Solved

Okay, here's the freaking thing. I'm mad because Rush is only importing the audio from the VIDEOS i'm importing in. I tried a lot of things, I even downloaded Pro, but nothing worked. I even checked, and the videos I was trying to import, definetly are more than just audio. So, thank you SO much for wasting so much of my time. However, if you have any suggestions on how to fix the problem, I'm all ears and will accept it with open arms.

[I am on the most current version of Lightroom Classic.]When I import my photos taken with a Nikon Z 6III into LrC, some of my sliders are consistently adjusted. An example is an increase in saturation.  I think I want everything to start with all the sliders at zero.  I have one custom present for lens correction.  Is it the Profile I am selecting in Develop?  So, 1) What is causing the automatic adjustments? 2) How do I get rid of them? 3) What Profile should I be using to start in the Develop Module? Thanks.

I found four new fonts on the adobe fonts website, and I installed and enabled them. There is nothing else that I can do to ensure that I have them enabled and turned on (or whatever the terminology is). Whenever I look for the fonts in Premiere Pro, they are all there, so I can only assume that they're present for all the other apps as well, but when I look for them in Adobe Express, they are totallyt absent, which is very confusing to me. Why do my fonts show up in Premiere Pro but not Adobe Express? Keep in mind that these are NOT CUSTOM FONTS, but instead are fonts that I found on the ADOBE FONTS WEBSITE. Any help is much appreciated. The font shown is only one of the four I installed.

Everything is fine until I press the E-sign button. Adobe then shuts down entirely. It was working well on Monday, and I've not made any changes to the computer's software.  I've tried restarting the computer and closing and restarting Adobe. No success.

I'm very beginner so I have no clue where to even begin looking for the reason why.I'm attempting to color fill using the live paint bucket tool, but Illustrator blocks it on every layer. Mousing over the layers, there's a little circle with a dash through it next to the paint tool by my cursor. 😞

Hi everyone, I’m trying to generate subtitles automatically from a video I recorded in Adobe Premiere Pro, but I can’t find Czech as an available language in the “Speech to Text” or caption generation settings. Is there any way to automatically generate Czech subtitles from the video  maybe through an additional language pack, workaround, or integration with another tool? Thanks in advance for any advice or tips!

My memory is that when I signed up for the cloud service(at it's origin) I was guarenteed my price forever. Did I miss some fine print? I appreciate your holding to your promice years ago now stick to it. Why have you gone back on your word?

In Photoshop I can copy a flat grayscale image with no transparency and paste it into the layer mask to create a mask from that image. Is this somehting that can be done in After Effects with masks?  Basically like this gif, only the ref would be the video

Hello everyone, we bought Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 licence with serial key. I have created the account, registered serial key, downloaded the multilingual package and installed it with serial key on our Windows Server 2022.When I launched the Acrobat 1st time, it asked to sing in, so I did with the account that has the serial key registered, and everything worked just fine - but UI is in English. So I switched Language to my native, Czech. And here the problem starts. Acrobat wants me to sing in - again. When I do with same account as before, it asks me for the serial key, so I enter the key, then I have to sign in again and so on... I have found few posts here mentioning "Sign in" loop, but my problem isn't related to "Save as" feature, as I can't get into the Acrobat through the "Sign in" window, when Czech language set is active. I tried to uninstall the Acrobat, use the Acrobat Cleaner, reinstall Acrobat, use the Customization Wizard to disable online features

I will admit I tried Google Gemini for some assistance in code, but the code does run, but there is no changes to the color at all, I got an example code here after some difficulty.function randomizeAdvancedColor() { var dom = fl.getDocumentDOM(); if (!dom) { fl.trace("Please open an Adobe Animate document."); return; } var selection = dom.selection; if (!selection || selection.length === 0) { fl.trace("No items are selected. Select one or more MovieClip or Graphic instances."); return; } // Check for syntax error here (Likely line 20) for (var i = 0; i < selection.length; i++) { var element = selection[i]; if (element.instanceType === "symbol") { var rgbMultipliers = getRandomConstrainedRGB(); var rM = rgbMultipliers[0]; var gM = rgbMultipliers[1]; var bM = rgbMultipliers[2]; var newColorMatrix = [ rM, 0, 0, 0, 0,

I still get confused sometimes when trying to conceptualize Organizer. Also I have yet to try to 'tag' photos. My understanding is that the Organizer 'registers' photos and videos from one's hard drive and then lists them in a 'catalog database'. A few questions: 1. If the catalog lists them does each photo look like the original but actaully isnt? 2.when you look at 'tree mode' in the catalog is that the same as looking at the tree mode in explorer and will they have the same folder names?   2. if I have photos and videos in various places on my hard drive (due to being unorganized) does the catalog organize them for me if I try importing everything? 3.if the catalog does the organizing and I want to create projects with different groups of pictures does the catalog find them in the various locations on my HD and visually create them in the catalog? Im sure my questions show how Im confused. Thx for any answers

Have been using Adobe Scan almost weekly since May. No issues until today. It seems that all of my scans prior to this month are gone except for one scan from May, 2025, which is when I started using the app. Updated the app. No change. Logged on to the web browser and there are no other files. Could someone please help? Thanks!

Seriously, I need help! I cannot remember well but I tried to do arrangements where my downloads go to (it is stupid that I cannot choose where I import files using Airdrop). As a result, I have a Downloads folder which appears and works fine at the Finder level. However, Adobe Bridge 18.0 is not able to show that folder: In Bridge, there is a strange icon as if there were a file icon above a folder icon! Even though its name is Downloads and it contains files normally in Finder, Bridge doesn't show any files in that "hybrid icon" folder. Eventually, I deleted Bridge by the CleanMyMac app and downloaded and installed a new one. Before, I booted my MBP M2. No avail! The strange icon is still there in Bridge and its corresponding one is nicely in Finder, without any strange icons! What can I do to get Bridge working as supposed??? Tahoe 26.1, MBP M2, 32MB, 1TB.

So I just installed a new font to my pc. The font is: "Liebe Ist Fur Alle Da". When I try to use this font in Illustrator I can't find it. I've installed several other fonts this way and I can find them all in Illustrator. I've reinstalled the font, I've restarted both Illustrator and my PC multiple times and it's just not showing up. Does anyone know a solution?

Hello! I need help with what would be a fairly straightforward Advanced Action in the old Captivate, but expressions do NOT quite display the same in Captivate 12. I have been unable to find any information about expressions beyond, you can add an expression in Captivate 12 using Assign Variable. Indeed, the option to add an expression is THERE, but no longer has operators (+, -, /, *) in drop-down menus, just a blank line. I have tried everything I can think of for this simple calculation, including learning more about JavaScript, but it shouldn't be that hard!!   I want to add two variables to get a total on another variable: Total_Bounce = Q1 + Q2.  Here are some of the problems I have encountered:  Copy and pasted the expression:  Any help from users who have used expression in Captivate 12?  TIA

I have been working on a project that I heavily use "Sing Painter HouseScript" as headers, and I go to open the project today, and it is no where to be found on typekit.  Are there fonts that are disappearing on typekit? If so, this is super frustrating as I have been an advocate for typekit amongst my peers, and I will no longer be able to use typekit as a trustworthy resource if one day my fonts are no longer available...  Just a little feedback and an explanation would be great. Thanks!  Signed,  "frustrated designer"

Built a project using conditional output to seperate framless output and pdf output content. I built a conditonal expressions using my conditional tags and everything works great with the exception of the mini tocs located in topics with bookmarks. My mini tocs are still showing up in my frameless output despite conditional expressions and tags applied. NOTE: Other content in the topics assigned the same conditional tags is excluded in the output correctly (see screenshots).

When you hover over a tool, the tool tips does not show up.  When you click on the Workspaces or New Item buttons, the menu pops up for a moment, but goes away before you can select anything.  Here are some steps I have tried:Made sure Tool Tips was enabled in the Preferences > General menuReset preferencesDisabled third-party pluginsChanged to OpenCL, and Software Only for graphicsUpdated graphics card driversUninstalled and reinstalled earlier versions of 2025 When I install Premiere Pro 2024, they all work fine.  I am a teacher with a computer lab and this happens on all of the computers.  Very frustrating.

Hola, guten Tag!I've worked with the Notch codec earlier this year and for the past few months, I've been getting these 2 error messages when starting AE. Note that I don't need the plugin anymore. It also seems to mess with my other plugins I'm using as they usually appear to stop working after 30-60 minutes (I tried resetting them and all) My launching looks like the following: <<*Launches AE*After Effects warning: The following plugins have failed to load. I've tried many different ways to run the command below with the Firefly engine (in different versions). Each attempt results in the command being rejected.Interestingly, using the exact same command produces images with every other engine.Could someone explain to me what the problem is or what I'm doing wrong?Below is the prompt:"An ultra-detailed, hyper-realistic, surreal, and ultra-dramatic masterpiece, profoundly unsettling. A lone, emaciated human figure, encased in a translucent, primitive skull-shaped capsule, drifts in a choking, sickly yellow fog. Below, the colossal skeletons of skyscrapers, once symbols of financial power, are now grotesque, gnarled monuments, completely engulfed by invasive, alien flora. Every crumbling shard of concrete, every twisted rebar, every thorny vine is rendered with obsessive attention to detail. The atmosphere is thick with tiny particles, representing dust, ash, and toxic droplets from a weeping sky: the deep browns of decay, the vibrant reds o
