Am I missing something? How do I scroll after zooming in in Adobe Express? Whenever I zoom in I can't scroll. The app zooms in on a random place on the artboard, not on the object I select, and I can't scroll to get to the object I needed to see in the first place.

Hi, i just subscribed to Photography plan yesterday and looking for Photoshop beta in the creative cloud beta apps but i didn't found it . Is it normal ? (Windows 11, Creative Cloud 5.10 installed twice)   Thanks

Hi Adobe team and community. I need some help. I have a slightly older computer and it doesn't support AVX2, which is necessary to open most Adobe apps, but I urgently need to use Adobe Premiere. I did some research and the Premiere Pro 2023 v23.6.x version doesn't require AVX2. I contacted support and they don't have a download link for that version. Could someone who has it please send it to me?

Indesign 20.5 Marguee Zoom has stopped functioning the way it used to and now sometimes functions like Step Zoom. I sometimes want to zoom in as far as I can on a specific spot. I use the Marguee Zoom for that. However, if I draw a box that would zoom it greater than the max zoom of 4000%, it functions as a Step Zoom. It sometimes takes 10 Marguee Zooms to zoom in. This is a change from previous versions. Is there a fix in the works?

I cannot get Generative Fill to work properly.   I’ve done this hundreds of times before but now for some reason it isn’t working.  I used the object tool in lasso mode to select the branch above the bird, clicked on generative fill without any text in the box and this is what I got.  And like I said, I’ve used this hundreds of times in the past with zero issues with the same exact process. Any ideas on how to rectify this?  I would really appreciate the help!

Verschiedene Browser getestet.

Just updated Illustrator and now when using the Eyedropper tool, it no longer gives you Smart Guides to highlight the path that you are sourcing. How the absolute heck am I supposed to do this now? How can you see what you are selecting? This has ruined my workflow. This is so absurd. Changing things that have worked fine for a hundred years and now you change it for no reason to something worse. See attached images that visualize the issue perfectly. Credit to Egor Chistyakov.

Hello, Users in our org are starting to test AI features and some are close to or going beyond the 4,000 included AI credits.  I’ve purchased two 2,000 pack AI credit ad-ons through my reseller.  Here are my concerns:There’s no way for me to track what credits any of the users have/have used There doesn’t appear to be a way to stack the packs and assign them to the same user, in other words so that one user can have 8000 credits that month (4000 + 2000 + 2000) It’s entirely unclear to me how the credits are allocated and if they are actually being tracked within a particular bucket or acting more like an entitlement?  If we have a user leave mid-month, they had used half of the 2000 ad-on pack, and the license is pulled back, what remains?  If I add the add-on pack to a new user will they get the remaining amount, or nothing until the time resets? This is gonna be real important real soon.  TIA.

Just received the above error message.I understand I have to wait, but in “sometime”?! Please can someone at Adobe change this to “some time later” or “in a few minutes”. Anything other than the above grammatical abomination!

I have an iMac M1 with OS 26.4.1, back in 2025 I was able to install my .ccx files.  Now when I tried to install a .ccx file that was an update to a current plug-in nothing happens when I “dbl” click the .ccx file. My .ccx file is in my download folder, I have the latest version of CC - 6.9.0.618 and PS 27.6.  I check the “Unified…..app” the version is 8.5.0.13. Permissions for CC and PS are all inclusive. I need help in resolving this issue, anyone have any ideas what I need to do thanks in advance for your help Michael

Hello,We are writing regarding the restrictions recently applied to our Adobe Behance account. We received an email stating that the following action had been taken against our account:“Measures taken: All content hidden from search discovery. Reason: Spam.”After receiving this notification, we immediately submitted an appeal explaining that we have never engaged in spam distribution, artificial activity boosting, or any other actions that violate Behance policies.Approximately one day later, our appeal was rejected without any detailed explanation. We then contacted support directly via email and once again clarified the situation, emphasizing that we did not commit any violations related to spam or platform abuse. The following day, we received another generic response that did not contain any clarification regarding:the exact reason for the restriction, what specific actions triggered it, how long the restriction will remain active, or what steps are required to resolve the issue. At t

how do i remove the intrusive  “send to firefly boards’ which is an option inconveniently placed right next to export  “file to web” ?  is this 1984 ? am i the only one who finds this new option a covert attempt to monitor content created in a program that one is charged nearly $70 a month to use ? hmmm?  if one accidentally chooses that option, which has happened numerous times ,  forcing me  to  take the time away from my work to go to the firefly boards and delete the file, twice... Oh and btw if you accidentally choose “send file to firefly boards”,  and then attempting to cancel ? forget it … it never ever cancels ...never, it just sends the file to the firefly boards anyway . WHY HAVE THE OPTION TO CANCEL ,WHEN CANCEL IS  COMPLETELY SUPERFLUOUS ?

i have the credits it just doesnt let me generate a video idk why

Hello Adobe, beginning of May I received a subscription renewal and was charged around 500€, I cancelled my plan a few days later, as it said on the internet that if I cancel within 14 days of the renewal I will get a refund. It has been around 2 weeks and i have not received a refund and it says I do not have a pending refund. Please help me fix this issue or connect me to an actual person who can help me. Thank you

The only workaround I've found is to save PSD as TIF and place it into illustrator file instead of PSD. It works, and I can see my spot colors again, but it is frustrating to have to reopen all PSD files and save them in different format. That happens since last update (30.3).

Date of signing field seems to have no controls other than format of the date itself. It does not autosize and is truncated on signed document.

My acrobat has started to un-equip the highliting tool every time i use it. It does not do the same thing with the other tools, only with the highlighting tool. Every time i’ve marked something it goes back to the cursor. It didn’t do this until recently. Its driving me insane. If you have any suggestions please helpThank you

I just updated to Bridge 2024 and now suddenly I can't change star ratings and color labels without having to use the command key! Very incovenient to need two hands to do this! I looked at the preferences, figuring I'd just check the box that says you don't need the command key, but its gone!!! There's no option for labeling and starring without command anymore! This needs to be fixed. How is it an improvement to make something harder to do???

Adobe has their addins setup so that even when people disable them, after an update of either Outlook or Adobe they default back to automatically loading. How do we stop that?

I got the free trial of 7 days and now I want to unsubscribe it, but when I go in “manage subscription” in the app it’s not there so I can’t do anything. Could you unsubscribe it for me?

I bought a new laptop a few months ago: a Lenovo LOQ 15IRX10 (15.6", Intel i7, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD). It is a good laptop with solid performance, but since I bought it I have been unable to work properly with Camera Raw in Photoshop. The main problem is that every time I try to edit a photo in Camera Raw, the whole system freezes. Photoshop suddenly closes, and sometimes the computer even shuts down completely.Adobe Support told me that the issue is probably related to the laptop itself.I have already tried everything I could think of:installed all Windows updates, including optional updates; downloaded and installed the latest Nvidia drivers from the official Nvidia website for my Nvidia GeForce RTX 5050 Laptop GPU; selected the Nvidia GPU inside Camera Raw preferences; changed the BIOS settings so that the system uses only the Nvidia RTX 5050 graphics processor instead of integrated graphics.Unfortunately, nothing solved the issue. I really do not know what else to do. I can no longer wo

The following sequence of actions happened, and I tried a few quick fixes along the way. I now believe the PDF has reached a corrupted state.  Initially, I filled out the PDF and applied a digital certificate signature before sharing it with the organization so they could complete the remaining sections. They filled their part and returned the document.  Later, I needed to replace my digital certificate signature with a drawn signature. To do that, I used a browser and managed to remove the digital signature and save the document. After reopening the PDF in Adobe Acrobat, I started noticing issues such as duplicated text appearing in multiple form fields. However, the document still appeared normal in the browser at that time. Since it looked correct there, I proceeded to replace the signature with a drawn signature and submitted the PDF. Now I need to make another update to the same PDF and resubmit it. After performing the latest edit, the PDF has become visibly corrupted even in the
