Solved

I have Adobe Creative Cloud and can open my document in Acrobat using my password that I created. But when I open my document with my password in Acrobat and click on EDIT, it asks for the password again but won’t accept it. I click CANCEL and tells me that it’s a secured document. I clearly have the password or it wouldn’t have opened in the first place. There is no other password. So what’s the problem here? I’ve found suggestions saying to go into setting to change the security etc, but it again asks for the password to unlock the document, so that clearly isn’t the fix for this. Why won’t Acrobat let me edit my own document?

I just purchased 2026 Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements bundle. I can create a video and export it to a Media file or to a number of social media sites but I cannot find a way to burn a DVD or create a DVD .iso file from the video I have created. I have reviewed numer of posting showing a pull down on the "Export & Share" button on the upper right portion of the editor display. On my version there is not a pull down indication. The only option is to press the button. Afterward a window on the left side of the display opens with an option to save a media file or to export the video to a number of social media sites. Additonally I don't seem to have a way to create a DVD menus or to edit Book Marks although I can create them.I have installed copies several time and on several computers with the same results. Anyone have any ideas?

I need the direct download link for Photoshop 2021 (Version 22) offline installer for Windows

I have been having a lot of issues with photoshop since I updated to the newest version a few days back, my hotkeys have stopped working randomly and then started working again just as randomly, often I have to close the program or reset my computer to get them back working. The pen for my ugee tablet has been acting buggy and jumping around on the page when I am say trying to select colors or draw, the hot keys on the pen have also been randomly not working when I am trying to use it.Most frustratingly the program has been becoming completely unresponsive when I am using the polygon lasso tool eventually causing me to have to force the program to close using task manager or completely resetting the computer causing me to lose work. I have been using photoshop for about 10 years now and have never experienced issues like this. both my tablet driver and windows are up to date and this all began when I updated photoshop.

I can no longer start Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator on my Mac OS Tahoe 26.3.1 on Mac M1. Indesign and Photoshop were fine just days ago and now nothing opens and I do alot of work on Adobe!!! What am I to do?

I routinely find images that are clearly generated by AI image generators, but there is no indication in the description that they are. Generally it's missing fingers, or lighting or something else that gives it away, but my concern is that Adobe's team is not filtering all of these images well enough. I definitely see value in AI images, but I don't want to be downloading something that I think is a real image, when it is not. This is misleading at the least. Example https://stock.adobe.com/images/santa-cooking/550542006?prev_url=detail

Started a free trial, but quickly found that most images are AI generated, not real photos, so I canceled. If I wanted AI images instead of real photos I can create them myself with my own tools without paying Adobe Stock $30 per month. Very disappointing. I expected more from Adobe.

As noted in my question, screenshots have disappeared from my online output of RH2017 (Webhelp), as well as some topics. The Word and PDF versions are fine, but when I checked the HTML, I saw this:
Any ideas?Thank you,Lon

I made a rectangle and tried to select, Copy and paste- it wont work. It lets me select but when I hit Ctrl -the selection tool changes to "direct selection" and shows a little curved line. Then it wont let me Ctrl C-Ctrl V. I also tried to just select and go to the edit menu and copy and that will not work either.I used the pen tool to make a shape and see if I could copy that and its doing the same thing...so I think its some issue with the selection tool.I dont know if I accidentally changed a setting or how I can fix this, but its very frustrating. Please help!! Thanks!

I opened a PDF file & I noticed a name of the file is displayed incorrectly. This seems like new bug since I wasn’t having any such issue till now. When I switch between the multiple applications & files, this issue creates confusion for me. I don’t know if I am referring to the correct file or not, so I have to double check the content before proceeding further.Anyone else is facing this? & is there any workaround for this bug?I don’t seem to find option to report it. So if there is one, kindly share that here as well.

Windows 10/11 - Photoshop CS5 --Photoshop does not open automatically when jpg clicked. Open with photoshop.exe doesn’t work either. How to fix?

Hi,I am encountering an "Unsupported Algorithm" error when trying to sign documents with a NIST P-384 (EC) certificate via a PKCS#11 module, although RSA signatures work perfectly with the same setup. Since Adobe's official documentation states that Elliptic Curve cryptography is supported, but the signature cannot be created in this case, I would like to ask for your guidance on how to resolve this. Is there a specific configuration or a known compatibility issue in Acrobat Reader regarding hardware-based EC signatures that we should follow?Best Regards,Melis.

I filled the refund form from your website still I got no response please look into my situation.

InDesignで透過画像を貼り付けたデータをpdfに出力して、Acrobatで墨消しを行うと透過部分が黒くなるのですが、黒くならずに墨消しすることはできるのでしょうか。よろしくお願いします。

See above description. This only happens when I want to set up a new book. A document opens with the present window, as it should. Anyone have any ideas, before I uninstall and reinstall it? Thanks!

This has happened a few times and it usually fixes itself, but this time it seems to be stuck. I've tried repairing, reinstalling, but nothing fixes it. The window for the Creative Cloud app is offset and I can't get to the right side of the view.

My InDesign files are book covers for publishing and when I send the publisher the X-1a high resolution PDF, they flatten the PDF in photoshop and frequently there ends up being a very faint rule, like a box, around some of the type. There is no box actually there in the InDesign file, and it’s not even where the edge of the text box is -- what is causing this and how do I get rid of it?

When adding a light, the environment changes to just show whats lit leaving everything else in black shadow. I want to change the shadow color to a sky blue so it looks like the objects are in an infinite blue space. While still having the use of the light. What’s a good work around/solution to this? I’ve added a blue solid in the background to show what I’m going for.

Can you put a favourite star after each image is generated and an add to.. option. It will save so much time and confusion looking for images in generation history

I have canceled my subscription, and I was told I will get my refund with 5 business days . Is that information accurate ?

Ai Masks/Healing constantly undo and need updated. For example: - Use Ai mask on a few photos through-out a photo set.- Go through photos to make sure I'm happy before exporting and see the error "Some Ai masks need updated" - Update all Ai error messages through-out the photo set.- Go through the photos again before I export and I see the same message again. This is infuriating me as I now need to update two Ai settings and then export those two photos and move on to the next two Ai errors to export those separately. This is the only way for me to export photos with Ai settings working. I've just got a a brand new MacBook Pro 16-inch M2 Pro 12-core CPU 19-core GPU 32GB/1TB and one of the main reasons I updated was because I thought my last laptop wasn't powerful enough to handle the Ai on Lightroom. Turns out, it's just a bug?!
