For several days, I’ve tried to change the email on my Adobe account, but each attempt returns “An error occurred.  Please try again later.”  after entering the new email address.

How to enable scrolling by default. I'm using Acrobat DC. Every time, when I open document I chose in view -> Page Display -> Enable scrolling. It works, untill I close Acrobat. When I open acrobat next time, in order to be able to scroll I should do this set up again. How to make this setup stick?

I want to place an Ai file in symbol. I get a warning message. How to do it? Video also uploaded.

i cannot remove a photo (or group of photos) from a collection. when i right click onthe selected photos, my only choice is to remove photos, and i click remove, it says that i can't  delete phots from within a collection. I'm not trying to delete them (from LRC or my disk) i just don't want them in the collection. There is no option to to "remove from collection"

I'm layering text over a background paper texture and am trying to change the blending mode to make the text look like it's printed on the paper. It's very easy to achieve this effect using Photoshop's "Blend If" feature in the blending modes menu:The effect can be very effectively fine-tuned using these sliders:I'm wondering if there's a way to achieve this same effect in After Effects. No combination of After Effects' blending modes that I've tried yields the same result where the texture of the paper really shows through the text like that. This is the closest I can can get: One workaround I've been using is to create the effect I want in Photoshop, import the PSD layers into After Effects and then turn on advanced blending, but this creates a whole bunch of annoying limitations, and I'd rather not have to go back into the PSDs to make formatting changes, so I'm hoping this effect can be produced completely within After Effects. Thanks!

Hi, I have several specific swatch colors saved in the panel.I need to set the color of multiple selected elements to a specific Swatch color, but the Recolor Artwork menu doesn’t show me a list of the swatches I made. Please see attached screenshot. Is this something even possible to achieve in Illustrator?

Good morning. The Bridge and Photoshop versions have been updated to V2026. I uninstalled Photoshop version 2025. Now, when I double-click to open a photo in the new Photoshop in Bridge, an error message appears saying that it cannot find version 2025 and the file won't open in the new version. It only opens if I right-click and select "open with Photoshop 2026". Can you help me, please? Thank you. Fernando

AE 25.5, MacOS Sequoia 15.7.1, m1 MBP Max, 64gb RAMAfter Effects Timeline/Keyboard issue (see attached video):When the cursor keys (left and right) are pressed, the playback head moves frame by frame along the timeline (like in Premiere) instead of incrementally moving the object. Not shown in the video, but pressing the up and down cursor keys will toggle between selecting an upper or lower layer in the stack instead of incremenatlly moving the selected object up or down.Uninstalling/resinstalling, restarting, launching in safe mode, etc have not resolved the issue. It's basically as if After Effects thinks the Command key is pressed every time I'm pressing the cursor key. I've tried the following:-Purged all ram and cache repeatedly-I've updated the program and OS to the latest versions. -Both checked and unchecked "Use System Shortcut Keys" in Settings and restarted-Uninstalled AE 25 then reinstalled.-Deleted preferences (this worked once but the probelm came back wit

My Q and W shortcut keys for ripple triming left and right of the playhead are not responsive.I've tried selecting the default keyboard in the dropdown menu of the keyboard shortcuts interface. That did not work.  Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts>Keyboard Layout Preset: Adobe Premiere Pro DefaultI briefly searched the Adobe community for help and the top result involved saving a .kys file for the default keyboard into a folder in my Adobe user profile. This also didn't work.Anyone have any ideas?

I wrote a long message, explaining the issue in detail with a image that was removed in Audit, for infringment. It isn’t and there’s no infringment. But when I try to write Support of contact I get“We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case. Please post your question in the forum in the meantime, while we resolve this temporary issue.” OK here’s my question, in the forum. How do I contact support?

I've been stuck in this for a while and have searched the internet for the solution. I have seen a few solutions but none of them have really helped me. So here's my problem: Our client provides me the content of his project for design in hindi (He used google translater to type / Google Inputs) So suppose this is my word I want on photoshop-> कार्यक्रमI open the text box and paste this word there, and PS automatically selects the hindi font and everything. but the word pasted is like this->However if I right-click on the word: & see in layers panel, It shows the word that I originally pasted but for some reason it can't show that! But If now I select that word from Photoshop & copied it and paste it on internet(e.g. Facebook ), It gives me the way I want! (Means proper text). That means that photoshop is understanding the word but can't show it the way i want. Please give me the solution for it.Thanks a lot in advance...

Hi everyone,I cancelled my annual Adobe Creative Cloud plan (annual contract with monthly payments) yesterday, but I would now like to reinstate it under the original terms. When I try to use the “Reactivate” button in my account, the page shows an error and doesn’t let me complete the process. Is it still possible to reactivate the original contract despite this, and would any additional fees apply? Thanks in advance for your help!

Am I being thick or has PPro, since the introduction of the whole AI-powered roto/"Unassigned Masks"(?!) thing lost its ability to do simple masking? Until recently, to mask out a portion of a clip, I'd open the clip's Opacity in the Effect Controls panel, click the pen icon and draw a mask. That's it. But that's now gone, and it seems every reference I can find to masking now only refers to masking an effect. And there's the new AI mask/rotoscoping thing, which I'm not interested in this project. How can I simply add a mask to a layer - I just want a portion of it to show; the mask will not move, and I have no effects on the layer - it's effectively like a garbage matte. Am I missing something? This is from Adobe's help page (https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere/desktop/add-video-effects/create-masks-and-composites/create-masks-using-shapes.html😞...in reality, the maksing tools have gone:...and if I select the pen or rectangle tools from the tool panel, if I also ha

I downloaded and installed Reader several times on my new laptop. Each time, I received confirmation of download and install, but app is not in my Program Files folder, nor findable in my Start function, nor in control panel Apps management - I can’t open it because it seems it’s not there. The installer file disappears from my Downloads folder when installation is complete. The whole app seems to vanish! This is my personal laptop (Windows 11), and I am an Administrator. Tried AcroCleaner and it didn’t help. Any ideas what's happening?

Hi! so i realised my backup was on the same hard drive as the original file. (i have 2 internal harddrives, one just for photography) so i tried to do the right thing and set the backup up on the other hard drive. Oh man, its been a nightmare! I have googled and read til my eyes bleed! I get the permissions thing. more googling, and some guy says set up and everybody and give full access, in desperation i tried it but my pc did not like it!! I have read about it here too, but my system doesnt match! I’m not sure im understanding, is it permissions to my hard drives? or within lightroom? I am using windows 10, waiting for the 11 upgrade! all the threads i bring up are so old, that the stream of commands are not on my pc! where do i find these permissions please? for now i have simply copied the LRCAT file to my backup hard drive, but doing that every day is a pain!  I have tried to set up a  new catalogue as some seem to get that to work, but even though i know exactly where the catalog

Hi everyone,I hope you can help me. InDesign keeps crashing on my laptop. It has always worked fine, but for the past two months I’ve been having constant problems. This is what happens:I work with both existing and new documents. As soon as I try to save them, I either get error code (2) or a message saying that InDesign cannot complete the request. After that, the program stops responding (I have to close it via Task Manager) or it crashes completely.I work on a Windows laptop and save files via OneDrive (this is required for work). I have already tried the following: Saving to a different location so the file path is not too long Using short file names Setting the recovery files to a different location Reinstalling the program Creating new files to check whether the issue is related to the original design Using only fonts that come with InDesign and no custom installed fonts Reinstalling my own fonts Creating a recovery file Saving as IDML and then editing/saving that

こんにちは。テキストのベースラインの位置調整したものが、aiのバージョンが変わると見た目が変わってしまいます。ver.2023で制作→ver.2025に変わった時におきました。

Hi, I need the Certificate of tax residence for Portugal, for the year 2025. Can someone please help me with this request? Thanks

Hi,Does anybody know how to paste an object into the perspective grid?Just to be more clear, I know how draw objects from scratch that will snap into the grid (Perspective Grid, there is a tool for that SHIFT+P) , but I have no idea how to copy and paste an existing object into the perspective grid so it snaps to it and act as any other object would normally do after drawing it by using the perspective grid.Your help much appreciated. Thanks
