Solved

Hey guys and gals, Seeing as most i can find on this subject is from 8 years or longer ago i need to ask this question as it’s pretty important to me. Right now i use the photographers subscription for my work but i’m going to follow a new study in graphic design. For school i need to use the Creative Cloud Pro subscription and i can get the student subscription for it. Here’s the important part. These days… Can i sell the pictures i edit and the graphic designs (posters, flyers, cards etc.) i make using the Creative Cloud Pro student subscription if i’m based in the Netherlands? In short. Can i use it for commercial use where i’m located?Hopefully someone can give me a clear answer to this.

I consistently get Share for Review errors when trying to update the share links.Restarting, clearing preferences don’t have any effect.

Premiere's Generative AI Never Works! Why does Adobe, one of the biggest video editing software companies, screw over its users? Why do Adobe tools never work? Especially Adobe Premiere Pro. How do you pay for software and it only brings you problems?I’m trying to use the audio-based editing feature, and this is not the first time this happens. The company should either fix this mess or at least provide clear ways to solve it, because it makes no sense to install an application on my computer that claims to have AI features, and the moment I try to use them, they just slow everything down and drain my system’s performance.I’ve been saying this for a long time, and honestly, I feel like God has been hearing me. I pray every day for Adobe to go bankrupt, because I truly believe that’s the only way they’ll learn.Long live DaVinci Resolve, long live CapCut, which, by the way, does an outstanding job with automatic captions and text. I can use my Samsung Galaxy S20 with a free app and get ex

Hello Adobe Support team,   I hope you can help me. I recently discovered multiple charges from Adobe (about 4 invoices) that I did not knowingly authorize or subscribe to. Because I’m a minor, I have been using my dad’s card for purchases, and I was not receiving receipts or notices. I had no intention of activating a subscription.   Here are some details to help you locate the transactions:   Adobe ID / email address:<removed by mod>   Approximate dates and amounts of the invoices:  · Invoice 1: 2025. 7. 8., US$34.49  · Invoice 2: 2025. 8. 8, US$34.49  · Invoice 3: 2025. 9. 8, US$34.49  · Invoice 4: 2025. 10. 8., US$34.49   Payment method: credit card   I have not used the Adobe services associated with those charges. (You can check my usage history)   I want to cancel any subscription immediately and request a refund of all these charges, because they were unauthorized or unintended from my side.   Given that I did not knowingly agree to

Macbook Air M5, 25mb ram, 2tb hard drive with 1.25tb space on the drive.Photoshop 27.5.0All works fine opening raw files from a Canon R5 (.CR3 format) but when I try to use Super Resolution in Camera Raw window it stops with an error: “Could not open “_123456.CR3” because the file-format module cannot parse the file.” I have used super resolution with other CR3 files in previous versions on an M1 Macbook Air with no issues at all. Is this a bug or have you guys changed something?

Hi,I currently use Adobe Express to animate a character for my video content and I'm wondering if there is an API I can use to automate this.Is there a way to send audio or a script to an API and get an animated character video back as output without using the editor? Thanks

Hi there,I have a sequnce that I assembled using an edl.  I would now like to replace those clips with a multi-camera (or nested) sequence.  I thought I could select all clips in the sequence and then Shift+Alt drag the nested sequence onto those clips.  It's not workign as I expected.  However, I can select each clip one at a time and Shift+Alt drag the nested sequence onto the clip and they work fine- it's just cumbersome.  Am I doing something wrong or is this how it should be? TLDR: when selecting all clips and dragging the nested sequence onto them it replaces all clips but does not shift the nested sequence. So if I had a 5 minute clip with the entire middle cut out (and there's a single cut in the middle), the nested sequence would raplace these clips but would add a cut that is seemless because it doesn't actually cut the middle, rather it cuts the end.  I assume this is an in/out thing but I just don't know enough about this- that's why I won

I'm on a work computer that's been used by other people. I often work short duration jobs on work computers. I'm signed into Creative Cloud using my personal account. When I opened a .PDF in Acrobat and attempted to use the "Sign yourself" option, I saw that digital signatures of previous users also showed up.When the job is over, how do I delete my signatures from Acrobat so that future users of this work computer don't have access to it?

Is there a way to adjust the formatting settings used by the vsCode ColdFusion Builder extension? I installed the extension mainly to try to take advantage of its code formatting options. Unfortunately the formatting does not seem to obey my vsCode preferences (tab indentation, equal to 2 spaces). It also does almost no formatting of html inside a cfoutput block (all html tags are stacked evenly). Does anyone know if there’s a way to adjust the formatting settings? I would like to recommend this to our team of several developers, as a standard tool for formatting our files.

Your FAQ page  states:What are the requirements to get an Adobe ID? An Adobe ID is a free and a nonintrusive way of identifying users. You need only provide a name, country, and e-mail address. You can create your Adobe ID when prompted within Adobe Digital Editions, or go directly to the Adobe.com, select “My Adobe” in the top-right corner, then click on “My Adobe ID” and follow the instructions for creating an Adobe ID. Note that you create an Adobe ID from a web browser. Once you’ve received confirmation the Adobe ID is created, then you may close the browser and return to Adobe Digital Editions, and enter the Adobe ID and password you created. but on adobe.com it autoredirects me to https://www.adobe.com/home where there is no My Adobe in the top right corner.   If I click on the unlabelled circular icon at the top right corner, it pops out a menu for my account (account name with long assigned number to it)(account email)Manage AccountADOBE

I don't have a need for a subscription to Acrobat Pro since I am retired.  However I do need to fuction of Acrobat Pro at times.  I have version X for Mac and XI for windows.  I can install but I am unable to to get them registered, therefore I am unable to use the program. What can I do to solve this issue?

Hi all, Let me explain as clearly as possible (sorry for the language mistakes, English is not my first language). I was a paying user of Adobe Acrobat until June 24. In June, I unsubscribed because a friend of mine, working at Adobe, was kind enough to offer me a licence of Acrobat Pro. So I didn’t need my subscription any longer. Then, all of a sudden, the direct debits started again, without any explanation. The first direct debit was taken on 18 February 2025 for €15.59.As soon as this first transaction appeared, I tried to find a way out of it, without success, and without receiving a response from Adobe (or from my friend, who now works elsewhere and cannot help me...). When I ring an Adobe office, I am told to go via the website. But that doesn’t work...The direct debits continued until 18 October 2025, totalling €140.31; at which point I blocked my card and stopped the direct debit. From that point on, I received regular reminders. What’s more, the version of Acrobat my friend gave

Just ran into this issue recently, but I have a hunch it's been around for a little while. It's an annoyance more than anything, but it seems like something that could be fixed. I have a monitor that supports G-sync (Nvidia's adaptive sync technology) that I use for games. By default, G-sync will remain "on" globally (even on the desktop) unless you force it off. I've noticed that, when it's on, if I'm in Premiere then (about 50-75% of the time) whenever I start/stop playback, move a clip on the timeline, or open something in the source monitor there is a brief half-second or so where the mouse cursor skips around like the program is hanging or freezing. It makes the program feel a lot more sluggish than it actually is. It took a bit of troubleshooting to realize that G-sync is the issue, but it definetely is. If I turn it off the weird stuttering goes away (and everything is nice and smooth). If I just move the Premiere window fully over to to my second non-gsync monito

Please add the option to have your invoices emailed to you for those of us who need receipts. It’s absurd to log in every month to retrieve it and to ask my colleague to do it too. (No, we can’t have an enterprise account because for whatever reason it doesn’t work with our nonprofit discount). Literally every other service I use sends me a monthly invoice.

Hi -- This morning I upgraded to Adobe InDesign 21.3.  But now when I export my INDD file to PDF, I’m finding that the PNG and TIF images on my cover page, which is a linked file from Adobe Illustrator, are coming in pixelated:  Here’s a closeup:  When I’m in the Preview mode, those two images are crisp and render perfectly--it’s only when exported to PDF that the images look bad.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We are currently experiencing an issue with access token validity within our Adobe eSign integration and would appreciate your assistance in investigating this matter. Our application allows users to store documents and utilize Adobe eSign services to sign documents prior to download. Over the past three weeks, several users reported that their access tokens were expiring earlier than expected, resulting in “invalid access token” errors during usage. As an initial workaround, we revoked the affected users’ existing tokens and requested them to re-authenticate and generate new tokens via their Adobe eSign accounts. This approach appeared to resolve the issue for most users. However, two users continue to experience the same problem, where newly generated access tokens become invalid prematurely. At this point, we would like to understand:Whether there have been any recent changes in token lifecycle policies or validation mechanisms If there are any known issues that could cause premature to
