Hello! I bought the Lightroom plan on April 19. I can't access Lightroom by any way...! I tried reinstalling, changing networks, disabling firewall, signing out of the account MULTIPLE times and i still can't open Lightroom. I found a solutiona in youtube where you have to edit your billing info, i did that too and still the same problem. SO it's 6 days now that i paid for a subscription that i can't use. Please somebody help!

Is there anything else, Kglad and the rest of the community should know about the computer, Apostolis? Were Adobe applications previously installed on the computer? Have you been able to purchase software from other companies successfully on this device? ^JW
I reseted the host files manually and i can finally use lightroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is the computer or network managed by an organization, Apostoilis? That could explain why none of the solutions you have tried have been successful.
