Solved

This just started two-days ago, at least for me.  I have made no changes that I am aware of that might be causing this.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue?  Or, better yet, does anyone have a solution?  TIA

While I purchasing the adobe premium it says free 7 days trail but  on the same day itself my subscription started and money got debited

As described in this ticket, updates for Adobe Acrobat and Reader no longer work on various Macs.https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/unable-to-connect-to-the-adobe-update-server-error-105/m-p/15516249I won't go into the details here, as they can all be found in the linked ticket.Unfortunately, the last ticket was simply closed by the Adobe employee, even though there was no solution. I find this approach more than questionable, considering that we are all paying customers. If something like this happens again in this ticket, I will contact Adobe management directly.

All of the suddent, my CHARACTER window is not showing anything, the font, size, all of that is an empty window. I am working in WOndows. Any suggestions????

I'm sorry but your interface is confusing. I wish to send multiple independent copies to many recipients. But I need separate signatures, not everyone signing the same copy! The wizard kept blocking me, saying it needs to add signature blocks, although I had inserted two already 😞 Now everyone is seeing the same copy as a group!

If i had another decent alternative option than lightroom I am this close to switching to a new program. I swear every day I loose time redoing things over. Why cant there be an auto save feature?

I am using Adobe Reader Ver 10.1.1 (All updates)   I have a pdf document in which I am unable to search for words. No words in the document are found even though they do exist. If I copy a word from within the document and paste it into the search criteria then instead of getting the word that I copied, I get substitute characters and it can in fact find these characters as the word being searched.   The document is a catalog and can be downloaded from the following URL.   http://www.carbatec.com.au/getcatalogue?zenid=d1cuvbat0ois0g37r0r33vnah1   I will appreciate any help as to why I cannot search for words in the document.

At the total end of my video project, I used to be able to drag the Dip To Black to the very end of my video but now when I drag it over to the end of the video clip, it shows a red box and it won't add to the video clip. Am I doing something wrong? Is there an easier way to add a fade to a black screen to end the video?

I double-clicked on the footage in the Program Monitor while the Selection Tool was active to see my motion path and anchor point, but they're not showing up.  Why?  I want to zoom out slightly while centered - and in my 2d screenshot have reset Scale from 50% to 40% - but how do I recalculate my anchor point so that it's at the center of the previous keyframe?  In other words, between the last 2 sets of keyframes, I only want to scale - not pan L to R or up and down.  In the 2d screenshot, the image has drifted up towards the left top of frame.  I don't want that.  Thanks for your help!

Hello -   I try to make the following via a .jsx script, but not sure it's posible, especially the "export as single .JPG file the rectangle frame  including its placed image/link"… Via an dialog box, offer the option to the user to EITHER export ALL included "Design Frame Rectangle/" (and its placed image/link) at once OR to export the current selected design frame only.   Anyways, they should be export as single .JPG file (high quality, @300dpi, antialiasing "on"). You will need to create a new folder with the name of the open .indd file in the same location as the open .indd file. Be careful, sometimes, the design frame rectangle can be part of a group, in that case you will have to export the whole group as .JPG (white background as default). BUT for each link, I'll need: A. One time an export of the "Design Frame Rectangle" with its link (as .JPG). Here the link could be partially hidden/cropped via a mask but it's OK. B. Another time, if the "Design Frame Rectangle"

since I updated to 25.5 the application won't even launch. I am working on a MacBook Pro 16", Nov 2024, Sequoia 15.6.1

Hey, I was wondering if Adobe has an option to receive your invoices automatically through Peppol. Does anyone have any idea about this?

Hello,I can't seem to find the Administrator of the Enterprise account my account is listed as a user of. I contacted Adobe Support on the phone initially because my supervisor couldn't access the Admin Console, but they said she was not an admin at all. They could not list other admins. I work at a large (1,000+ people) organization. How do I find who is the admin of our Enterprise account?

Hi All,   We are using Adobe Sign for salesforce and generate our documents in salesforce however we are unable to create any documents from a salesforce record page any more as we get the Document Builder:INVALID_JOB_ID. Any thoughts on what to look for?       Thanks Abu

Please can someone explain the allowed usage of Firefly AI generated images? Browsing on Adobe Stock, there is a lot of AI content and wanting to know whether all the images here will have been generated using Adobe products and if so, can these be used as individual elements to to make a larger composition? I'm asking as other AI generators prohibit this and state that the original image generated can't be altered. Assume Firefly T&Cs are different? I've checked the terms and conditions but can't find this info so any help appreciated. Thanks

I’ve been working on my own preset that I want to start selling, but I’ve run into a question. When I include a skin mask (using color range) in the preset, it looks fine on some photos, but on others the skin ends up looking really bad—desaturated and unnatural. Do you think I should even include the skin mask in the preset, or would it be better to leave it out? Any suggestions or advice would mean a lot. Thanks so much!

I am marking up PDFs and whenever I create a text box with the text box tool so that I can make a comment, and then try to type in the box, I can see the cursor moving along as if I am typing but I cannot see any text. I have tried to change the size of the font, thinking it might have been set at a very small size, but that doesn't work.
