결제 후 사용 안됨

어도비 구독 갱신 시 기존 결제 방식을 사용 할 수 없어서

카카오페이 결제를 새로 추가해 결제를 하였으나 구독 갱신이 안되고 계속 결제하라고 뜸

로그아웃 후 재 로그인, 카카오톡 계정 연결 시도에도 안됨

I reviewed your account details and found that you have an active subscription for CC All Apps. I confirm there are no pending dues. When did you ask for making the payment? Did you receive any email?
