너무 비싸서 구독 취소를 하려던 찰나에 자동 결제가 됐고 바로 플랜 취소를 했는데 수수료가 부과된다네요? 

취소 수수료도 안 나오게 해주시고 기존 결제된 78,100원도 환불 부탁드립니다. 사용 하나도 안 하고 바로 구독 취소한 거예요 부탁드립니다 ㅠㅠ 7만원이 두번이나 나가는 건 좀 아닌 것 같아요

refunds are automatic (if you qualify) and take up to 14 days.  meanwhile, check your account, https://account.adobe.com

what's it show?

eg, any payment problems,?
more than one subscription?
only the plan(s) you want?
