can I stop seeing this popup, and how can I assure I'm not forced in the future to use this program, like an auto update, etc.?    Adobe used to be about supporting people's creativity. Now it's about being flashy and selling us more crap Adobe, quit trying to sell us crap, and force us to use updates when we don't want to!    [moderator deleted inappropriate text]

This hasn't been an issue for me until today where suddenly after trying to import a JPG picture where it crashed my Photoshop now everything is importing through Camera Raw, I don’t want to process it through camera raw I have bulk to process and i’m not interested in clicking this prompt hundreds of times.Ive disabled everything in the Camera Raw settings, Supposedly WEBP Was native to Photoshop since 23.2 and I stopped using WEBPShop years ago due to native support but now I’m forced to convert it through Camera Raw?This doesn’t seem right.I am thinking of rolling back my Photoshop version as resetting to defaults hasn’t achieved anything.

Hi Team,We are working on a healthcare use case using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Web SDK, and Adobe Target. Our goal is to deliver personalized content to users based on their health conditions. However, due to compliance constraints, we cannot expose PHI data. Instead, we plan to send only abstracted attributes/flags from AEP (e.g., isDiabetic = true). On the content side, AEM will provide Content Fragments (CFs), which will be imported into Adobe Target as offers.Given this setup, I have a few questions:Is it possible to match AEP profile attributes (such as boolean flags like isDiabetic) with offers in Adobe Target in real time using Web SDK? Considering scalability (potentially hundreds of offers from AEM) and multiple health conditions per user, what would be the best approach to design this personalization? Should we rely on audience-based targeting in Adobe Target? Or is a metadata/tag-based approach (mapping user attributes to offer attribut

I have two accounts. The accounts were created when Adobe Stock allowed multiple accounts. I still have the accounts. I want to know if I can run two accounts and withdraw money from both accounts using the same payment method.

I’m using Lightroom Classic 15.2 release and Camera Raw 18.2 on Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26200 Build 26200.I scanned 20 negatives to 92% JPG with my Epson PerfectionV800 Photo using Silverfast 9 and gave them sequential names so they would sort correctly when sorted by Filename. I now want to set the Capture Date so they sort correctly when sorted by date.I selected the first photo and used Shift-Click to select the last photo in the folder (roll) so all photos are selected.  I then used Metadata->Edit Capture Time and set the Date/Time to 1/1/1967 12:00:00 AM 000ms, which is the scheme that I use when I know only the year.  The result: the first photo was set correctly, but the rest were set like this (still sorted by name):01/01/1967 12:00:00.000 AM12/31/1966 11:59:59.000 PM12/31/1966 11:59:58.827 PM12/31/1966 11:59:58.827 PM12/31/1966 11:59:58.827 PM12/31/1966 11:59:59.000 PM12/31/1966 11:59:58.827 PM12/31/1966 11:59:59.000 PM12/31/1966 11:59:59.000 PM01/01/1967 12:00:00.000 AM12/31/1

Frameless Right panel Mini TOC is working in projects that I haven’t migrated yet to the new version, but every single plan including the About RoboHelp Sample project that I have published on our server are throwing the 404 not found error.

Please can someone help me to get outlines on this image? We have spent ages trying to do it and managed it once but there were then double lines where the colour changed slightly and I feel there must be an easier way of doing it, but even spending ages to remove the double lines we managed to lose the smooth edge.I was really hoping there was a way without me manually tracing it. If someone has a really basic video that would be amazing because I need to learn how to do this and it’s so frustrating having such a mental block with program. At the moment we can’t even get the outlines after starting againevery is greyed out, ty.

I know this same question/error's been posted a million times and has been around for at least a decade.  There's a number of possible causes and fixes, but none have worked for me. Essentially, I open a PDF (unknown who produced it or how much it's been modified since then), but on some computers I get the error "Cannot find or create the font 'ArialMT'. Some characters may not display or print correctly.", while on others, I get no error dialog at all, but some text is just white boxes while other text (even within the same word or even just a closing bracket (i.e., ']') shows up fine: From digging into the issue, I understand that some version/variation of a font wasn't embedded when the PDF was created, but what I don't understand is why I can open the exact same PDF in various PDF applications and some of them are able to display the entire PDF without any issue.  To wit:Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (2021.005.20060) - White boxesAdobe Acrobat Reader DC (2021.005.20060)

I have CS5.  I'm working on a multipage document in InDesign and I want to bring in a multipage PDF document into that InDesign document.  For some reason, when I do File>Place, it brings in the first page of the PDF (with perfect formatting) but the other pages do not come in.  Is there some other setting that I'm missing to capture all pages of the PDF to transfer into the same number of pages in my InDesign document?

I have a video in both Japanese and English.Since Premiere can only transcribe one language at a time, I transcribed the whole thing as English. Then I put in in/out points for the Japanese sections and transcribed the first one. When I created captions from the transcription, PP created a second caption track, which is fine. But then I had the second Japanese section. I put in in/out points and again retranscribed in Japanese. However, when I went to create captions, there is this message:Multiple caption tracks enabledTo view and edit, please select a clip or clips from the caption track.I have no idea how to proceed. I have the clip selected in the sequence, but the message remains. What does PP want me to do?

When my Elements 14 licence expired I upgraded to Elements 26 only to discover that I cannot run it with Windows 10. How do I get a refund?

I have flagged this as an issue before but as the one who builds all the templates, when I test using it as a template. This version automatically saves itself into the shared template folder with everyone else to see my “untitled test files”. How do I change this location to save in My Stuff only?

Over the past few days, my pdf's are missing letters and words after saving, closing, and reopening. The first time this happened was when I duplicated a page in the document. Ever since then, when I open files with "Open Sans" embedded font, the words and letters are randomly missing and it doesn't happen with all Open Sans text boxes. My only recourse has been to select the text box, change the font to another font, and switch back to the original font. Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue permanently? System Details:Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version: 20.13.20074.411690OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10OS Version: 10.0.18363
