Because i still have two acconts in the same email and one of them is still gonna take normal plans money.

I have a version of Photoshop Elements 14 that I installed years ago on my PC and on a small travel notebook. Photoshop Elements 14 was always listed in my Adobe account alongside other software, but now it has disappeared.A little over a year ago, I switched from my old PC to a powerful notebook. I decommissioned my previous PC and no longer have it. Now I want to start working with Photoshop Elements again on my new notebook. When I open the programme, I get the message: ‘The serial number is already being used by the maximum number of computers allowed. You must deactivate another computer...’However, since I no longer have my previous PC and Photoshop Elements has disappeared from my Adobe account, I cannot deactivate the programme on my previous PC.So today I called Adobe's telephone support and asked for a solution. The employee was helpless and did not know how to solve my Photoshop Elements problem. He even said that the serial number of my licence was linked to a different nam

I've noticed that if I take a PDF with clickable website URLs and then use Acrobat to save a certified copy (by selecting “E-Sign” and then “Save a certified copy”) , then afterwards the website URLs are no longer clickable. They are still formatted as URLs (blue colour and underlined), but they're no longer clickable.Is there a way I can preserve clickable website URLs?

Dear all,I’m using Photoshop 27.3.1 on Windows 11, and for quite some time the right-click context menu has not been working for the Remove Tool.When I right-click, nothing happens. With other tools in the same group (for example, the Spot Healing Brush Tool), a pop-up appears where I can adjust the size and other settings. However, this does not work with the Remove Tool, which is quite frustrating. Currently, I can only change the brush size via the size menu in the top options bar, which is time-consuming and cumbersome.I asked a friend who is using Photoshop on an iMac, and he confirmed that the right-click context menu works correctly on his system. This makes me wonder whether the issue is specific to Windows 11 Photoshop installation. I tried with several computers, always the same result. If this context menu is not yet rolled out for Windows Photoshop, I recommend to do so.Regards kkstb

I pay yearly for the acrobat premium of 69.99 . While scrutinising my statement i noticed a charge recurring for adobe or 19.99 plus tax . Not sure what this is for and how do i go about canceling it .

"Export As" issue in Photoshop v27.4.0 (released February 18–20, 2026), which causes "an unknown error occurred" when exporting

I was downloading , I needed a p d f for my files , and I downloaded them to my thousand I went to recover them to open them up , and it had a password , I don't know how that happened , I never created it

I'd like to learn more about the system for checking photos before they're uploaded to the website. Most photos that are canceled are reportedly having the same technical issues. I don't know if it's really a problem with the photos, the camera, the cropping, the ISO settings, the shutter speed, or the focus. Or maybe it's the quality of the lenses I'm using? I'm using a Fujifilm XT-50.https://as2.ftcdn.net/jpg/19/30/85/63/220_F_1930856339_p6yNpQAfw7seJNERa9rKPujB7w900l9H.jpg

環境はWindows11 23H2で、バージョンは29.2.1 & 30.1です。以下、経緯を伝えさせていただきます。 人の名前を入力中、漢字が読めなかった時や、漢字があっているか確認のためグーグル先生にコピペして検索したりしていたのですが今回、妙なことになりまして。。。AIモードに切り替わり「？？？」となっていたのですがどうも、イラストレータが生成したクリップボードデータにあるテキスト以外のデータに反応してこのようなことになったみたいです。環境設定の「クリップボードの処理」を開いて、「SVGコードを含める」をOFFにしてみても変わりありませんでした。ついでにワードにもコピペを試したところ、ワードは反応すら無し。。。まぁ、イラレからワードにコピペすることは通常無い（なので今の今まで気が付きませんでした）ので良いのですが^^;念のためクリップボードビューアソフトを入れて確認してみたところ本当に、ホントーに色んな物が入っていてビビりましたが、ここらへんを調整する方法はあるのでしょうか（PDFっぽいものもあるようで。。。グーグル先生はこれに反応してるのかな？）。 メモ帳のテキストをコピーした時 オマケで、スクショ撮ったときのビューアの状態。これぐらいシンプルになればスッキリするのですが（笑）よろしくお願いいたします。 追記　あたらしい掲示板に慣れてなく、タイトルの入れ方が分からず「多分こう？」で手探りで入れたのですが、ちゃんと表示されるかドキドキしながら作成するボタンを押しますね。。。--;

Hellomy adobe contributor account has been blocked due to IP infringement claim. I sincerely apologize for this mistake and it was completely unintentional. so how can I get back my account? plz somebody help me

I am using Magic School AI.  I subscribed to it because it has an image generator through Adobe express.  However,  It does not work.  It says that generative AI feature is not available in my account.  I was on chat with an online assistant for more than an hour but it did not work at all.  I went through the instructions on pop up blockers but it did not work.  Anyone who can help, please?

I got charged for adobe pro although. I cancelled before the 7 day trial ended. I cancelled The same day if not the next day after I started my trial because it didn’t fix what I needed. I logged into my Adobe account and it doesn’t have any active paid plans listed under my account with the email I used. I have tried to contact the company using the live chat but it ends the conversation before I ever get an agent. I have tried multiple times to find a way to contact someone. I would like my account cleared and a refund.

Like in the title. All substance materials that are not used in any 3d meshes are removed from project panel during saving. If it’s intentional it should be a preference during saving? I’m pretty sure I’ll be making projects with a full folder of substance materials - a project material library of sorts - that I’ll want to be switching between while working. It will be impossible if every time I save the project. all unassigned materials disappear :/

Unexpected enlargement when launchedWhen everything finally was organized with your help here, and the code launched many times on the web for various check-ups:All of a sudden, the web browser version is enlarged out of proportion, distorted and the text no longer nicely wrapped as in DW! What could be the problem now? The FTP service recently updated?As I wrote earlier, the nightmare is not over…Ingemar

I had a trial subscription pf adobe creative cloud and now i got charged 70€. To cancel the subscription i have to pay 300€. Can i cancel everything and get a refund?

Hi Adobe,I’ve already rolled back to Premiere Pro 2024 because the 2025 version is, frankly, unusable for professional work. It’s bloated with half-baked AI features nobody asked for, and the core editing experience has taken a massive hit in stability and performance. If I wanted TikTok-style auto-edits and AI junk, I’d be using CapCut for free.What I actually need is a fast, reliable, predictable editing platform that respects my workflow. Not experimental tools shoved into the UI at the expense of speed and precision.This constant push to reinvent the wheel every year without listening to your core user base is exhausting. Please stop prioritizing gimmicks over functionality.At the very least, make older, stable versions more easily accessible. And listen to the editors who made Premiere what it is not the marketing buzzwords.P.S. I'm just one more frustrated user, watching Adobe get worse every single year.

I had the following issue:The audio worked perfectly fine the last time I closed (and saved) the project.After opening the same project this morning, there’s no sound when playing back the timeline.There’s no difference either between GPU acceleration on or software only.I can hear the sound when opening a clip in the Source Monitor but not when playing back the timeline.Premiere Pro Version 12.1.1 (Build 10)Just installing the new UpdateOS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 HomeVersion: 10.0.16299 Build 16299Source Footage: MP4 File (.MP4) Hardware: Processor: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor, 3500 Mhz, 3 Core(s), 6 Logical Processor(s) Installed Physical Memory (RAM): 16.0 GB GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970I found out you have to mute or solo track any of the audio tracks for it to work again !!!Thought i might share this, because i have not seen any post with this issue.

I feel like this is an easy issue?? but I'm not getting the Text box on page 12 (Next to the word Record) to add the check boxes.I have an attendance roster (Page 12) and want a count of all Check Boxes checked.I created a txt box at the top next to the word Record. I am aware that some code dose not like spaces. I thought it might be a syntaxes error. between “Check Box” and “CheckBox” so I adjusted the name of the boxes for the first 15 days in July to “CheckBox” . I have tried both. // Initialize counter variablevar sum = 0; // Loop through the fieldsfor (var i = 126; i < 499; i += 1) {// Add one if check box is not Off    if (getField("CheckBox" + i).value !== "Off") {sum += 1;}} // Set this field's value to the sumevent.value = sum;

I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on March 3.I noticed the credit card charged. As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.I ALREADY cancel subscription but ai support said it can’t see pending refund. I DONT KNOW the refund process exactly. Could you explain?

I have issues with exporting clips I edited some months ago. I have these issues in Premiere Pro as well as with the Media Encoder.   Interestingly, Premiere and Encoder are sometimes able to render the clips, sometimes not. When I export the material in full HD, the video looks OK, but when I export in HD the video looks grainy When the Media Encoder is unable to render the video, closing & reopening seems to help sometimes. However, after one or two clips, I get the issue again.   Unfortunately, I have to export about 25 clips and will have to export them several times for iterations.
